Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif de formation d'ébauches (57) à partir d'une matière malléable comprenant
    - une grille matricielle (19), dans laquelle sont formés plusieurs espaces de réception (21), et
    - au moins un outil (17, 18), qui est monté dans un support d'outil (15) et au moyen duquel la matière malléable peut être comprimée dans l'espace de réception (21),
    - l'outil (17, 18) étant mobile le long d'une bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B), qui présente une section de modelage (A), une pression constante pouvant être exercée par les outils (17, 18) le long d'un certain trajet sur la partie, située dans l'espace de réception (21), de la matière malléable, et
    - le support d'outil (15) comprenant plusieurs boulons de guidage (16), lesquels retiennent et guident le support d'outil (15) le long de la bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B), caractérisé en ce que
    - les boulons de guidage (16) comportent une tête de champignon (29), qui est retenue et guidée dans toutes les sections de la bande de guidage à l'extérieur de la section de modelage (A) dans un guide à coulisse (33), le boulon de guidage (16B), pour cette section de guidage (A), quittant le guide à coulisse (33) et étant retenu et guidé par un système de rouleaux de guidage, comprenant des rouleaux de guidage (30) étroitement juxtaposés, qui peuvent être amenés en rotation en direction de la bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B), la surface avant de la tête de champignon reposant toujours sur respectivement deux rouleaux de guidage (30) dans la section de modelage (A), et
    - deux plaques de guidage latéral (32) étant agencées de part et d'autre de la tête de champignon (29) du boulon de guidage (16).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support d'outil (15) peut être déplacé au moyen du guide à coulisse (33) le long de la bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B) .
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins dans la section de modelage (A) de la bande de guidage (3B), l'écart entre les rouleaux de guidage (30) et un autre support d'outil (15B) peut être réglé.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la section de modelage (A) présente un trajet rectiligne pour lequel une pression constante peut être exercée.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    un deuxième autre outil (18) pour l'espace ou les espaces de réception (21) peut être guidé par la face opposée du premier outil (17) dans l'espace de réception (21).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une pluralité d'espaces de réception (21) sont formés dans la grille matricielle (19), auxquels sont associés respectivement un premier outil (17) et un deuxième outil (18), et en ce que les premiers outils (17) et/ou les deuxièmes outils (18) sont montés pour la pluralité d'espaces de réception (21) dans chaque support d'outil (15A, 15B).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    respectivement une bande de guidage (3A, 3B) spéciale est prévue pour le support d'outil (15A) des premiers outils (17) et le support d'outil (15B) des deuxièmes outils (18).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une section de refroidissement (B) est formée par la bande de guidage (3) dans la direction de traitement derrière la section de modelage (A), les ébauches (57) comprimées refroidissant dans la grille matricielle (19).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support d'outil (15) est accouplé à une unité d'entraînement (2) rotative par un bras télescopique (5), de sorte que le support d'outil (15) peut être guidé le long d'une courbe fermée.
  10. Procédé de formation d'ébauches (57), selon lequel
    - une matière malléable est formée,
    - la matière malléable est amenée à plusieurs espaces de réception d'une grille matricielle (1),
    - au moins un outil (17, 18), qui est monté dans un support d'outil (15), qui comporte plusieurs boulons de guidage (16), comprime une portion de la matière malléable dans l'espace de réception (21), par le fait que l'outil (17, 18) est déplacé au moyen des boulons de guidage (16) le long d'une bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B), qui comprend une section de modelage (A), pour laquelle une pression constante est exercée par l'outil (17, 18) sur la portion, située dans l'espace de réception (21), de la matière malléable le long d'un certain trajet, les boulons de guidage (16) comportant une tête de champignon (29), qui est retenue et guidée dans toutes les sections de la bande de guidage à l'extérieur de la section de modelage (A) dans un guide à coulisse (33), le boulon de guidage (16B), pour cette section de modelage (A), quittant le guide à coulisse (33) et étant retenu et guidé par un système de rouleaux de guidage, comprenant des rouleaux de guidage (30) étroitement juxtaposés, qui peuvent être amenés en rotation en direction de la bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B), la surface avant de la tête de champignon reposant toujours sur respectivement deux rouleaux de guidage (30) dans la section de modelage (A) et deux plaques de guidage latéral (32) étant agencées de part et d'autre du boulon de guidage (16).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support d'outil (15) est déplacé au moyen du guide à coulisse (33) le long de la bande de guidage (3, 3A, 3B).
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 ou 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la section de modelage (A) présente un parcours rectiligne pour lequel la pression constante est exercée.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    après la compression, les ébauches (57) refroidissent dans la grille matricielle (19).
  14. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une cloison de refoulement (38) est pourvue de délimitations latérales (39), qui correspondent aux délimitations latérales (20) de la grille matricielle (19), lesquelles forment l'espace ou les espaces de réception (21), la cloison de refoulement (38) étant déplacée en direction de la grille matricielle (19), ce qui a pour effet qu'une partie (14b) de la matière malléable reposant sur les délimitations latérales (20) de la grille matricielle (19) est refoulée en direction de l'espace de réception (21) formé par la grille matricielle (19), de sorte que la matière malléable est divisée en portions.
