Abstract

Die Einrichtung weist eine Spülvorrichtung und einen Klosettkörper (21) auf, der einen Zulauf für Spülwasser und einen Ablauf besitzt und der an die Spülvorrichtung (1) angeschlossen ist. In einer Installationswand (4) ist eine Duscheinheit (15) gelagert, die einen Duscharm (17) besitzt, der in einen Durchbruch (19) des Klosettkörpers (21) eingesetzt ist. Über dem Klosettkörper (21) befindet sich in der Installationswand (4) eine Revisionsöffnung (23), die für die Revision, insbesondere der Duscheinheit (15) vorgesehen und mit einer abnehmbaren Platte (24) abgedeckt ist. Durch das Lagern der Duscheinheit (15) in der Installationswand (4) kann der Klosettkörper (21) mit einem vergleichsweise kleinen Durchgang für den Duscharm (17) hergestellt werden, was zu niedrigeren Herstellungskosten des aus Keramik gefestigten Klosettkörpers (21) führt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung mit einer Spülvorrichtung und einem Klosettkörper, der einen Zulauf für Spülwasser und einen Ablauf aufweist und der an die Spülvorrichtung angeschlossen ist, mit einer einen Duscharm aufweisenden Duscheinheit sowie einer Bedienungseinrichtung für die Duscheinheit sowie mit einer Installationswand, an dem der Klosettkörper befestigt ist.
  • Eine Einrichtung dieser Art ist im Stand der Technik aus der EP 1 317 586 B1 bekannt geworden. Bei dieser besitzt der Klosettkörper rückseitig in einem Heckteil eine Kammer, in welche die Duscheinheit eingebaut ist. Diese Duscheinheit besitzt in einem Gehäuse einen Antrieb, mit dem der Duscharm bewegbar ist. Die Duscheinheit kann zudem beispielsweise einen Fön aufweisen. Weiter ist im Klosettkörper seitlich die Betätigungsvorrichtung zum Betätigen der Duscheinheit angeordnet. Der Klosettkörper bildet mit seiner Rückseite eine Schnittstelle zu einem Montageelement, an dem der Klosettkörper befestigt ist. Im Montageelement sind ein Unterputzspülkasten mit einem Spülrohr sowie eine Ablaufleitung gelagert.
  • Bekannt ist zudem aus der DE-A-1 759 098 ein so genanntes "Komplett-WC", bei dem die Klosettschüssel mit einem Traggestell eine Einheit bildet. Die Klosettschüssel besitzt einen rund um einen oberen Rand verlaufenden Flansch, der auf einem Ausleger des Traggestells abgestützt ist. Eine rückseitige Wandung der Klosettschüssel weist eine Öffnung zum Einblasen von Warmluft und eine weitere Öffnung zur Lagerung eines Düsenrohrs zur Abgabe von Duschwasser auf. Diese Einrichtung hat den Nachteil, dass der Klosettkörper vergleichsweise aufwendig hergestellt werden muss und sich von üblichen Klosettkörpern ohne Unterdusche wesentlich unterscheidet.
  • In der Praxis haben sich diese Einrichtungen vielfach bewährt. Der Erfinder hat sich trotzdem die Aufgabe gestellt, eine Einrichtung der genannten Art zu schaffen, die noch einfacher und kostengünstiger hergestellt werden kann.
  • Die Aufgabe ist gemäss Anspruch 1 bei einer gattungsgemässen Einrichtung dadurch gelöst, dass die Duscheinheit in der Installationswand gelagert ist. Die Installationswand kann dabei eine Gebäudewand, ein Montageelement alleine, ein Taggestell mit Montageelementen sowie eine Vorwand mit Montageelementen sein. Die Erfindung hat den Vorteil, dass der Klosettkörper, der in der Regel aus Keramik hergestellt ist, einfacher hergestellt werden kann. Die bisherige vergleichsweise grosse Kammer zur Aufnahme der Duscheinheit ist nicht mehr erforderlich. Hinreichend ist nunmehr ein vergleichsweise kleiner Durchgang im Klosettkörper für die Aufnahme des Duscharms. Da lediglich der genannte Durchgang erforderlich ist und die Duscheinheit nicht im Klosettkörper gelagert ist, besteht eine wesentlich grössere Gestaltungsfreiheit bezüglich der Formgebung. Insbesondere der Keramikhersteller besitzt bezüglich des Designs mehr Möglichkeiten als bisher.
