Claims (12)

  1. Chaîne à sacs (1) comprenant une multitude de sacs (3, 3') réalisés en feuille de matière synthétique (11), se chevauchant à la nature d'écailles et fixés de manière détachable sur au moins deux bandes de support (2) entraînées et écartées latéralement l'une de l'autre, les ouvertures (16) des sacs (3, 3') étant orientées perpendiculairement aux bandes de support (2),
    caractérisée en ce que
    sur une ou sur les deux faces intérieures (12, 13) du sac (3, 3'), la feuille (11, 11', 11") formant les sacs (3, 3') est munie d'éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) intégrés dans celle-ci.
  2. Chaîne à sacs d'après la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    sur une ou sur les deux faces extérieures (14, 15) du sac (3, 3'), la feuille (11, 11', 11") formant les sacs (3, 3') est munie d'éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) intégrés dans celle-ci.
  3. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) sont réalisés en produit anti-blocage anorganique ou organique tel que de l'acide silique synthétique ou naturel, du carbonate de calcium ou des particules de polycarbonate.
  4. Chaîne à sacs d'après la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la grandeur des particules des éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) s'élève à 3-30 µm [≙ 10-6 m], de préférence entre 5 et 15 µm [≙ 10-6 m].
  5. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 3 ou 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    dans le cas d'éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) en acide silique synthétique, leur part de la feuille (11, 11', 11 ") les recevant est d'env. 1000 à 2000 ppm, tandis qu'en acide silique naturel, leur part est d'env. 2000 à 5000 ppm et qu'en carbonate de calcium, leur part est d'env. 1000 à 4000 ppm.

    dans le cas d'équipement des faces intérieures (12, 13) et des faces extérieures (14, 15) des sacs (3, 3') avec des éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23), la part d'éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23) intégrée dans les faces intérieures (12, 13) est de plus de 10 % plus grande que la part intégrée dans les faces extérieures (14, 15).
  7. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 2 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les faces intérieures (12, 13) et la face extérieure (15) de la feuille (11) adhérant aux bandes de support (2) sont équipées de différentes parts d'éléments d'écartement (21, 22, 23), et la face extérieure (15) avec une part plus grande de préférence de 10 à 20 %.
  8. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la feuille (11, 11') servant à la réalisation des sacs (3') est extrudée en plusieurs couches et que les éléments d'écartement sont intégrés dans la couche intérieure et, le cas échéant, dans la couche extérieure de la feuille (11, 11').
  9. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les faces extérieures (14, 15) et/ou les faces intérieures (12, 13) des sacs (3, 3') sont munies d'un produit lubrifiant (6).
  10. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    dans le cas de l'arrangement des sacs (3, 3') sur les bandes de support (2), l'écartement (S) entre les ouvertures (16) des sacs individuels (3, 3') s'élève au maximum à 30 mm.
  11. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    à l'aide d'une colle autoadhésive (5), les sacs (3, 3') sont fixés de manière détachable sur les bandes de support (2) conçues de préférence en tant que bande adhésives.
  12. Chaîne à sacs d'après les revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les sacs (3) formant la chaîne à sacs (1) sont enroulés ensemble avec les bandes de support (2) sur un rouleau (10).
