  • the cutting rotors consist of arranged on a shaft at an axial distance cutting discs, which are occupied over its circumference with cutting tools, wherein the cutting discs of a rotor with a small radial overlap in the Intervene gaps in the other cutting rotor. Since the cutting tools are exposed to a large mechanical stress in operation and have a correspondingly high wear, the cutting tools are releasably secured to the cutting discs to replace them as needed for new or nachgeWarrfte.
  • the positioning of the cutting tools on the cutting discs is done with the mounting screws. Due to the clearance between the cutting tool and the fastening screw, the adjustment of the cutting gap is large Tolerances that preclude adherence to a precise cutting geometry and entail the negative effects on the cutting process described above.
  • the mounting screws can be arranged only in compliance with a minimum distance from the transverse edge of the cutting tools.
