Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fasern, wobei man eine Lösung (I) enthaltend Polyurethan in ein Koagulationsbad spinnt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Lösung (I) Polyurethan gelöst in ionischer Flüssigkeit einsetzt.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fasern
Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fasern, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern, bevorzugt nach dem Wet-Spinning-Prozess, wobei man eine Lösung (I) enthaltend Polyurethan in ein Koagulationsbad spinnt, wobei man als Lösung (I) Polyurethan gelöst in ionischer Flüssigkeit einsetzt. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung derart erhältliche Fasern, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern. Außerdem bezieht sich die Er- findung auf Verfahren zum Auflösen von Polyurethan und Mischungen enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit sowie darin gelöst Polyurethan. Des Weiteren bezieht sich die Erfindung auf das Recycling von Spandexfasern sowie antistatische Spandex-Fasern enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit.
Elastische Fasern aus Polyurethan sind seit mehr als 20 Jahren bekannt unter dem Namen Spandex. Hergestellt werden diese Fasern aus einem Polyol, meistens einem Polytetrahydrofuran, MDI und einem Kettenverlängerer, z. B. Ethylendiamin, Propylen- diamin oder Mischungen daraus. Spandexfasern werden hauptsächlich nach dem Wet- Spinning-Prozess oder dem Dry-Spinning-Prozess hergestellt. Beide Herstellverfahren sind dem Fachmann allgemein bekannt und vielfältig beschrieben. Üblicherweise werden elastische Fasern in einem Titerbereich von 10 dtex bis 3000 dtex hergestellt.
Beim Wet-Spinning-Prozess wird üblicherweise ein Polyurethanprepolymer aus Polyol und MDI mit dem Kettenverlängerer in Lösung umgesetzt. Die Lösung wird dann in ein flüssiges Koagulationsbad gesponnen. Die Verfestigung erfolgt dann durch Koagulation aufgrund von Phasenseparation. Das Nichtlösemittel und das Lösemittel sollten so gewählt sein, dass sie über den gesamten Konzentrationsbereich miteinander mischbar sind. Zur Zeit verwendet man in der Technik z. B. das Flüssigkeitspaar DMF/Was- ser, d. h. dass eine polyurethanhaltige DMF-Lösung in ein Wasserbad versponnen wird. Das Produkt dieses Prozesses wird gemeinhin auch als Wet-Spun Spandex bezeichnet.
Beim Dry-Spun-Verfahren wird ein Polyurethanprepolymer aus Polyol und MDI mit dem Kettenverlängerer in Lösung umgesetzt. Als Lösemittel verwendet man z. B. DMF oder DMAC. Anschließend wird die Lösung in ein heißes Gas versponnen. Die Gastemperatur ist hierbei höher als die Siedetemperatur der Lösemittels. Während des Spinnvorgangs verdampft das Lösemittel und die Faser verfestigt sich.
Problematisch bei beiden Verfahren ist die Verwendung von toxischen Lösemitteln wie DMF, DMAC, NMP usw. So fallen beim Wet-Spun-Verfahren große Mengen kontaminierte Abwässer an. Um die Menge an Abwasser zu reduzieren und den Lösemittelverbrauch einzuschränken, werden die Lösemittel/Wassergemische aus den Koagula-
tionsbädern durch Destillation aufbereitet. Da es aber häufig zur Azeotropbildung bei den Lösemittel/Wassergemischen kommt, ist die Rückgewinnung des Lösemittels aufwändig.
Ein Nachteil beider Verfahren ist der Anfall von nichtspezifikationsgerechten Faserspulen, z. B. Kurzrollen oder Fasern mit ungleichmäßigen Titern oder mechanischen Eigenschaften. Da sich Spandexfasern nach dem Verspinnen aufgrund der Stabilität der Harnstoffbindung nicht mehr lösen, entsteht so Ausschuss der zum Teil nur noch thermisch verwertbar ist.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung bestand somit darin, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fasern zu entwickeln, bei dem toxikologisch möglichst unbedenkliche, leicht und wirtschaftlich handhabbare Ausgangsstoffe, insbesondere Lösungsmittel eingesetzt werden können. Zudem sollte mit dem Verfahren das Recycling von nicht spezifikationsgerechten Fasern ermöglicht werden. Dabei sollte das Verfahren möglichst einfach und wirtschaftlich betrieben werden können.
Die Aufgabe konnte durch die eingangs dargestellten Verfahren, Fasern und Mischungen gelöst werden.
Die Vorteile bestehen insbesondere in der Verwendung von nichttoxischen Lösemitteln, der leichten Auftrennung des Gemisches aus Lösemittel (IL) und Fällungsmittel (Wasser), da sich kein Azeotrop bildet und der Möglichkeit des Recyclings von Produkten durch Auflösen von Spandexfasern und erneutes Verspinnen. Unter dem Begriff „Spandex" werden insbesondere Spandex-Fasern, insbesondere die Definition nach „Römpp Lexikon Chemie", 10. Auflage, Georg Thieme Verlag, Stuttgart, verstanden.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung (I) kann bevorzugt derart erfolgen, dass man das Polyurethan in der ionischen Flüssigkeit herstellt. Dabei kann man ins- besondere durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanat mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen in der ionischen Flüssigkeit gegebenenfalls unter Zuhilfenahme von (c) Kettenverlängerer bevorzugt ein Prepolymer herstellen. Dieses Prepolymer kann anschließend bevorzugt mit allgemein für diesen Zweck bekannten Aminen, bevorzugt aliphatischen Diaminen, insbesondere Ethylendiamin und/oder Propylendiamin zur Spandex-Fasern umgesetzt werden, bevorzugt versponnen werden.
