Abstract

Sie finden breite Anwendung im Therapie- und Wellnessbereich und sind in der Regel an Badeeinrichtungen wie Badewannen oder Therapiebecken angeordnet und mit ihrer Zuleitung an eine Wasserleitung angeschlossen. Über die Zuleitung wird mit Druck beaufschlagtes Wasser in den Verteiler geleitet und gelangt vom Verteiler zu den Austrittsdüsen, aus denen Wasserstrahlen unter Entfaltung einer Massagewirkung auf den Nackenbereich der zu behandelnden Person geleitet wird. Zuleitung und Verteiler sind dabei sichtbar angeordnet, woraus ein wenig ansprechendes Design resultiert. Zudem sind die relativ harten Bauteile als Kopfstütze wenig tauglich, was einen Mangel an Bequemlichkeit nach sich zieht.
