Claims (17)
- Support (11) pour un dispositif de chauffage électrique (23) pour disposer des éléments chauffants (24) sur un côté supérieur (12) du support, les éléments chauffants (24) étant allongés et s'étendant dans des pistes renfoncées (16) sur le côté supérieur du support, les pistes renfoncées étant complètement ouvertes vers le côté supérieur (12), des renfoncements supplémentaires (19) étant pratiqués dans le côté inférieur (13) du support, lesquels renfoncements supplémentaires s'étendent au moins jusqu'aux pistes (16), caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (19) sont plus larges que les pistes.
- Support selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (19) sont plus larges d'au moins 10 % que les pistes (16), de préférence de 20 % à 60 %.
- Support selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (19) présentent une section transversale ronde, de préférence sont ronds circulaires, à la manière d'un trou borgne.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des renfoncements (19) sont prévus au niveau de codages étroits ou de boucles des pistes (16) et/ou les renfoncements présentent un espacement mutuel qui correspond au moins au triple ou au quintuple de leur diamètre.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur des renfoncements (19) correspond au moins à 50 % de l'épaisseur du support (11), de préférence à 60 % à 90 %.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur des pistes (16) correspond au moins à 30 % de l'épaisseur du support (11), de préférence à 40 % à 80 %.
- Support selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est réalisé d'une seule pièce, de préférence en ce qu'il est comprimé, en particulier comprimé une fois.
- Dispositif de chauffage électrique (23) comprenant un support (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments chauffants allongés (24) s'étendent dans les pistes (16), lesquelles sont fixées par écrasement en largeur des éléments chauffants (24) dans la région des renfoncements (19) sur la largeur des pistes (16) pour les empêcher de ressortir vers le haut.
- Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les éléments chauffants allongés (24) se composent de filaments chauffants enroulés.
- Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la section transversale ou la largeur des éléments chauffants (24) est augmentée d'au moins 10 % par l'écrasement en largeur, de préférence d'au moins 25 %, la largeur des éléments chauffants (24) n'étant notamment au maximum que légèrement inférieure à la largeur des pistes (16) avant l'écrasement en largeur.
- Dispositif de chauffage (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que des bornes (26) des éléments chauffants (24) sont guidées dans une région centrale à l'écart du bord extérieur (14) depuis le côté supérieur (12) jusqu'à un côté inférieur (13) à travers le support (11) et peuvent être atteintes depuis le côté inférieur en vue du contact électrique (27) ou en vue de la fixation mécanique des bornes (26).
- Dispositif de chauffage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des câbles de raccordement électriques (27) sont fixés aux bornes (26) au niveau du côté inférieur (13) du support (11) en vue du raccordement électrique, ce qui produit une fixation mécanique des bornes pour empêcher qu'elles ne ressortent, en particulier aussi une fixation de l'élément chauffant (24), de préférence une connexion des câbles de raccordement électriques (27) aux bornes (26) étant très proche du support (11).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un support (11) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel lors du formage du support en matériau isolant, des pistes renfoncées (16) sont réalisées sur un côté supérieur (12) pour la pose d'un élément chauffant allongé (24) et des renfoncements (19) sont réalisés au niveau d'un côté inférieur (13), lesquels s'étendent jusqu'aux pistes (16), caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (19) sont plus larges que les pistes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de chauffage (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément chauffant (24) est introduit dans les pistes (16) depuis le côté supérieur (12), puis l'élément chauffant (24) est écrasé en largeur ou élargi sous pression en partie au niveau des renfoncements (19) au moins à partir du côté supérieur (12), les renfoncements (19) étant plus larges que les pistes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une pression est exercée sur l'élément chauffant également depuis le côté inférieur (13), notamment par l'application d'une contre-butée (33), l'élément chauffant étant pressé de préférence à partir du côté supérieur (12) par déplacement d'une butée (32) et à partir du côté inférieur (13), l'élément chauffant (24) étant supporté par la contre-butée (33).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que la butée (32) est relativement pointue ou présente une arête étroite pour entailler le profil de l'élément chauffant (24), la contre-butée (33) étant plate et large, de préférence étant un peu plus petite que le renfoncement (19).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 et 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités de bornes (26) de l'élément chauffant (24) sont guidées latéralement à l'écart du support (11), en particulier à travers un guide des pistes (16) jusqu'au bord extérieur du support (11), et dépassent au-delà du côté du support, les bornes (26) étant fixées de préférence au moyen de moyens de retenue tels que des pinces ou similaires au niveau de la région extérieure du support (11).