Alternativ und ebenfalls bevorzugt ist es möglich, das Prepolymer mit (a) Isocyanat und (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen gegebenenfalls unter Zuhilfenahme von (c) in Substanz, d. h. ohne Lösungsmittel herstellen und dann mit der ionischen Flüssigkeit zu vermischen. Auch in diesem Falle kann das Prepolymer anschließend bevorzugt mit allgemein für diesen Zweck bekannten Aminen, bevorzugt aliphatischen
Diaminen, insbesondere Ethylendiamin und/oder Propylendiamin zu Spandex-Fasern umgesetzt werden, bevorzugt versponnen werden.
Es ist des Weiteren möglich, Spandex, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern in der ionischen Flüssigkeit zu lösen.
Außerdem kann man die Lösung (I) dadurch erzeugt, indem man Polyurethan, bevorzugt thermoplastisches Polyurethan, in ionischen Flüssigkeiten auflöst.
Bei dem Polyurethan, dass in der ionischen Flüssigkeit gelöst wird, kann es sich somit um
ein Prepolymer handeln, dass anschließend mit Kettenverlängerungsmitteln (c), bevorzugt mit Aminen, besonders bevorzugt aliphatischen Diaminen, insbeson- dere Ethylendiamin und/oder Propylendiamin zum Spandex umgesetzt wird,
um Spandex, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern oder auch
um thermoplastisches Polyurethan.
Bevorzugt wird zunächst mit (a) Isocyanat, (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen und gegebenenfalls (c) ein Isocyanatgruppen aufweisendes Prepolymer hergestellt, das anschließend, bevorzugt in Gegenwart von ionischer Flüssigkeit, zum verspinnbaren Produkt umgesetzt wird.
Dabei können der Mischung von Prepolymer und ionischer Flüssigkeit Hilfsstoffe (e) zugegeben werden.
Bevorzugt wird der Mischung von Prepolymer, ionischer Flüssigkeit und gegebenen- falls (e) Hilfsstoffen Kettenverlängerer (c) zugegeben. Durch Reaktion des Kettenver- längerers (c) mit dem Prepolymer entsteht das verspinnbare Produkt.
Unter Polyurethan im Sinne dieser Erfindung versteht man daher insbesondere ein Polymer, welches aus einem (a) Isocyanat, (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Ver- bindungen und Kettenverlängerer (c) hergestellt wird.
Das Gewichtsverhältnis von Polyurethan und ionischer Flüssigkeit in der Lösung (I) ist in einem breiten Bereich wählbar und wird hauptsächlich durch die Verarbeitungseigenschaften wie die Viskosität bestimmt. Üblicherweise beträgt das Verhältnis von io- nischer Flüssigkeit zu Polyurethan zwischen 20:1 und 1 :10, bevorzugt zwischen 10 :1 und 1 :1 , insbesondere bevorzugt zwischen 4:1 und 2:1.
Die Herstellung von Polyurethan durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanaten mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen, bevorzugt mit einem zahlenmittleren Molekulargewicht von 500 bis 10000 g/mol, (c) Kettenverlängerungsmitteln mit einem Molekulargewicht von 50 bis 499 g/mol, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von (d) Katalysatoren und/oder (e) Hilfsstoffen ist dem Fachmann allgemein bekannt und vielfältig beschrieben.
Die Herstellung von Wet-Spun-Spandex zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass man die Lösung (I) in einem Koagulationsbad verspinnt.
Die bei der Herstellung der Polyurethane üblicherweise verwendeten Komponenten (a), (b), (c) sowie gegebenenfalls (d) und/oder (e) sollen im Folgenden beispielhaft beschrieben werden:
Als organische Isocyanate (a) können allgemein bekannte aliphatische, cycloaliphati- sche, araliphatische und/oder aromatische Isocyanate, bevorzugt Diisocyanate eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise Tri-, Tetra-, Penta-, Hexa-, Hepta- und/oder Oktamethy- lendiisocyanat, 2-Methyl-pentamethylen-diisocyanat-1 ,5, 2-Ethyl-butylen-diisocy- anat-1 ,4, Pentamethylen-diisocyanat-1 ,5, Butylen-diisocyanat-1 ,4, 1-lsocyanato- 3,3,5-trimethyl-5-isocyanatomethyl-cyclohexan (Isophoron-diisocyanat, IPDI), 1 ,4- und/oder 1 ,3-Bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexan (HXDI), 1 ,4-Cyclohexan-diisocyanat, 1-Methyl-2,4- und/oder -2, 6-cyclohexan-diisocyanat und/oder 4,4'-, 2,4'- und 2,2'- Dicyclohexylmethan-diisocyanat, 2,2'-, 2,4'- und/oder 4, 4'-Diphenylmethandiisocyanat (MDI), 1 ,5-Naphthylendiisocyanat (NDI), 2,4- und/oder 2, 6-Toluylendiisocyanat (TDI), Diphenylmethandiisocyanat, 3,3'-Dimethyl-diphenyl-diisocyanat, 1 ,2-Diphenylethandi- isocyanat und/oder Phenylendiisocyanat. Bevorzugt wird 4, 4'MDI verwendet.
