Lanes used in the construction sector must be glued together or with other materials or substrates. The webs used in the construction sector may, for example, be underlays, underlay webs, formwork webs and window connection strips, which are used outdoors by pitched roofs. In the interior of pitched roofs, wind barriers, vapor barriers, vapor barriers and window connection strips are used. For flat roofs geomembranes, vapor barriers and vapor barriers are used. Facade membranes, housewraps and window connection strips are required in the façade area. In addition, geomembranes and masonry barriers are used on foundation walls and base plates. The membranes used in the roof or façade area are connected to each other air- and wind-tight and are intended to ensure water and airtightness. By contrast, the webs used in the area of foundation walls and base plates are intended to ensure essentially water-tightness.

To connect the aforementioned webs with each other or with a substrate, adhesive tapes can be used. In addition, the webs may as such have an adhesive coating which allows bonding to a substrate or to another web. Self-adhesive webs may have an adhesive coating on one or both sides. For double-sided adhesive coating, the adhesive layer of a web can be bonded to the adhesive layer of an opposite web to ensure a composite of the webs.

The self-adhesive webs known from the prior art or the adhesive tapes used for bonding the webs have a full surface Coating with an adhesive to ensure bonding of the webs with high strength and sufficient tightness or tightness. In addition, a comparatively large amount of adhesive must be applied in order to ensure an air- or windproof connection of the webs to the substrate or to one another and / or the watertightness. This is especially true if the webs are to be glued to surfaces that are hydrophobic, dirty, wet or otherwise unsuitable for bonding. Furthermore, the known webs generally have no smooth surfaces, so that a part of the adhesive penetrates into the surface during the bonding of the webs and is not involved in the formation of an adhesive bond between the web and the substrate or another web. This applies in particular to webs with fibrous surfaces.

Incidentally, if two webs are to be glued together with application of adhesive on both sides, there is the problem that the webs have to be aligned very precisely in order to at least predominantly coincide with one another the bond areas.

From the DE 101 28 078 A1 is already a train of the type mentioned above. The known geomembrane has attachment portions in which sealing adhesive zones may be provided which are separated from each other by an adhesive-free region. In itself, it is in this state of the art to provide geomembranes that also in the façade area a permanent, all weather and environmental influences resistant attachment and sealing to all common building substrates and each other in faster, cleaner and easier installation without additional to the Laying of externally applied adhesive to ensure. To solve this problem, there is provided that for the attachment of the geomembrane on the building surface or on the previous geomembrane on the one hand and for sealing the building surface or the previous geomembrane different glue, namely a sealing adhesive and a fixing adhesive, are used. In the known track, the fastening sections are provided on the outside only on one side of the web. The disadvantage is that in the prior art can not always achieve a sufficient tightness in the sealing layer level.

From the DE 200 05 974 U1 and DE 200 12 227 U1 go each roofing out, which are provided on the underside with an adhesive layer.

From the US 2002/090496 A1 are known webs and adhesive strips with removable adhesive. In one embodiment (Figure 3 (a)), a strip-shaped bonding area is provided on the entire upper side of the web, while a further strip-shaped bonding area is provided on the entire underside of the web.

From the DE 102 01 152 A1 is already a single- or multi-layer nonwoven or film web and their installation for the insulation of buildings. The known web has adhesive surfaces on opposite sides of the web at opposite edges, wherein bonding takes place only in conjunction with surfaces of the same coating. The adhesive surfaces are each full-surface adhesive strips. In the known web, such an adhesive is used in which an adhesive effect only results when it comes into contact with another adhesive strip of another web. Due to this choice of adhesive no protective films on the adhesive surfaces are required in the known web.

Dichtigkeit aufweisen soll.Object of the present invention is to provide a web of the type mentioned above, which can be installed and glued in a simple manner, is inexpensive and wherein the adhesive bond obtainable by adhesive bonding should have a high peel strength and tightness or impermeability.