  • Der Klosettkörper kann noch einfacher hergestellt werden, wenn gemäss einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Bedienungseinrichtung ebenfalls in der Installationswand gelagert ist. Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind zudem auch weitere Funktionselemente, wie beispielsweise ein Boiler oder eine Geruchsabsaugung in der Installationswand montiert. Der Klosettkörper unterscheidet sich dann von einem üblichen Klosettkörper lediglich noch durch die genannte Öffnung für die Aufnahme des Duscharms.
  • Die Installationswand besitzt nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein Gestell, an dem die Duscheinheit gelagert ist. Die Duscheinheit kann beispielsweise auf einer Traverse des Gestells aufgesetzt, beispielsweise aufgerastet oder angeschraubt sein.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Duscheinheit als Fertigbauelement in die Installationswand eingebaut. Die Duscheinheit bildet vorzugsweise eine Montageeinheit, die nach der Fertigstellung in dieses eingesetzt wird. Die Installationswand kann beispielsweise frontseitig eine Öffnung aufweisen, die sich beispielsweise in einer Abdeckung befindet. In diese Öffnung kann dann die Montageeinheit eingesetzt werden.
  • Nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist eine Revisionsöffnung vorgesehen, die von einer Platte abgedeckt ist. In dieser Platte ist nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung ein Betätigungselement, beispielsweise eine Taste zum Betätigen der Duscheinheit gelagert. Die Revisionsöffnung bzw. die genannte Platte befindet sich vorzugsweise unmittelbar über dem Klosettkörper. Über dieser Revisionsöffnung befindet sich vorzugsweise eine weitere Revisionsöffnung für den Spülkasten.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Montageset zum Montieren einer genannten Einrichtung. Diese umfasst wenigstens eine Installationswand, ein an der Installationswand befestigbarer Klosettkörper, eine Spülvorrichtung, eine Duscheinheit mit einem Duscharm, eine Bedienungseinrichtung zum Bedienen der Duscheinheit und ein in der Installationswand angeordnetes Lagermittel zum Lagern der Duscheinheit in der Installationswand. Das Montageset besitzt nach einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung weitere in der Installationswand lagerbare Elemente bzw. Funktionselemente.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft zudem ein Verfahren zum Montieren einer Einrichtung der genannten Art, insbesondere mit einem Montageset gemäss Anspruch 18.
  • Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen, der nachfolgenden Beschreibung sowie der Zeichnung.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Die Einrichtung ist gemäss den Figuren 1 und 2 eine WC-Toilette mit einem Klosettkörper 21, der an einer Installationswand 5 befestigt und an ein Spülrohr 10 sowie an eine Ablaufleitung 11 angeschlossen ist. Mit einem Spülkasten 12 kann über das Spülrohr 10 der Klosettkörper 21 in üblicher Weise gespült werden. Der Spülkasten 12 ist hier ein Unterputzspülkasten, an dem das Spülrohr 10 angeschlossen ist. Anstelle des Unterputzspülkastens 12 kann aber auch eine andere Spülvorrichtung, beispielsweise ein Aufputzspülkasten oder eine andere geeignete Spülwasserquelle verwendet werden. Die Auslösung der Spülung erfolgt durch Drücken einer Taste 22 einer Betätigungsplatte 13, die vor einer Revisionsöffnung des Spülkastens 12 angeordnet ist. Es sind hier aber auch andere Spülauslösungen, beispielsweise auch berührungslose Spülauslösungen denkbar.