Als gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Verbindungen (b) können die allgemein bekannten gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise Polyesterole, Polyetherole und/oder Polycarbonatdiole, die üblicherweise auch unter dem Begriff "Polyole" zusammengefasst werden, mit Molekulargewichten zwischen 500 und 4000 g/mol, bevorzugt zwischen 1000 und 3000 g/mol, insbesondere zwischen 1500 und 2000 g/mol und bevorzugt einer mittleren Funktionalität zwischen 1 ,8 und 2,3, bevorzugt 1 ,9 bis 2,2, insbesondere 2.
Insbesondere bevorzugt werden Polytetrahydrofurane mit einem Molgewicht zwischen 1000 g/mol und 3000 g/mol, bevorzugt zwischen 1700 g/mol und 2200 g/mol.
Als Kettenverlängerungsmittel (c) können allgemein bekannte aliphatische, araliphati- sehe, aromatische und/oder cycloaliphatische Verbindungen mit einem Molekulargewicht von 50 bis 499, bevorzugt 2-funktionelle Verbindungen, eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise Diamine und/oder Alkandiole mit 2 bis 10 C-Atomen im Alkylenrest, insbe-
sondere Butandiol-1 ,4, Hexandiol-1 ,6 und/oder Di-, Tri-, Tetra-, Penta-, Hexa-, Hepta-, Okta-, Nona- und/oder Dekaalkylenglykole mit 3 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt entsprechende Oligo- und/oder Polypropylenglykole, wobei auch Mischungen der Ket- tenverlängerer eingesetzt werden können. Besonders bevorzugt werden als Kettenver- längerungsmittel aliphatische Diamine, insbesondere Ethylendiamin oder Propylendia- min oder Mischungen enthaltend Ethylendiamin und Propylendiamin.
Geeignete Katalysatoren (d), welche insbesondere die Reaktion zwischen den NCO- Gruppen der Diisocyanate (a) und den Hydroxyl- und/oder Aminogruppen der Aufbau- komponenten (b) und (c) beschleunigen, sind die nach dem Stand der Technik bekannten und üblichen tertiären Amine, wie z. B. Triethylamin, Dimethylcyclohexylamin, N- Methylmorpholin, N,N'-Dimethylpiperazin, 2-(Dimethylaminoethoxy)-ethanol, Diazabi- cyclo-(2,2,2)-octan und ähnliche sowie insbesondere organische Metallverbindungen wie Titansäureester, Eisenverbindungen wie z. B. Eisen— (I M)- acetylacetonat, Zinnver- bindungen, z. B. Zinndiacetat, Zinndioctoat, Zinndilaurat oder die Zinndialkylsalze ali- phatischer Carbonsäuren wie Dibutylzinndiacetat, Dibutylzinndilaurat oder ähnliche. Die Katalysatoren werden üblicherweise in Mengen von 0,0001 bis 0,1 Gew.-Teilen pro 100 Gew.-Teile Polyhydroxylverbindung (b) eingesetzt.
Neben Katalysatoren (d) können den Aufbaukomponenten (a) bis (c) auch übliche
Hilfsmittel und/oder Zusatzstoffe (e) hinzugefügt werden. Genannt seien beispielsweise Treibmittel, oberflächenaktive Substanzen, Füllstoffe, Flammschutzmittel, Keimbildungsmittel, Oxidationsstabilisatoren, Gleit- und Entformungshilfen, Farbstoffe und Pigmente, gegebenenfalls zusätzlich zu den erfindungsgemäßen Stabilisatorengemi- sehen weitere Stabilisatoren, z. B. gegen Hydrolyse, Licht, Hitze oder Verfärbung, anorganische und/oder organische Füllstoffe, Verstärkungsmittel und Weichmacher. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform fallen unter die Komponente (e) auch Hydrolyseschutzmittel wie beispielsweise polymere und niedermolekulare Carbodiimide. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform kann das Polyurethan eine Phosphorverbindung enthalten. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform werden als Phosphorverbindungen Organophosphorverbindungen des trivalenten Phosphors, wie beispielsweise Phosphite und Phosphonite, verwendet. Beispiele für geeignete Phosphorverbindungen sind, Triphe- nylphosphit, Diphenylalkylphosphit, Phenyldialkylphosphit, Tris-(nonylphenyl) phosphit, Trilaurylphosphit, Trioctadecylphosphit, Di-stearyl-pentaerythritol diphosphit, Tris-(2,4- di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphit, Di-isodecylpentaerythritol diphosphit, Di-(2,4-di-tert-butyl- phenyl)pentaerythritol diphosphit, Tristearyl-sorbitol triphosphit, Tetrakis-(2,4-di-tert- butylphenyl) 4,4'-diphenylylenediphosphonit, Trisisodecylphosphit, Diisodecylphe- nylphosphit und Diphenylisodecylphosphit oder Gemische daraus.
Neben den genannten Komponenten (a), (b) und (c) sowie gegebenenfalls (d) und (e) können auch Kettenregler, üblicherweise mit einem Molekulargewicht von 31 bis 499, eingesetzt werden. Solche Kettenregler sind Verbindungen, die lediglich eine gegen-
über Isocyanaten reaktive funktionelle Gruppe aufweisen, wie z. B. monofunktionelle Alkohole, monofunktionelle Amine und/oder monofunktionelle Polyole. Durch solche Kettenregler kann ein Fließverhalten, insbesondere bei TPUs, gezielt eingestellt werden. Kettenregler können im allgemeinen in einer Menge von 0 bis 5, bevorzugt 0,1 bis 1 Gew.-Teile, bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile der Komponente b) eingesetzt werden und fallen definitionsgemäß unter die Komponente (c).