The aforementioned object is achieved by the features of claim 1. The basic idea of the invention can be seen in the fact that the fastening section is coated with an adhesive only at certain areas. In peel tests, it was surprisingly found that a comparatively high peel strength results even in the case of only partial adhesive coating in the attachment section, as in the case of webs which have a full-surface coating of the attachment section with an adhesive. In peel measurements, it was possible, for example, to achieve strengths of 3 to 200 N, in particular 7 to 100 N, more particularly 10 to 70 N, on a 50 mm wide strip-shaped attachment section with a test speed of 100 mm / min. Due to the inventive partial coating of the attachment portion adhesive can be saved It goes without saying that the preceding statements also apply in the same way to an adhesive tape having a fastening section, wherein the fastening section is only partially coated with an adhesive and bonding regions are protected by adhesive-free regions of the adhesive Attachment section are separated.

To protect the mounting portion of this is stuck in the non-use state with a peelable protective film, which must be deducted before bonding the web.

In order to ensure air / wind tightness and watertightness, at least one continuous path of bonding must be obtained when bonding the web to the substrate or webs. In order to ensure a high tightness or tightness, in particular, two continuous paths of the bond can be provided. In a preferred embodiment of the invention it is therefore provided that the bonding areas are formed or arranged such that when bonding the web to the ground or with another web over the entire length and / or the entire width of the web a substantially uninterrupted Adhesive bond between at least one bonding area and the substrate or the further path is formed. The wording "substantially uninterrupted" in this context makes it clear that under certain circumstances it is sufficient for sufficient tightness or imperviousness if the bond area is essentially completely bonded to the substrate or the further web and only a portion or a few portions of the bond area over a short length of, for example, a few centimeters is not glued to the ground or the further path or are. It is advantageous, however, if a completely uninterrupted adhesive bond is formed.

The attachment portion may preferably extend in the longitudinal direction of the web in strip form at one or both outer edges and / or at the top and / or bottom of the web, preferably over the entire length of the web. In principle, it is of course also possible for the attachment section to extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the web, preferably over the entire width, underneath and / or on top of the web.

In the following, advantageous embodiments of the invention will be explained in detail using the example of a web according to the invention. It is understood that the features mentioned below can also be advantageous and provided for an adhesive tape of the type according to the invention, even if this is not described in detail.

Preferably, for the above purpose, the bond areas of the web may extend uninterrupted over the entire web length and / or the entire web width. By suitable arrangement of the bonding areas, their width and shape as well as by suitable definition of the application thickness can be ensured with a suitable selection of an adhesive an airtight and / or waterproof adhesive connection.

For easy bonding of the web to another web, at least one fastening section can be provided on the upper side and on the lower side of the web. It is possible that a web has on both sides a partial adhesive coating according to the first described embodiment of the invention. It is equally possible for a partial adhesive coating to be provided on one side and a full-surface adhesive coating on the other side. For example, it can further be provided that a fastening section provided on the upper side has a different width than a fastening section provided on the lower side of the web. Here, it is possible for a comparatively wide fastening section on the upper side of a web to be glued to a comparatively narrower fastening section on the underside of a further web, wherein the webs glued together overlap at least in the region of the fastening sections. Due to different widths of the attachment portions, it is not necessary to align the tracks very closely to each other to bring the attachment portions at least predominantly to cover. Even if the webs or fastening sections are not precisely aligned, an air / windproof adhesive bond and high water tightness can be ensured with sufficient strength of the adhesive bond.

Preferably, the bonding areas are arranged at regular intervals from each other or with a defined pattern. For example, bonding areas and non-bonded areas of the attachment portion be provided alternately side by side. Of course, the same applies to bonding areas with different application thickness of the adhesive coating, which can also be arranged alternately next to each other. As a result, the bonding of the webs is in particular simplified together and ensures high strength and tightness or tightness of the adhesive bond.

