Nunmehr wird über das Hubrad 8 und die dafür vorgesehene Kulissenfläche 9 der Ventilkörper 7 wieder angehoben (Pfeil 10b), derart, dass aufgrund der Schwerkraft sich der Dichtring 23 wieder an den Innenkonus der Kegelwulst 21 anlegen kann. Diese Ventilschließposition ist in Fig. 9 wiedergegeben. Bei weiterem Anheben des Ventilkörpers 7 mittels des Hubrades 8 und der Kulissenfläche 9 wird das das Ventil überragende Ende 15a der Entgasungsleitung 15 aus der Flasche ausgehoben. Es erfolgt ein Nachlauf des in der Entgasungsleitung eingeströmten Produktes in die Flasche, wie sich dies aus Fig. 10 ergibt.The filling process is completed when the product level reaches the end of the degassing line, as shown in Fig. 8 is shown. Claims (8)

  1. Apparatus (1) for filling bottles (2) with a liquid product, in particular with still water, with a product feed via a filling valve (4) seated on the head of the respective bottle (2) with a valve body (7), with an annular body (18) which, through the respective bottle (2), is displaceable relative to the valve body (7) and whose upper edge, which faces the valve body, is connected with a lower end of the valve body, said lower end being in the direction of gravity, by means of an elastic and liquid-tight sleeve, with a guide cylinder (15) firmly connected with the valve body (7), said guide cylinder being enclosed by the annular body (18) at a distance and, interacting with the annular body (18), forming a valve closing body that releases or blocks a product flow through the filling valve (4), as well as with a through bore (11) in the guide cylinder for the removal from the inside of the bottle (2) of air displaced by the filling operation,
    characterised in
    that the valve body (7) together with the guide cylinder (15) is designed such that it can be raised and lowered by means of a lifting wheel (8) guided via a slotted link surface (9), that the through hole (11) also formed in the valve body (7) and continuing in the guide cylinder (15) is connected to a degassing line (12) and
    that the guide cylinder (15) is inserted into a blind hole of the valve body (7).
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the free end of the valve body (7) has a centric blind hole (14) of larger diameter than the guide cylinder (15) attached thereto and that the blind hole (14) in its bottom area is provided with a product feed line (6, 16).
  3. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the product feed line ending in the bottom area of the blind hole (14) is formed by the axle (16) of the lifting wheel (8).
  4. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide cylinder (15) for forming the valve closing body is provided with an outward-facing tapered bead (21) for contacting at least one sealing ring (23) on the inside of the annular body (18).
  5. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the annular body (18) is provided, on the inside, with a further sealing ring (24) for seating on a bottle neck edge (23).
  6. Apparatus according to claim 5, characterised in that the annular body (18) is formed by two firmly connected rings (19, 20), wherein the upper ring (19) in the position of use of the filling valve (4) carries a ring (20) surmounting it downwards, whose inner diameter in certain areas is larger than the bottle head diameter and which has the further sealing ring (24) for contacting the bottle neck edge as well as a tapered groove (22) which surrounds the tapered bead (21) of the guide cylinder (15) at a distance.
  7. Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide cylinder (15) has a tubular base (15a) pointing in the direction of the bottle (2) to be filled, said base surmounting the free end of the displaceable annular body, said end being the lower end in the position of use of the filling valve (4).
  8. Apparatus according to any one of claims 5-7, characterised in that the annular body (18) equipped with the further sealing ring (24) and the tapered bead seal (23) is held by the sleeve (17).