Alle in dieser Schrift genannten Molekulargewichte weisen die Einheit [g/mol] auf.
Bevorzugt basiert das Polyurethan auf der Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanat, bevorzugt 4,4'-MDI, mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 500 g/mol und 10000 g/mol, sowie (c) Kettenverlängerungsmitteln bevorzugt mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 50 und 499 g/mol, bevorzugt aliphati- sche Diamine, besonders bevorzugt Ethylendiamin und/oder Propylendiamin, gegebe- nenfalls in Gegenwart von (d) Katalysatoren und/oder (e) Hilfsstoffen.
Zur Einstellung von Härte der Faser können die Aufbaukomponenten (b) und (c) in relativ breiten molaren Verhältnissen variiert werden. Bewährt haben sich molare Verhältnisse von Komponente (b) zu insgesamt einzusetzenden Kettenverlängerungsmit- teln (c) von 10 : 1 bis 1 : 10, insbesondere von 1 : 1 bis 1 : 4, wobei die Härte der Polyurethane mit zunehmendem Gehalt an (c) ansteigt.
Die Umsetzung kann bei üblichen Kennzahlen erfolgen, bevorzugt bei einer Kennzahl von 900 bis 1 100, besonders bevorzugt bei einer Kennzahl von 950 bis 1050. Die Kennzahl ist definiert durch das Verhältnis der insgesamt bei der Umsetzung eingesetzten Isocyanatgruppen der Komponente (a) zu den gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Gruppen, d. h. den aktiven Wasserstoffen, der Komponenten (b) und (c). Bei einer Kennzahl von 100 kommt auf eine Isocyanatgruppe der Komponente (a) ein aktives Wasserstoffatom, d. h. eine gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Funktion, der Komponen- ten (b) und (c). Bei Kennzahlen über 1000 liegen mehr Isocyanatgruppen als OH- Gruppen vor.
Ionische Flüssigkeiten sind allgemein bekannt und vielfältig beschrieben. Bevorzugt werden unter dem Ausdruck „ionische Flüssigkeiten" Verbindungen, bevorzugt organi- sehe Verbindungen verstanden, die mindestens ein Kation und mindestens ein Anion enthalten, und wobei mindestens ein Kation und/oder mindestens ein Anion einen organischen Rest enthält.
Vorzugsweise besitzen die ionischen Flüssigkeiten einen Schmelzpunkt von weniger als 180 0C. Besonders bevorzugt liegt der Schmelzpunkt in einem Bereich von -50 0C bis 150 0C, insbesondere im Bereich von - 20 0C bis 120 0C, insbesondere bevorzugt unter 100 0C.
Ionische Flüssigkeiten im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind vorzugsweise Salze der allgemeinen Formel

Verbindungen, die sich zur Bildung des Kations [A]+ von ionischen Flüssigkeiten eignen, sind z. B. aus DE 102 02 838 A1 bekannt. So können solche Verbindungen Sau-
erstoff-, Phosphor-, Schwefel- oder insbesondere Stickstoffatome enthalten, beispielsweise mindestens ein Stickstoffatom, bevorzugt 1-10 Stickstoffatome, besonders bevorzugt 1-5, ganz besonders bevorzugt 1-3 und insbesondere 1-2 Stickstoffatome. Gegebenenfalls können auch weitere Heteroatome wie Sauerstoff-, Schwefel- oder Phos- phoratome enthalten sein. Das Stickstoffatom ist ein geeigneter Träger der positiven Ladung im Kation der ionischen Flüssigkeit, von dem im Gleichgewicht dann ein Proton bzw. ein Alkylrest auf das Anion übergehen kann, um ein elektrisch neutrales Molekül zu erzeugen.
Für den Fall, dass das Stickstoffatom der Träger der positiven Ladung im Kation der ionischen Flüssigkeit ist, kann bei der Synthese der ionischen Flüssigkeiten zunächst durch Quaternisierung am Stickstoffatom etwa eines Amins oder Stickstoff-Hetero- cyclus' ein Kation erzeugt werden. Die Quaternisierung kann durch Alkylierung des Stickstoffatoms erfolgen. Je nach verwendetem Alkylierungsreagens werden Salze mit unterschiedlichen Anionen erhalten. In Fällen, in denen es nicht möglich ist, das gewünschte Anion bereits bei der Quaternisierung zu bilden, kann dies in einem weiteren Syntheseschritt erfolgen. Ausgehend beispielsweise von einem Ammoniumhalogenid kann das Halogenid mit einer Lewissäure umgesetzt werden, wobei aus Halogenid und Lewissäure ein komplexes Anion gebildet wird. Alternativ dazu ist der Austausch eines Halogenidions gegen das gewünschte Anion möglich. Dies kann durch Zugabe eines Metallsalzes unter Ausfällung des gebildeten Metallhalogenids, über einen Ionenaustauscher oder durch Verdrängung des Halogenidions durch eine starke Säure (unter Freisetzung der Halogenwasserstoffsäure) geschehen. Geeignete Verfahren sind beispielsweise in Angew. Chem. 2000, 112, S. 3926 - 3945 und der darin zitierten Litera- tur beschrieben.
