Definitions
- the present invention relates to a use of a sub-roof track in pitched roofs with adjacent roof surfaces according to claim 1.
- roofing membranes have been known from practice for years. Their task is primarily to produce the watertightness under the hard roofing in the pitched roof. As a sheet product, the sub-roof sheet is fixed in strips on a roof. However, wind can penetrate between the webs and reduce the effect of the insulation by convection and flowing through.
- the remedy here is to connect the tracks with each other. This can be achieved by using an adhesive tape or - especially easy to install - by seam self-adhesive.
- the use of two opposing adhesive surfaces is provided, so that in the end adhesive is glued into adhesive. These adhesive zones must be on different sides of the sub-roof, as in Fig. 1 is shown. From the prior art according to the DE 10128078 A1 Furthermore, geomembranes for facades are known in which the adhesive zones lie on the same side of the web.
- the EP 2 527 530 A1 discloses a bituminous roofing membrane with an at least single-layer carrier layer.
- the carrier layer comprises a nonwoven, which is either impregnated with bitumen or embedded in a polymer plastic.
- top and bottom bitumen strips are provided, wherein the top-side bitumen strips are offset from the bottom bitumen strips in the transverse direction of the web by one strip width.
- a roofing membrane projecting which has a carrier layer and disposed on at least one side of the carrier layer and spaced from each other strips of bituminous material.
- a thermoplastic cover sheet is disclosed in the WO 2013/085700 A1 .
- a complete adhesive application is provided, wherein on the opposite side only a longitudinal edge-side adhesive application is provided.
- the DE 10 2009 050 246 A1 discloses a web for building purposes, on the side of which adhesive strips are provided for bonding.
- the EP 2 339 088 A2 discloses a vapor barrier as a film element in the thermal insulation of buildings, wherein the vapor barrier has grid-like markings as Thomasyslinien to form a cut pattern.
- the task is now to use a self-adhesive web, which can be used without appreciable waste especially on pitched roofs with adjacent roof surfaces.
- the same page is the page that is facing down when installed, unlike this Fig. 3 is shown. This allows the web to be rotated by 180 ° even with overlapping laying in the plane and laid without waste.
- the adhesive zones at the edges can be designed differently. This can relate to both the choice of adhesive, the width of the adhesive application and / or the grammage of the adhesive application.
- the adhesive zones can also be continuous or interrupted, preferably as strips.
- the mating surface is preferably designed as a film-like surface in order to allow windproof and / or airtight bonding.
- sub-roof sheets are multi-layer products which contain a nonwoven layer.
- an edge-side portion is free of the further layer, in particular the nonwoven layer, wherein on the free area then the adhesive zone is at least partially provided.
- a film layer may be provided, by the way.
- the nonwoven and / or film layer preferably serves as a support layer for a vapor-permeable layer in the form of a breathable film.
- the sub-roof membrane is a total of diffusion. This means, of course, that the additional layers provided in addition to the functional layer are likewise open to diffusion.
- the web is provided with four adhesive zones, two adhesive zones being provided on top of the panel and two adhesive zones on the bottom of the panel.
- the adhesive zones are on the top and bottom side offset at an edge to each other, as is the case Fig. 5 results.
- the adhesive zones are arranged so staggered that the formation of thick places when rolling roles is reduced.
- all 4 adhesive zones may be different, but preferred are the adhesive zones 1a and 1b and 2a and 2b (see. Fig. 5 ) and allow the gluing "glue in glue”.
- individual zones can be formed only as a specially trained counter surface for the adhesive zone of the other web. This is done e.g. by covering with a liner, for example, to keep out moisture / dirt.
- the counter surfaces are e.g. surface-treated by varnish and optionally additionally covered by a liner.
- the individual lanes may also be provided on the upper side with at least one cutting mark.
- the cut mark preferably has auxiliary lines for possible cuts.
- a cut mark is shown with auxiliary lines that run at angles of 30 °, 45 ° and 60 °.
- a plurality of cut marks are preferably provided which repeat periodically.
- the cutting mark or the individual auxiliary lines of the cutting mark can be realized by a printing and / or embossing in the surface.
- the web used as such is preferably roll goods with a web length between 30 m and 100 m, in particular of about 50 m.
- the width of the web is preferably between 1 m and 3 m and in particular about 1.5 m.

