Claims (8)
- Anordnung zur Montage einer Abzweigleitung (44) der Abgase in einem Abgaskreislauf (28) eines Verbrennungsmotors (12) insbesondere eines Kraftfahrzeugs, die aufweist:- einen Abgaskanal (24), in dem Abgase von vorne nach hinten strömen;- eine Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) der Abgase, die in den Abgaskanal (24) eingesetzt ist und ein Gehäuse (32) mit einer Innenseite (34) aufweist, die eine Kammer (36) begrenzt, welche ein Entgiftungselement (38) umschließt, wobei die Kammer (36) mindestens eine vordere Eintrittsöffnung (OE) der Abgase und mindestens eine hintere Austrittsöffnung (OS) der Abgase aufweist,- eine Abzweigleitung (44) mindestens eines Teils der Abgase, die radial von einer Innenseite (52A, 52B) begrenzt wird, die eine vordere Endöffnung (48) aufweist, die in Abzweigung an den Abgaskanal (24) in einem hinteren Endabschnitt des Gehäuses (32) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) und hinter dem Entgiftungselement (38) angeschlossen ist, wobei mindestens ein vorderer Endabschnitt (46) der Abzweigleitung (44), der außerhalb der Kammer (36) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) angeordnet ist, vom Gehäuse (32) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) getragen wird;- wobei ein Bereich (52A) der Innenseite des vorderen Endabschnitts (46) der Abzweigleitung (44) von mindestens einem Teil (52A) der Außenseite des Gehäuses (32) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) geformt wird;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Endabschnitt (46) der Abzweigleitung (44) von einer rohrförmigen Außenhülle (56) geformt wird, die das Gehäuse (32) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) so umgibt, dass eine ringförmige Leitung (46) um das Gehäuse (32) geformt wird.
- Anordnung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (56) vom Gehäuse (32) mittels mindestens eines Tragrings (70) getragen wird, der zwischen das Gehäuse (32) und die Hülle (56) eingefügt ist, wobei der Tragring (70) durch mindestens eine Durchgangsöffnung (72) der umgeleiteten Abgase durchbrochen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens der Teil (52A) des Gehäuses (32) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) aus einem wärmeleitenden Material zwischen seiner Innenseite (34) und seiner Außenseite (52A) hergestellt ist, so dass die Wärme der umgeleiteten Abgase an das Entgiftungselement (38) übertragen wird.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie gesteuerte Regeleinrichtungen (42) des Durchsatzes von zur Abzweigleitung (44) umgeleiteten Abgasen aufweist, wobei diese gesteuerten Regeleinrichtungen (42) in einem hinteren Endteil der Kammer (36) der Entgiftungsvorrichtung (30) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzweigleitung (44) Einrichtungen (76) zur Kühlung der umgeleiteten Abgase aufweist.
- Anordnung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühleinrichtungen (76) hinter dem vorderen Endabschnitt (46) der Abzweigleitung (44) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühleinrichtungen (76) im vorderen Endabschnitt (46) der Abzweigleitung (44) angeordnet sind.
- Anordnung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kühleinrichtungen mindestens eine Wärmeträgerleitung (76) aufweisen, die im Inneren der Abzweigleitung parallel zur Strömungsrichtung der Abgase angeordnet ist.