Geeignete Alkylreste, mit denen das Stickstoffatom in den Aminen oder Stickstoff- Heterocyclen beispielsweise quaternisiert sein kann, sind Ci-Cis-Alkyl, bevorzugt d- Cio-Alkyl, besonders bevorzugt d-Cε-Alkyl und ganz besonders bevorzugt Methyl. Die Alkylgruppe kann unsubstituiert sein oder einen oder mehrere gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten aufweisen.
Bevorzugt sind solche Verbindungen, die mindestens einen fünf- bis sechsgliedrigen Heterocyclus, insbesondere einen fünfgliedrigen Heterocyclus, enthalten, der mindes- tens ein Stickstoffatom sowie gegebenenfalls ein Sauerstoff- oder Schwefelatom aufweist, besonders bevorzugt sind solche Verbindungen, die mindestens einen fünf- bis sechsgliedrigen Heterocyclus enthalten, der ein, zwei oder drei Stickstoffatome und ein Schwefel- oder ein Sauerstoffatom aufweist, ganz besonders bevorzugt solche mit zwei Stickstoffatomen. Weiterhin bevorzugt sind aromatische Heterocyclen.
Besonders bevorzugte Verbindungen sind solche, die ein Molgewicht unter 1000 g/mol aufweisen, ganz besonders bevorzugt unter 500 g/mol.

Als Heteroatome kommen bei der Definition der Reste R und R1 bis R9 prinzipiell alle Heteroatome in Frage, welche in der Lage sind, formell eine -CH2-, eine -CH=, eine -C≡ oder eine =C= -Gruppe zu ersetzen. Enthält der Kohlenstoff enthaltende Rest Heteroatome, so sind Sauerstoff, Stickstoff, Schwefel, Phosphor und Silizium bevorzugt. Als bevorzugte Gruppen seien insbesondere -O-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -NR'-, -N=, -PR'-, -PR'2 und -SiRV genannt, wobei es sich bei den Resten R' um den verbleibenden Teil des Kohlenstoff enthaltenden Rests handelt. Die Reste R1 bis R9 können dabei in den Fällen, in denen diese in den oben genannten Formeln (IV) an ein Kohlenstoffatom (und nicht an ein Heteroatom) gebunden sind, auch direkt über das Heteroatom ge- bunden sein.
Als funktionelle Gruppen kommen prinzipiell alle funktionellen Gruppen in Frage, welche an ein Kohlenstoffatom oder ein Heteroatom gebunden sein können. Als geeignete Beispiele seien -NR2', und -CN (Cyano) genannt. Funktionelle Gruppen und Hetero- atome können auch direkt benachbart sein, so dass auch Kombinationen aus mehreren benachbarten Atomen, wie etwa -O- (Ether), -S- (Thioether), -COO- (Ester), oder - CONR'- (tertiäres Amid), mit umfasst sind, beispielsweise Di-(Ci-C4-Alkyl)-amino, d- C4-Alkyloxycarbonyl oder Ci-C4-Alkyloxy. Bei den Resten R' handelt es sich um den verbleibenden Teil des Kohlenstoff enthaltenden Restes.

Bei gegebenenfalls durch geeignete funktionelle Gruppen, Aryl, Alkyl, Aryloxy, Alkyl- oxy, Halogen, Heteroatome und/oder Heterocyclen substituiertes C5-Ci2-Cycloalkenyl handelt es sich bevorzugt um 3-Cyclopentenyl, 2-Cyclohexenyl, 3-Cyclohexenyl, 2,5- Cyclohexadienyl oder CnF2(n-a)-3(i-b)H2a-3b mit n < 30, 0 < a < n und b = 0 oder 1.
Bei einen gegebenenfalls durch geeignete funktionelle Gruppen, Aryl, Alkyl, Aryloxy, Alkyloxy, Halogen, Heteroatome und/oder Heterocyclen substituierten fünf- bis sechs- gliedrigen, Sauerstoff-, Stickstoff- und/oder Schwefelatome aufweisenden Heterocyclus handelt es sich bevorzugt um Furyl, Thiophenyl, Pyrryl, Pyridyl, Indolyl, Benzoxazolyl, Dioxolyl, Dioxyl, Benzimidazolyl, Benzthiazolyl, Di methyl pyridyl, Methylchinolyl, Di- methylpyrryl, Methoxyfuryl, Dimethoxypyridyl oder Difluorpyridyl.
Bilden zwei benachbarte Reste gemeinsam einen ungesättigten, gesättigten oder aromatischen, gegebenenfalls durch geeignete funktionelle Gruppen, Aryl, Alkyl, Aryloxy, Alkyloxy, Halogen, Heteroatome und/oder Heterocyclen substituierten und gegebenenfalls durch ein oder mehrere Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatome und/oder ein oder mehrere substituierte oder unsubstituierte Iminogruppen unterbrochenen Ring, so handelt es sich bevorzugt um 1 ,3-Propylen, 1 ,4-Butylen, 1 ,5-Pentylen, 2-Oxa-1 ,3-propylen, 1-Oxa-1 ,3-propylen, 2-Oxa-1 ,3-propylen, 1-Oxa-1 ,3-propenylen, 3-Oxa-1 ,5-pentylen, 1- Aza-1 ,3-propenylen, 1-Ci-C4-Alkyl-1-aza-1 ,3-propenylen, 1 ,4-Buta-1 ,3-dienylen, 1-Aza- 1 ,4-buta-1 ,3-dienylen oder 2-Aza-1 ,4-buta-1 ,3-dienylen.