The bonding area may be linear, wherein, preferably, the attachment portion may have a plurality of straight or wave-like juxtaposed linear bonding areas. For example, straight line-shaped bonding areas can be provided next to one another, the bonding areas extending over the entire length of the web and being able to be separated from non-bonded areas of the fastening section transversely to the longitudinal direction. In the embodiment described above, the bond areas of the web extend uninterruptedly over the entire length of the web. However, it can also be that the bonding areas have interruptions and are arranged offset from one another transversely to the longitudinal direction, so that overall an air / windproof bonding or the water-tightness of the adhesive bond can be ensured again. It is equally possible that the attachment portion is net-coated with the adhesive. Again, due to the network structures results in a continuous path of the bond, which ensures the air / windproofness and water resistance. In this connection, the bonding areas may have a width of 0.5 to 30 mm, preferably of 1 to 15 mm, in particular of 1.5 to 8 mm.

If line-shaped bonding areas are provided, all bond areas can have the same width. It goes without saying that bonding regions with different widths can also be provided, in particular on different outer sides of the web. The width of the line-shaped bonding areas depends on their number per attachment section and the application technique of the adhesive, wherein the adhesive application can take place by means of (discharge) nozzles, rollers or spray nozzles. It is also possible to apply the adhesive by rotational spraying or meltblown (blown) on the attachment portion.

However, the attachment portion may also have a plurality of spiral or Ω-structured bonding areas. The spiral or Ω structures are arranged in such a way that during bonding, in turn, at least one continuous path of the bond results. The bonding areas may have a smaller width, since, due to the spiral or Ω structure, a plurality of continuous paths of bonding are obtained when bonding the web to a substrate or to another web. Here, the width of the spiral or Ω-structure forming adhesive lines 0.1 to 5 mm, preferably 0.3 to 3 mm, in particular 0.5 to 2 mm. Incidentally, adhesive lines with different widths can also be provided.

If the adhesive is sprayed onto the attachment section in a fibrous manner, the attachment section may preferably have randomly applied adhesive fibers having a diameter of 0.001 to 2 mm, preferably of 0.005 to 1 mm, in particular of 0.01 to 0.5 mm.

Ultimately, bonding areas in the form of straight or wave-like lines, net-like bonding areas or spiral or Ω-structured bonding areas can be produced by suitable application methods.

The width of the fastening section may be 5 to 150 mm, preferably 10 to 100 mm, in particular 20 to 80 mm. It can be provided that the attachment portion is provided at the longitudinal edges and / or at the transverse edges of the web. As has already been pointed out, mounting portions of different widths may be provided on the top and bottom of the web to facilitate bonding of the webs together.

The application weight of the adhesive coating based on the attachment portion may be 5 to 500 g / m 2 , preferably 20 to 300 g / m 2, in particular 35 to 200 g / m 2 . As a result, a sufficiently strong bond and a high tightness or tightness of the adhesive bond can be ensured.

Suitable adhesives are systems known per se from the prior art, such as hotmelts, dispersions and solvent-based adhesives or the like. which can also be networked. The adhesives may contain additives such as UV stabilizers, antioxidants, flame retardants or the like.

The degree of coverage of the fastening section with an adhesive coating may be 5 to 90%, preferably 10 to 70%, in particular 20 to 50%, in each case based on the total area of the fastening section. In full-surface coating of the attachment portion, however, can be provided that the degree of coverage of the mounting portion with bonding areas having a substantially equal application thickness, 5 to 90%, preferably 10 to 70%, in particular 20 to 50%, each based on the total area of Fixing section amounts. The degree of coverage in the case of the last-described embodiment therefore relates to the bonding areas with a higher application thickness, which protrude outwards with respect to other bond areas with a lower application thickness. The chosen degrees of coverage are sufficient to allow the web to be bonded to a substrate or to another web with high strength of the adhesive bond and sufficient tightness.

Nachfolgend werden bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben:Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the invention will be described:

Beispiel 1example 1

A known underlayment with the trade name Delta Vent S of the applicant, consisting of a composite of 40 g / m 2 PP nonwoven, 40 g / m 2 microporous membrane and 70g / m 2 PP nonwoven, is on one side with an edge A 30 mm wide strip of hotmelt with the trade name Kleiberit SK 728.6 from Kleiberit coated to obtain the attachment section. The basis weight is 150 g / m 2 . The order is made from a slot die with inserted comb structure, so that six strip-shaped bonding areas each with a width of 3 mm are formed.

