Claims (14)
- Procédé de fabrication de produits d'impression (5, 5') par utilisation d'un dispositif de sectionnement comprenant au moins une lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) affectée au traitement d'un produit d'impression (5, 5') respectif, et un système de transport (11) par lequel lesdits produits d'impression (5, 5') sont délivrés à ladite lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) prévue au minimum, lesdits produits d'impression (5, 5') étant pourvus, sur le trajet vers ledit dispositif de sectionnement, d'un attribut informatif (13, 13') apte à la détection et dont les données sont détectées par un appareil de lecture (12), et utilisées pour traiter lesdits produits d'impression (5, 5'), caractérisé par le fait que les données de l'attribut informatif (13, 13') sont transmises à un système de commande (23) qui pilote la lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) prévue au minimum, sur la base des données reçues, de façon telle que chaque produit d'impression (5, 5') soit traité sur la base des données de son attribut informatif (13, 13').
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les attributs informatifs (13, 13') comportent, à chaque fois, des indications relatives à un format de sectionnement qui est respectivement transmis au système de commande (23).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu pour la fabrication de produits imprimés (21) reliés, et notamment pour la production de livres.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les attributs informatifs (13, 13') présentent un codage lisible à la machine.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'attribut informatif est conçu comme un code à barres, ou comme une matrice de données.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'attribut informatif (13, 13') est imprimé sur le produit d'impression (5, 5').
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que l'attribut informatif (13, 13') est implanté, sur le produit d'impression (5, 5'), dans une région qui est éliminée par le dispositif de sectionnement, et notamment sectionnée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'attribut informatif (13, 13') présente un transpondeur dans lequel les données correspondantes sont mémorisées.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'appareil (12), dévolu à la lecture des attributs informatifs (13, 13'), est placé de telle sorte que lesdits attributs informatifs (13, 13') soient lus, à chaque fois, suivant un nombre de cycles prédéterminé précédant le cycle de traitement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les attributs informatifs (13, 13') sont détectés suivant un faible nombre de cycles, notamment inférieur à dix cycles, de préférence inférieur à cinq cycles précédant le cycle de traitement.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, comprenant au moins une lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) destinée au traitement d'un produit d'impression (5, 5') respectif; un système de transport (11) dévolu à la délivrance desdits produits d'impression (5, 5') à ladite lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) prévue au minimum ; des moyens (12) conçus pour détecter, sur le trajet desdits produits d'impression (5, 5') vers ladite lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) prévue au minimum, un attribut informatif (13, 13') respectivement présent sur lesdits produits d'impression (5, 5') ; et un système de commande (23), caractérisé par le fait que le système de commande (23) est assigné au pilotage direct de la lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) prévue au minimum ; et par le fait que les moyens (12) précités, affectés à la détection de l'attribut informatif, sont raccordés audit système de commande (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19), prévue au minimum, peut être réglée sur différents formats de sectionnement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait que les moyens (12) précités comportent un appareil de lecture autorisant, respectivement, la lecture ou la détection d'attributs informatifs (13, 13') notamment imprimés, par exemple d'un code à barres ou d'une matrice de données.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que la lame sectionneuse (17, 18, 19) est réalisée sous la forme d'un massicot à trois lames, sachant qu'une première lame sectionneuse (17) est prévue pour une coupe de queue et qu'une deuxième lame sectionneuse (18) est prévue pour une coupe de gouttière, une troisième lame sectionneuse (19) étant prévue pour une coupe de tête.
