Claims (8)
- Cartouche (100) pour un dispositif mélangeur pour la pulvérisation d'un solvant, en particulier d'eau, dans lequel un additif tel qu'un produit phytosanitaire est mélangé sous forme de concentré liquide, comprenant :- un corps de cartouche (110) ;- un contenant intérieur sensible à la pression destiné à recevoir le concentré liquide ;- une chambre de mélange (126) avec une première ouverture de sortie pour le concentré, une ouverture d'entrée pour le solvant et une deuxième ouverture de sortie pour le mélange de concentré et de solvant, le contenant intérieur sensible à la pression étant conformé de telle façon que le volume du contenant intérieur sensible à la pression se réduise sensiblement jusqu'au point où l'additif est chassé du contenant intérieur ;- une section de raccordement avec laquelle la cartouche peut être raccordée à un dispositif de mélange,caractérisée en ce que la section de raccordement comprend la chambre de mélange (126) et un raccord de fixation (124), le contenant intérieur étant conformé comme un soufflet en caoutchouc (150) et le raccord de fixation (124) étant relié de façon étanche à la pression et au liquide avec le soufflet en caoutchouc (150) par une bague de serrage sertie (152) et le soufflet en caoutchouc (150) possédant un bourrelet (153), lequel bourrelet (153) est étiré vers le haut par-dessus la bague de serrage (152).
- Cartouche selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le corps de cartouche est transparent.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, dans laquelle la section de raccordement est transparente.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle l'ouverture d'entrée pour le solvant présente un diamètre et le diamètre se situe entre 1 mm et 3 mm, de préférence entre 1,2 mm et 2,5 mm, en particulier entre 1,4 mm et 1,9 mm.
- Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la première ouverture de sortie pour le concentré présente un diamètre de buse qui se situe entre 0,1 mm et 2 mm, de préférence entre 0,1 mm et 1 mm, en particulier entre 0,1 mm et 0,3 mm et notamment entre 0,15 mm et 0,3 mm.
- Dispositif de mélange, en particulier pour un dispositif à actionnement manuel pour la pulvérisation d'eau dans laquelle un additif, par exemple un produit phytosanitaire, est ajouté sous forme de concentré liquide, avec une cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la cartouche comprend la chambre de mélange (126).
- Dispositif, en particulier dispositif à actionnement manuel pour la pulvérisation d'eau dans laquelle un additif, par exemple un produit phytosanitaire, est ajouté sous forme de concentré liquide, composé d'un dispositif d'éjection, en particulier d'un tuyau de pulvérisation avec une buse de pulvérisation et un raccord d'eau sous pression, dans lequel un dispositif de mélange selon la revendication 6 est disposé entre le raccord d'eau sous pression et le dispositif d'éjection.
- Procédé pour le montage d'un soufflet en caoutchouc (150) sur une cartouche d'un dispositif de mélange pour la pulvérisation d'un solvant avec un raccord de fixation (124) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- mise en place du soufflet en caoutchouc (150) dans un état de pré-montage dans le raccord de fixation (124), le soufflet en caoutchouc (150) présentant un bourrelet (153) qui dépasse par-dessus une bague de serrage (152), et- après la mise en place, sertissage à chaud de la bague de serrage (152), de façon à fixer le soufflet en caoutchouc (150) sur le raccord de fixation (124).