Enthalten die oben genannten Reste Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatome und/oder substituierte oder unsubstituierte Iminogruppen, so ist die Anzahl der Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatome und/oder Iminogruppen nicht beschränkt. In der Regel beträgt sie nicht mehr als 5 in dem Rest, bevorzugt nicht mehr als 4 und ganz besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 3.
Enthalten die oben genannten Reste Heteroatome, so befinden sich zwischen zwei Heteroatomen in der Regel mindestens ein Kohlenstoffatom, bevorzugt mindestens zwei Kohlenstoffatome.

Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als 1 ,2,3-Triazoliumionen (IVr), (IVr') bezie- hungsweise (IVr") solche ein, bei denen

Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Pyrrolidiniumionen (IVs) solche ein, bei denen
R1 Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl oder Phenyl ist und R2 bis R9 unabhängig vonein- ander Wasserstoff oder Methyl sind.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Imidazolidiniumionen (IVt) solche ein, bei denen
R1 und R4 unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Methyl, Ethyl oder Phenyl sind und R2 und R3 sowie R5 bis R8 unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff oder Methyl sind.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Ammoniumionen (IVu) solche ein, bei denen
- R1 bis R3 unabhängig voneinander d- bis Cis-Alkyl sind; oder
R1 und R2 zusammen 1 ,5-Pentylen oder 3-Oxa-1 ,5-pentylen sind und R3 C1-C18- Alkyl oder 2-Cyanoethyl ist.
Als ganz besonders bevorzugte Ammoniumionen (IVu) seien genannt Methyl-tri-(1- butyl)-ammonium, N,N-Dimethylpiperidinium und N,N-Dimethylmorpholinium.

Bevorzugte quartäre Ammoniumsalze der allgemeinen Formel (IVu) sind solche, die sich von folgenden tertiären Aminen durch Quarternisierung mit den genannten Resten R ableiten lassen, wie Di-iso-propylethylamin, Diethyl-tert-butylamin, Di-iso-propylbutyl- amin, Di-n-butyl-n-pentylamin, N,N-Di-n-butylcyclohexylamin sowie tertiäre Amine aus Pentylisomeren.
Besonders bevorzugte tertiäre Amine sind Di-n-butyl-n-pentylamin und tertiäre Amine aus Pentylisomeren. Ein weiteres bevorzugtes tertiäres Amin, das drei identische Reste aufweist, ist Triallylamin.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Guanidiniumionen (IVv) solche ein, bei denen
R1 bis R5 Methyl sind.
Als ganz besonders bevorzugtes Guanidiniumion (IVv) sei genannt N, N, N', N', N", N"- Hexamethylguanidinium.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Choliniumionen (IVw) solche ein, bei denen
R1 und R2 unabhängig voneinander Methyl, Ethyl, 1-Butyl oder 1-Octyl sind und R3 Methyl oder Ethyl, 2 ist;

Ganz besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Phosphoniumionen (IVx) solche ein, bei denen
R1 bis R3 unabhängig voneinander Ci-Cis-Alkyl, insbesondere Butyl, Isobutyl, 1-Hexyl oder 1-Octyl sind.
Unter den vorstehend genannten heterocyclischen Kationen sind die Pyridiniumionen, Pyrazolinium-, Pyrazoliumionen und die Imidazolinium- sowie die Imidazoliumionen bevorzugt. Weiterhin sind Ammoniumionen bevorzugt.

Die Anzahl der nicht-benachbarten Sauerstoff- und/oder Schwefelatome und/oder Imi- nogruppen ist grundsätzlich nicht beschränkt, bzw. beschränkt sich automatisch durch die Größe des Rests oder des Ringbausteins. In der Regel beträgt sie nicht mehr als 5 in dem jeweiligen Rest, bevorzugt nicht mehr als 4 oder ganz besonders bevorzugt nicht mehr als 3. Weiterhin befinden sich zwischen zwei Heteroatomen in der Regel mindestens ein, bevorzugt mindestens zwei Kohlenstoffatom(e).

Insbesondere bevorzugt sind 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methansulfonat, 1-Ethyl-2,3- di-methylimidazolium ethylsulfat, 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethylphosphat und/oder 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chlorid.
Das Verspinnen der Lösung (I) enthaltend das Polyurethan gelöst in ionischer Flüssigkeit kann nach allgemein üblichen und bekannten Verfahren, insbesondere dem Wet- Spun-Verfahren erfolgen. Dabei wird die Lösung (I) durch eine Düse geleitet, verstreckt und in ein Koagulationsbad geleitet, in dem die Faser durch Koagulation geformt wird. Durch das Verstrecken erhält die Faser den gewünschten Titer. Üblicherweise wird die Lösung (I) bei Temperaturen zwischen 40 0C und 140 0C, bevorzugt zwischen 60 0C und 100 0C, insbesondere zwischen 70 0C und 90 0C versponnen.
Bevorzugt weist die Lösung (I) bei der Verarbeitung, d. h. beim Verspinnen eine Viskosität (Spinnviskosität) zwischen 0,1 Pa*s und 1000 Pa*s, bevorzugt zwischen 1 Pa*s und 100 Pa*s auf.