  • Zur Befestigung des Klosettkörpers 21 weist die Installationswand 4 gemäss der Figur 4 ein Montagegestelle 5 auf, das zwei vertikale Profile 6 sowie wenigstens zwei diese verbindende Traversen 7 und 8 aufweist. An den Profilen 6 ist zudem eine Befestigungsplatte 9 oder ein anderes geeignetes Montageelement angebracht, an welcher der Klosettkörper 21 über hier nicht gezeigte Gewindestangen befestigt ist. Das Spülrohr 10 kann an der Traverse 7 und an der Befestigungsplatte 9 und die Ablaufleitung 11 an der Traverse 8 befestigt sein. Die Installationswand 4 ist an einem Gebäudeboden 2 und einer Gebäudewand 3 abgestützt. Mit einer Abdeckung 14 ist die Installationswand 5 frontseitig, seitlich und oben abgedeckt. Diese Abdeckung 14 kann beispielsweise aus Gipskartonplatten, Fliesen und dergleichen hergestellt sein.
  • An der Installationswand 5 ist eine Duscheinheit 15 gelagert, die gemäss Figur 2 einen Duscharm 17 aufweist, welcher in einen Durchbruch 19 des Klosettkörpers 21 eingreift. Die Duscheinheit 15 bildet eine Unterdusche. Der Duscharm 17 kann in an sich bekannter Weise teleskopisch ausfahrbar oder sonst wie bewegbar sein. Denkbar ist aber auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher der Duscharm 17 nicht bewegbar oder als biegbarer Schlauch ausgebildet ist. Eine solche Duscheinheit 15 ist beispielsweise aus der EP 1 317 586 B bekannt. Die Duscheinheit nach dieser Schrift befindet sich jedoch vollständig innerhalb einer Kammer des Klosettkörpers. Bei der Einrichtung 1 ist diese Duscheinheit 15 jedoch in der Installationswand 5 und somit unabhängig vom Klosettkörper 21 gelagert. Das Montagegestell 5 ist in der gezeigten Ausführung für die so genannte Vormontage vorgesehen. Das Montagegestell 5 könnte im Trockenbau als Inwandinstallation ausgeführt sein. Die Befestigungsplatte 9 könnte zudem auch eingemauert sein, wie dies beim bekannten Montagesystem "Kombifix" des Anmelders vorgesehen ist. Möglich wäre ferner eine Installationswand aus Montageelementen gemäss dem "Duofixsystem" des Anmelders.
  • Die Duscheinheit 15 umfasst wenigstens ein hier nicht näher dargestelltes Gehäuse, den genannten Duscharm 17 sowie einen hier nicht gezeigten Anschluss an eine Wasserleitung. Ein im Gehäuse verlaufender Kanal verbindet diese Wasserleitung mit dem Duscharm 17. Die Duscheinheit 15 kann weiter einen Antrieb enthalten, wie dies in der EP 1 317 586 B offenbart ist. Weitere mögliche Funktionselemente, welche in der Duscheinheit 15 integriert sein können, sind ein Fön sowie eine Steuerung. Der Durchbruch 19 kann durch den in Figur 2 angedeuteten Spülkanal 26 hindurchführen. Grundsätzlich kann dieser Durchbruch 19 jedoch auch unterhalb des Spülkanals 26 in den Klosettkörper 21 münden. Der Durchbruch 19 erstreckt sich von der Rückseite 27 (Fig. 3) des Klosettkörpers 21 bis zur Innenseite des Klosettkörpers 21. Der Durchbruch 19 kann mit vergleichsweise kleinem Durchmesser als einfacher Kanal hergestellt werden. Der Klosettkörper 21, der insbesondere aus Keramik hergestellt ist, unterscheidet sich deshalb von einem üblichen Klosettkörper ohne Unterdusche lediglich durch diesen einfachen Durchbruch 19.
  • Die Duscheinheit 15 ist gemäss den Figuren 2 und 3 durch eine Öffnung 16 der Abdeckung 14 in die Installationswand 4 eingesetzt. In der Figur 3 zeigt der Pfeil 18 die Richtung, in welcher die Duscheinheit 15 eingesetzt wird. Die Duscheinheit 15 kann beispielsweise an der Befestigungsplatte 9 und/oder an der Traverse 7 befestigt sein. Die Verbindung kann beispielsweise eine Rastverbindung oder eine Schraubverbindung sein. Vorzugsweise ist diese Verbindung lösbar. Die Befestigungsplatte 9 kann zur Aufnahme der Duscheinheit 15 gemäss Figur 5 eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 20 aufweisen.
