Claims (12)

  1. Dossier de chaise, comprenant :
    un cadre de dossier de chaise extérieur (1) avec deux branches de cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12) ; un cadre de serrage intérieur (4), notamment en forme de H, avec deux branches de cadre de serrage latérales (41, 42), entre lesquelles est disposé un élément tendu flexible (44), caractérisé en ce
    qu'entre les branches de cadre de serrage latérales (41, 42) est disposée une connexion transversale de cadre de serrage (43) pouvant être écartée et resserrée, notamment convexe ; et
    en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une molette (6a, 6b) disposée à l'extérieur sur une branche du cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12) avec une tige filetée (61) s'étendant à travers la branche de cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12), grâce à laquelle la branche de cadre de serrage adjacente (41, 42) peut être rapprochée, de sorte que la connexion transversale de cadre de serrage (43) soit écartée et que l'élément tendu flexible (44) soit tendu, et grâce à laquelle la branche de cadre de serrage adjacente (41, 42) peut être écartée, de sorte que la connexion transversale de cadre de serrage (43) soit comprimée et que l'élément tendu flexible (44) soit relâché.
  2. Dossier de chaise selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tige filetée (61) vient en prise dans un contre-écrou (7) disposé sur ou dans une branche de cadre de serrage latérale (41, 42), en particulier un flan circulaire fileté (7).
  3. Dossier de chaise selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le contre-écrou (7) est fixé par rapport à la branche du cadre de serrage (41, 42).
  4. Dossier de chaise selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le contre-écrou (7) présente un boulon de serrage transversal (7a) qui se situe dans un renfoncement sur le côté intérieur de la branche du cadre de serrage (41, 42).
  5. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le cadre de serrage intérieur (4) est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter par rapport au cadre de dossier de chaise extérieur (1).
  6. Dossier de chaise selon la revendication 5, dans lequel au moins un et de préférence deux évidements longitudinaux radiaux (1a, 1b) sont réalisés dans les branches du cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12), dans lesquels s'étendent au moins une, et de préférence deux goupilles de guidage ou vis de guidage (10a, 10b), lesquelles sont connectées à la branche de cadre de serrage adjacente (41, 42) et grâce auxquelles une butée est formée pour l'au moins une, et de préférence pour les deux goupilles de guidage ou vis de guidage (10a, 10b).
  7. Dossier de chaise selon la revendication 6, dans lequel à chaque fois une rondelle de terminaison (9) est disposée sur le côté intérieur des branches de cadre de serrage (41, 42), dans laquelle l'au moins une vis de guidage (10a, 10b) s'engage, ou avec laquelle est connectée l'au moins une goupille de guidage.
  8. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 6, dans lequel, pour l'amortissement du mouvement de pivotement et/ou du mouvement latéral du cadre de serrage intérieur (4) par rapport au cadre de dossier de chaise extérieur (1), on dispose entre les branches du cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12) et les branches de cadre de serrage (41, 42) respectivement adjacentes, à chaque fois un élément d'amortissement, en particulier un élément en caoutchouc (8) à travers lequel s'étendent la tige filetée (61) et l'au moins une goupille de guidage (10a, 10b).
  9. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel un support sur palier, notamment un support sur palier à gorges d'aiguilles (1d) pour la tige filetée (61) est prévu entre la tige filetée (61) et l'évidement (1c) dans la branche du cadre de dossier de chaise (11, 12) pour réduire le frottement.
  10. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le cadre de dossier de chaise extérieur (1) présente un élément tendu flexible (15).
  11. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel le cadre de dossier de chaise extérieur (1) est disposé de manière réglable en hauteur sur un support de dossier de chaise (2).
  12. Dossier de chaise selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel deux molettes (6a, 6b) sont prévues, lesquelles présentent chacune des filetages opposés, afin qu'une tension plus forte ou plus faible de l'élément tendu flexible soit à chaque fois obtenue pour un même sens de rotation, depuis la chaise.