Durch Verspinnen der Lösung (I) in ein Koagulationsbad wird die Faser erhalten. Das Koagulationsbad enthält ein Nichtlösemittel, welches das Polyurethan in Lösung (I) zur Koagulation bringt, bevorzugt Wasser. Als Koagulant kann auch eine Mischung (II) ver- schiedener Nichtlösemittel verwendet werden . Die Mischung (II) enthält bevorzugt Wasser. Gegebenenfalls enthält die Mischung eine ionische Flüssigkeit.
Das Gewichtsverhältnis von Wasser zu ionischer Flüssigkeit in der Mischung (II) kann in einem breiten Bereich gewählt werden. Bestimmt wird das Verhältnis durch die Koa- gulationseigenschaften von Wasser in der Mischung und von der Trennmöglichkeit von der ionischen Flüssigkeit nach Verlassen des Koagulationsbades. Die maximale Konzentration von ionischer Flüssigkeit in Wasser in der Mischung (II) richtet sich hierbei nach den Koagulationseigenschaften von Wasser in der ionischen Flüssigkeit. Die minimale Konzentration von ionischer Flüssigkeit in Wasser richtet sich nach den Trenn- möglichkeiten von Wasser und ionischer Flüssigkeit. Die minimal mögliche Konzentration von ionischer Flüssigkeit in Wasser ist 0 Gew.-%.
Die bevorzugte Spinngeschwindigkeit liegt zwischen 1 und 1000 m/min, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 3 und 200 m/min, insbesondere zwischen 3 und 100 m/min.
Bevor die gesponnenen Fasern auf Spulen gewickelt werden, werden sie üblicherweise mit Spinnpräparationen behandelt. Diese Spinnpräparationen verhindern z. B. das Verkleben der Fasern auf der Spule. Beispiele für derartige Spinnpräparationen sind Silikonöle.
Bevorzugt wird man somit die Faser mit Spinnpräparationen, bevorzugt Silikonöl behandeln und anschließend aufwickeln.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind zudem die erhältlichen Fasern, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern.
Nach der Koagulation enthalten die Fasern, bevorzugt die Spandex-Fasern zumeist noch einen Restgehalt von ionischen Flüssigkeiten. Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass bei Restgehalten von ionischen Flüssigkeiten in der Faser von kleiner 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt kleiner 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere bevorzugt kleiner 3 Gew.-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Faser enthaltend die ionische Flüssigkeit, keine nachteiligen Eigenschaften für die Fasern festgestellt werden können. Im Gegenteil aufgrund der ionischen Eigenschaften der ionischen Flüssigkeiten besitzen die Fasern häufig antistatische Eigenschaften. Dies verhindert, dass sich die Fasern bei der Weiterverarbeitung auflädt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind somit auch antistatische Spandex-Fasern enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit.
Bevorzugt sind somit auch Fasern enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit, wobei der Gehalt an ionischer Flüssigkeit in der Faser bevorzugt kleiner 10 Gew.-% beträgt, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Faser enthaltend die ionische Flüssigkeit.
Die Fasern weisen bevorzugt eine Härte zwischen 60 Shore A und 95 Shore A auf. Bevorzugt sind somit auch Spandex-Fasern mit einer Härte von 60 Shore A bis 95 Shore A, bevorzugt 65 Shore A bis 90 Shore A, insbesondere 70 Shore A bis 80 Shore A.
Die Fasern werden bevorzugt in einem Titerbereich zwischen 10 dtex bis 3000 dtex, besonders bevorzugt 80 dtex bis 2000 dtex, insbesondere 160 dtex bis 1500 dtex hergestellt. Dtex ist ein Maß für das Gewicht einer Faser von 10 km Länge. Bei einem Titer von 1 dtex wiegt eine Faser von 10 km Länge 1 g.
Überraschenderweise hat sich gezeigt, dass ionische Flüssigkeiten so gute Löseeigen- Schäften haben, dass schon versponnene Spandex-Fasern, sowohl nach dem Wet- Spun-Verfahren als auch nach dem Dry-Spun-Verfahren hergestellt, sich in den ionischen Flüssigkeiten wieder lösen lassen. Dementsprechend kann die Lösung (I) auch hergestellt werden durch Lösung einer Spandex-Faser in einer ionischen Flüssigkeit. Hierbei geht man so vor, dass man die Spandex-Fasern in die ionische Flüssigkeit gibt und bei einer Temperatur zwischen 50 und 150 0C, bevorzugt 70 und 130 0C löst. Als vorteilhaft hat sich dabei erwiesen, dass aufgrund des ionischen Charakters der ionischen Flüssigkeit Spinnpräparationen wie Silikonöle von der Spandex-Faser abgewaschen werden und sich leicht von der Lösung (I) abtrennen lässt.
Die so hergestellte Stoffmischung lässt sich wie oben beschrieben verspinnen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind somit auch Verfahren zum Auflösen von Polyurethan, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern, wobei man Polyurethan, bevorzugt Spandex- Fasern in ionischen Flüssigkeiten löst. Dabei kann man das Polyurethan, bevorzugt die Spandex-Faser bei einer Temperatur zwischen 50 und 150 0C lösen. Dabei kann man aus der Lösung Spinnpräparationen, bevorzugt Silikonöle abtrennen. Gegenstand sind somit ferner Mischungen enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit sowie darin gelöst Polyurethan, bevorzugt Spandex-Fasern.