  • Die in der Installationswand 4 gelagerte Duscheinheit 15 ist an eine Wasserleitung angeschlossen, beispielsweise an eine Leitung eines Boilers. Der entsprechende Anschluss ist hier vorzugsweise als Steckanschluss ausgebildet. Dies gilt ebenfalls für einen eventuellen weiteren elektrischen Anschluss und einen Anschluss einer Steuerleitung an eine Steuerung. Diese sind vorzugsweise ebenfalls steckbar ausgebildet. Wird die Duscheinheit 15 somit gemäss Figur 3 in Richtung des Pfeils 18 in die Installationswand 4 eingeführt, so werden diese Anschlüsse gefügt und vorzugsweise wird gleichzeitig die Verbindung bzw. Befestigung hergestellt. In der Installationswand 4 bzw. im Montagegestell 5 können entsprechende hier nicht gezeigte Funktionselemente, beispielsweise ein Boiler, eine Geruchsabsaugung sowie eine Steuerung gelagert sein, die entsprechend mit der Duscheinheit 15 verbunden sein können. Eine Geruchsabsaugung könnte aber auch grundsätzlich unabhängig von der Duscheinheit 15 betrieben werden.
  • Die Duscheinheit 15 wird an der in Figur 1 gezeigten Bedienungsvorrichtung 25 betätigt. Die Bedienungsvorrichtung 25 besitzt beispielsweise eine Taste, die gedrückt wird. Denkbar ist eine berührungslose Auslösung. Es können hier auch weitere Elemente, beispielsweise zum Einstellen der Wassertemperatur und dergleichen angeordnet sein. Die Bedienungsvorrichtung 25 bzw. die genannte Taste ist in einer Platte 24 gelagert, welche die hinter der Platte 24 befindliche Revisionsöffnung 23 abdeckt. Die Platte 24 ist abnehmbar gelagert. Nach dem Entfernen der Platte 24 ist die Duscheinheit 15 und gegebenenfalls auch weitere in der Installationswand 4 gelagerte Funktionselemente für eine Revision zugänglich. Die Platte 24 befindet sich gemäss Figur 4 vorzugsweise unmittelbar über dem Klosettkörper 21.
  • Nachfolgend wird der Montagevorgang näher erläutert.
  • Zunächst wird die Installationswand 4 am Gebäudeboden 2 und an der Gebäudewand 3 in an sich bekannter Weise befestigt. Der Spülkasten 12, das Spülrohr 10 und das Ablaufrohr 11 können hierbei vormontiert sein. Dies gilt auch für weitere Funktionselemente, beispielsweise eine Geruchsabsaugung, ein Boiler und gegebenenfalls eine Steuerung. Anschliessend wird das Montagegestell 5 mit der Abdeckung 14 beplankt. Gegebenenfalls werden Fliesen oder dergleichen aufgebracht. Die Öffnung 16 und die Revisionsöffnung 23 des Spülkastens 12 sind hierbei mit einem Bauschutzelement abgedeckt. Nach dem Fertigstellen der Installationswand 4 werden die genannten Bauschutzelemente entfernt und die Duscheinheit 15, die Betätigungsplatte 13 und die Platte 24 montiert. Die Duscheinheit 15 bildet hier somit ein Fertigbauelement. Schliesslich wird der Klosettkörper 21 an der Installationswand 4 befestigt, wobei der Duscharm 17 in den Durchbruch 19 eingeführt wird. Die Anschlüsse des Klosettkörpers 21 an das Spülrohr 10 und an die Ablaufleitung 11 sind vorzugsweise ebenfalls Steckverbindungen. Die Montage der Einrichtung 1 kann somit mit vergleichsweise einfachen Montageschritten und mit geringerem Zeitaufwand als bisher erfolgen. Anstelle der hier erwähnten Vorwandinstallation ist, wie bereits weiter oben erwähnt, auch eine Inwandinstallation möglich. Schliesslich könnte die Duscheinheit 15 im Montagegestell 5, beispielsweise an der Platte 9 vormontiert sein, was die Montage noch weiter vereinfachen würde.

