Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour le traitement de pièces (10), comportant :
    au moins un portique (20), qui comprend deux ponts (3), dont au moins un est monté mobile sur le portique (20) ;
    une ou plusieurs unités de traitement (5) montées chacune de manière mobile sur un ou plusieurs des ponts (3) au moins au nombre de deux ;
    au moins un dispositif de mise à disposition (4) pour acheminer les éléments à traiter vers ladite au moins une unité de traitement (5) ;
    caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif
    comprend au moins deux dispositifs d'acheminement (1, 2) pour acheminer et tenir à disposition les pièces (10),
    au moins ledit au moins un pont (3) mobile s'étendant transversalement auxdits au moins deux dispositifs d'acheminement (1, 2), et ledit au moins un pont (3) mobile dans la direction du sens longitudinal du dispositif d'acheminement étant mobile transversalement et perpendiculairement à celle-ci.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, comportant en outre un dispositif d'encollage pour encoller des pièces (10) sur au moins un des ponts (3) du portique.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comportant en outre au moins un petit robot sur au moins un des ponts (3) du portique.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel au moins un dispositif d'acheminement (1, 2) comprend un système de transport à courroie ou à rouleaux.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel au moins un dispositif d'acheminement (1, 2) comprend des organes de préhension.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins deux dispositifs d'acheminement (1, 2) peuvent être exploités indépendamment l'un de l'autre.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le dispositif de mise à disposition (4) est configuré pour acheminer séparément les éléments à traiter vers l'unité de traitement (5).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel au moins une unité de traitement (5) est réalisée sous la forme d'une unité de pose, pour poser les éléments à traiter dans les pièces (10) respectives.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel les éléments à traiter comprennent des ferrures, des éléments de jonction, des éléments de fixation et/ou des éléments de meuble.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, dans lequel au moins une unité de traitement (5) est configurée pour pouvoir traiter des ferrures individuellement, de même que des séries de ferrures.