Beispiel 2Example 2

The web according to Example 1 is additionally coated at the other edge with an 80 mm wide hotmelt strip with a basis weight of 50 g / m 2 in order to obtain the fastening section. This will be a similar, but wider Nozzle inserted, which is moved during the order orthogonal to the edge of the web with a deflection of 10 mm. The web is moved below the nozzle. This results in wave-like bond lines with a width of about 4 mm, which form during bonding with straight line-shaped bonding areas of another path continuous bonding paths.

In Fig. 1 is a web 1 with a mounting portion 2 on top of the web 1 and with a further mounting portion 3 on the underside of Lane 1 shown, wherein the mounting portions 2, 3 are provided for bonding the web 1 with a further web 1, not shown, or for bonding to a substrate, not shown. The attachment sections 2, 3 are partially coated with an adhesive and have a plurality of bond areas 4, 5 formed by the adhesive coating. The bonding areas 4, 5 extend in the longitudinal direction of the web 1 at the outer edges over the entire length of the web 1. The bonding areas 4, 5 are formed as straight adhesive lines, which are separated from each other by adhesive-free areas 6, 7. As a result, the adhesive consumption in the coating of the attachment portion 2, 3 can be reduced compared to the known from the prior art webs, which contributes to a significant cost savings. However, a continuous bonding of the web 1 with a substrate or with another web is possible, forming an air-tight and waterproof adhesive bond with high strength over the entire length of the web.

The web 1 has on the upper side the attachment portion 2 which is bounded transversely to the longitudinal direction of the web 1 by the two outer bonding areas 4. On the underside of the web 1 of the attachment portion 3 is provided, which has only two attachment areas 5, which are separated by an adhesive-free area 7 from each other. As a result, the width of the attachment section 2 provided on the upper side of the track 1 is greater than the width of the attachment section 3 provided on the underside of the track 1. If tracks 1 are glued together in an overlapping manner, an adhesive bond is formed between the attachment section 2 on the The top of the web 1 and a mounting portion 3 on the underside of another web 1. The different width of the mounting portions 2, 3 makes it possible to glue overlapping webs 1 together without the mounting sections 2, 3 must be aligned with each other exactly to an air To ensure - and waterproof adhesive bond with high strength.

In Fig. 1b to Fig. 1e in each case a plan view of a web portion of a web according to the invention is shown, wherein the bonding areas 4 according to Fig. 1b superimpose net and according to Fig. 1c are formed as wave-shaped adhesive lines. According to Fig. 1d it is provided that the attachment portion 2 over a greater width on the top of the web. 1 extends and is obtainable by spraying on adhesive fibers. The adhesive-free areas 6 of the attachment portion 2 are formed by the voids which arise when spraying adhesive fibers on the top of the web 1. The size of the adhesive-free areas 6 of the attachment portion 2 is therefore determined by the spray parameters during the spraying of the adhesive fibers. As a result, the fastening region 2 is sprayed "over the entire surface" with adhesive fibers, but these do not completely cover the upper side of the web 1 in the region of the fastening section 2. The discrete areas of the coating are produced by the individual adhesive fibers themselves. At the in Fig. 1e As shown, the attachment portion 2 has a plurality of bonding areas 4, which are also obtainable by spraying adhesive fibers.

In Fig. 2 a partial cross-sectional view of the web 1 in the region of the attachment portion 2 is shown. As it turned out Fig. 2 In particular, all bonding areas 4 have the same width. On the other hand, the adhesive-free regions 6 have a greater width than the adhesive regions 4. It is also possible for the adhesive regions 4 and the adhesive-free regions 6 to have the same width.

In Fig. 3 a partial cross-sectional view of another embodiment of a web 1 is shown. The bonding areas 8, 9 form a fastening portion 10 for bonding the web 1 to a substrate or for bonding to another web 1. The mounting portion 10 is coated over its entire surface with an adhesive, wherein the bonding areas 8, 9 formed by the adhesive coating have a different application thickness Have adhesive coating. This allows the bonding of the web 1 even with non-planar surfaces with an overall lower adhesive consumption compared to the bonding of such webs having a coating adhesive with a constant application thickness over the entire mounting portion.
