Die Krafteinleitungspunkte können dabei durch die vertikale Beweglichkeit der Verbindung so festgelegt werden, dass bei Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegungen der Bodendüse unterschiedliche Drehmomente entstehen, die sich günstig auf die Saugeigenschaften der Düse auswirken. Erfindungsgemäß ist die Verbindung zwischen der Gelenkachse und dem Fahrwerk so ausgebildet, dass die Gelenkachse bei einer Vorwärtsbewegung des Fahrwerkes eine Position unterhalb der Achse der Laufrollen und bei einer Rückwärtsbewegung eine Position oberhalb der Laufrollenachse einnimmt. Durch die Position des Krafteinleitungspunktes unterhalb der Rollenachse während einer Vorwärtsbewegung des Fahrwerkes kann ein Drehmoment erzeugt werden, welches die Auflagekraft des Saugkopfes auf der Bodenfläche reduziert und die Schiebekraft bei einer Vorwärtsbewegung mindert. Die Führungsausnehmungen verlaufen senkrecht oder sind unter einem Winkel von maximal 60° zur Senkrechten geneigt. Einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 und 2 entnimmt man, dass die Gelenkachse 9 bei Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsbewegungen des Fahrwerks unterschiedliche Positionen 11, 11' relativ zur Achse 4 der Laufrollen 3 einnimmt.     - a suction pipe connection piece (8), which is arranged on the chassis (1) so as to be pivotable about a horizontal joint axis (9), and
    - a flexible line (12) for guiding suction air, which is provided between the suction pipe connection piece (8) and the suction head (6),
    wherein, in response to forwards and rearwards movements of the chassis, the joint axis (9) assumes different positions relative to the axis (4) of the rollers (3) by means of a connection (10), which transfers sliding forces between the suction pipe connection piece (8) and the chassis (1), characterized in that, on the end side, the joint axis (9) is guided in guide recesses (14) on the rearward chassis section (2) so as to be vertically movable and that the joint axis (9) assumes a position (11) below the axis (4) of the rollers in response to a forwards movement of the chassis (1) and assumes a position (11') above the roller axis (4) in response to a rearwards movement.
  2.