Beispiel 1 :
2500 g eines Polytetrahydrofuran mit einer Molmasse von 2000 g/mol werden in 13972 g 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methansulfonat gelöst. Anschließend gibt man 574,1 g 4, 4'MDI zur Lösung und rührt 40 min bei 80 0C
Beispiel 2:
2000 g der Präpolymerlösung aus Beispiel 1 wird bei 50 0C vorsichtig zu einer Mischung aus 6,66 g Ethylendiamin und 0,41 g Diethylamin in 4000 g 1-Ethyl-3-methyl- imidazolium methansulfonat gegeben und 30 min gerührt. Anschließend verspinnt man die Lösung bei 80 0C in ein wässriges Koagulationsbad.
Beispiel 3:
20 g einer Spandexfaser (Lycra®, Invista) wird bei 80 0C in 100 g 1-Ethyl-3-methylimi- dazolium methansulfonat gelöst. Anschließend wird die Lösung auf 30 0C abgekühlt. Danach wird die Viskosität der Lösung durch Zugabe von Lösemittel so angepasst, dass sie bei 30 0C ca. 5000 - 5500 mPas beträgt. Anschließend verspinnt man die Faser in ein wässriges Koagulationsbad.
Beispiel 4:
20 g TPU des Types Elastollan® 2180 A 10 (Elastogran GmbH) werden bei 80 0C in 100 g 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methansulfonat gelöst. Anschließend wird die Lösung auf 30 0C abgekühlt. Danach wird die Viskosität der Lösung durch Zugabe von Lösemittel so angepasst, dass sie bei 30 0C ca. 5000 - 5500 mPas beträgt. Anschließend verspinnt man die Faser in ein wässriges Koagulationsbad.
Beispiel 5:
Ein Prepolymer wird durch Reaktion von PTHF 2000 (BASF Aktiengesellschaft) (2000 g), 4,4'MDI (722,4 g) und 1 ,4- Butandiol (40 g) unter kontinuierlichem Rühren bei 75 0C in 15650 g 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methansulfonat hergestellt. Anschließend wird
das Prepolymer auf 30 0C gekühlt. Zu der Lösung wird jetzt langsam eine Mischung aus 79,82 g Etylendiamin und 4,92 g Diethylenamin in 5000 g 1-Ethyl-3-methylimida- zolium methansulfonat gegeben. Anschließend lässt man die Mischung solange reagieren, bis die Viskosität der Lösung bei 5000 - 5500 mPa s liegt. Danach wird die Lösung in Wasser versponnen.
Claims
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fasern, wobei man eine Lösung (I) enthaltend Polyurethan in ein Koagulationsbad spinnt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Lösung (I) Polyurethan gelöst in ionischer Flüssigkeit einsetzt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) erzeugt, indem man das Polyurethan in der ionischen Flüssigkeit herstellt.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) erzeugt, indem man durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanat mit (b) gegenüber Iso- cyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen in der ionischen Flüssigkeit ein Prepolymer herstellt, das Prepolymer in dieser Lösung (I) anschließend mit Aminen umsetzt und verspinnt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) dadurch erzeugt, indem man Polyurethan in ionischen Flüssigkeiten auflöst.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) dadurch erzeugt, indem man thermoplastisches Polyurethan in ionischen Flüssigkeiten auflöst.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) dadurch erzeugt, indem man Spandex in ionischen Flüssigkeiten auflöst.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Polyurethan basiert auf der Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanat mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 500 g/mol und 10000 g/mol sowie (c) Kettenverlängerungsmitteln gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von (d) Katalysatoren und/oder (e) Hilfsstoffen.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als (c) Kettenverlängerungsmittel aliphatische Diamine einsetzt.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als ionische Flüssigkeiten 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium methansulfonat, 1-Ethyl-2,3-di- methylimidazolium ethylsulfat, 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium diethylphosphat und/oder 1-Ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chlorid einsetzt.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Lösung (I) enthaltend Polyurethan bei einer Temperatur zwischen 40 und 140 0C verspinnt.
1 1. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Lösung (I) enthaltend Polyurethan beim Verspinnen eine Viskosität zwischen 0,1 Pa*s und 1000 Pa*s aufweist.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Koagulationsbad Wasser enthält.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spinngeschwindigkeit zwischen 1 m/min und 1000 m/min beträgt.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Faser mit Spinnpräparationen, bevorzugt Silikonöl behandelt und anschließend aufwickelt.
15. Faser erhältlich nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14.
16. Faser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um Spandex- Faser handelt.
17. Faser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faser ionische Flüs- sigkeit enthält.
18. Faser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faser eine Härte zwischen 60 Shore A und 95 Shore A aufweist.
19. Faser nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Faser einen Titer zwischen 10 dtex und 3000 dtex aufweist.
20. Antistatische Spandex-Faser enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit.
21. Verfahren zum Auflösen von Polyurethan, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Polyurethan in ionischer Flüssigkeit löst.
22. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Polyurethan bei einer Temperatur zwischen 50 und 150 0C löst.
23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Spandex- Fasern auflöst.
24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man aus der Lö- sung Spinnpräparationen, bevorzugt Silikonöle abtrennt.
25. Mischung enthaltend ionische Flüssigkeit sowie darin gelöst Polyurethan.