Claims (26)

  1. Einrichtung mit einer Spülvorrichtung (12) und einem Klosettkörper (21), der einen Zulauf für Spülwasser und einen Ablauf aufweist und der an die Spülvorrichtung (1) angeschlossen ist, mit einer einen Duscharm (17) aufweisenden Duscheinheit (15) sowie einer Bedienungsvorrichtung (25) für die Duscheinheit (15) und mit einer Installationswand (4), an welcher der Klosettkörper (21) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) in der Installationswand (4) gelagert ist.
  2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungsvorrichtung (25) ebenfalls in der Installationswand (4) gelagert ist.
  3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) wenigstens einen Antrieb für den Duscharm (17) sowie eine Steuerung aufweist.
  4. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) ein Gehäuse aufweist, an dem die Duscheinheit (15) in der Installationswand (4) gelagert ist.
  5. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Installationswand (4) ein Gestell (5) aufweist, an dem die Duscheinheit (15) gelagert ist.
  6. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) als Fertigbauelement in der Installationswand (4) eingebaut ist.
  7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) von vorne durch eine Öffnung (16) einer Abdeckung (14) in die Installationswand (4) eingesetzt ist.
  8. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) steckbare Mittel für den Anschluss der Duscheinheit (15) an Funktionselemente aufweist, die in der Installationswand (4) gelagert sind.
  9. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Funktionselemente ein Wasseranschluss und insbesondere ein Anschluss an einen Boiler und/oder eine Stromquelle vorgesehen sind.
  10. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Installationswand (4) eine Revisionsöffnung (23) für die Revision der Duscheinheit (15) angeordnet ist.
  11. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Revisionsöffnung (23) mit einer abnehmbaren Abdeckplatte (24) abgedeckt ist.
  12. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungsvorrichtung (25) für die Unterdusche an der Installationswand (4) über dem Klosettkörper (21) angeordnet ist.
  13. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bedienungsvorrichtung (25) in der Abdeckplatte (24) angeordnet ist.
  14. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) eine separate ein- und ausbaubare Montageeinheit ist.
  15. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Installationswand (4) wenigstens ein Boiler und/oder eine Geruchsabsaugung und/oder eine Steuereinrichtung angeordnet sind.
  16. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klosettkörper (21) rückseitig einen Durchbruch (19) aufweist, in welchen der Duscharm (17) hineinragt bzw. hindurchragt.
  17. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spülvorrichtung (12) einen in der Installationswand (4) gelagerten Unterputzspülkasten(12) aufweist.
  18. Montageset zum Montieren einer Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, umfassend wenigstens:
    - eine Installationswand (4)
    - ein an der Installationswand (4) befestigbarer Klosettkörper (21)
    - eine Spülvorrichtung (12)
    - eine Duscheinheit (15) mit einem Duscharm (17)
    - eine Bedienungsvorrichtung (25) zum Bedienen der Duscheinheit (15) und
    - ein in der Installationswand (4) angeordnetes Lagermittel (9) zum Lagern der Duscheinheit (15).
  19. Montageset nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter wenigstens folgende in der Installationswand (4) lagerbare Elemente aufweist:
    - eine Geruchsabsaugerung und/oder
    - ein Boiler und/oder
    - ein Fön und/oder
    - eine Steuervorrichtung.
  20. Montageset nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) eine separate Einheit ist, die in die Installationswand (4) einsetzbar ist.
  21. Montageset nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) in die Installationswand (4) einsteckbar ist.
  22. Verfahren zum Montieren einer Einrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Installationswand (4) montiert, die Duscheinheit (15) in die Installationswand (4) eingesetzt und zumindest an eine Wasserleitung angeschlossen wird und dass der Klosettkörper (21) an der Installationswand (4) befestigt wird, wobei der Duscharm (17) in einen Durchbruch (19) des Klosettkörpers (21) eingeführt wird.
  23. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) an wenigsten ein Funktionselement angeschlossen wird, das in der Installationswand (4) gelagert ist.
  24. Verfahren nach Anspruch 21 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) als Fertigbauteil in die Installationswand (4) eingebaut wird.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (4) durch eine Öffnung (16) einer Abdeckung (14) eingebaut wird.
  26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 22 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duscheinheit (15) in der Installationswand (4) vormontiert ist.