Description
The present invention relates to a use of a sub-roof track in pitched roofs with adjacent roof surfaces according to

The remedy here is to connect the tracks with each other. This can be achieved by using an adhesive tape or - especially easy to install - by seam self-adhesive.
In a variant further improved with respect to the security against gluing, the use of two opposing adhesive surfaces is provided, so that in the end adhesive is glued into adhesive. These adhesive zones must be on different sides of the sub-roof, as in

For more difficult geometries, in particular those in which adjacent roof surfaces, such as hipped roofs, Krüppelwalmdächern or roofs with throats, however, there is the problem that large amounts of waste occur, which easily account for more than 20% of the material used. This is in
The same problem arises even if only one adhesive zone is present and the mating surface is free of adhesive. In this case too, the overlapping laying leads to a corresponding waste being dropped.

The task is now to use a self-adhesive web, which can be used without appreciable waste especially on pitched roofs with adjacent roof surfaces.
The above object is achieved by the use of a sub-roof sheet having the features of

The adhesive zones at the edges can be designed differently. This can relate to both the choice of adhesive, the width of the adhesive application and / or the grammage of the adhesive application.
The adhesive zones can also be continuous or interrupted, preferably as strips.
In the case of bonding a plurality of webs to a sealing layer of sub-roof webs, the mating surface is preferably designed as a film-like surface in order to allow windproof and / or airtight bonding. According to the invention, sub-roof sheets are multi-layer products which contain a nonwoven layer. This hampers the secure bonding with only one side adhesive zones. In a further development of the invention, therefore, an edge-side portion is free of the further layer, in particular the nonwoven layer, wherein on the free area then the adhesive zone is at least partially provided. This is in

Alternatively, individual zones can be formed only as a specially trained counter surface for the adhesive zone of the other web. This is done e.g. by covering with a liner, for example, to keep out moisture / dirt. In another variant, the counter surfaces are e.g. surface-treated by varnish and optionally additionally covered by a liner.
In
- 4) A thermally bonded 120 g / m2 polyester spunbond is coated with an acrylate dispersion and dried to give a total basis weight of 220 g / m2. Subsequently, on both sides of the non-woven side, pre-fabricated adhesive tapes of UV-crosslinkable pure acrylate are applied and covered with a liner.
The mating surface is lacquered and dried over a width of 100 mm with 20 g / m2 non-tacky acrylate dispersion and thus represents a particularly secure bonding partner.
Claims (14)
- A use of a roofing underlay in steep-pitched roofs with adjacent roof surfaces, comprising adhesive zones on the longitudinal-edge sides, wherein, in each longitudinal-edge region, an adhesive zone, each having a width of between 2 and 10 cm, is provided on the underside of the membrane which is downward-facing in the installed state of the membrane, the roofing underlay being formed in multiple layers and comprising at least one non-woven layer and a breathable film, and the roofing underlay being diffusion permeable and having an Sd value < 0.5 m.
- The use according to claim 1, characterised in that the edge-side adhesive zone is spaced apart from the outer longitudinal edge of the membrane.
- The use according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the adhesive zones are strip-shaped and, where appropriate, are formed as interrupted strips.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the adhesive zones are differently formed in the various longitudinal-edge regions of the membrane and in that, preferably, the adhesive zones comprise a different adhesive, have a different width of the adhesive application, a different number of adhesive strips and/or a different mass per unit area of the adhesive application.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the adhesive zones are formed such that, on bonding with a neighbouring roofing underlay, a windproof and/or airtight bond results.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that one layer of the membrane has a smaller width than another layer of the membrane and in that, in the edge-side subregion of the shorter layer, adhesive is provided, at least in regions of an adhesive zone.
- The use according to claim 6, characterised in that the adhesive of the adhesive zone of the edge-side subregion overlaps the layer having smaller width.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an adhesive zone is provided on both the upper and lower sides of the longitudinal edge.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the adhesive zones provided on the upper and lower sides on an edge of the membrane are arranged offset with respect to one another.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the offset of the upper-side and lower-side adhesive zones in a longitudinal-edge region of the membrane are selected such that, on bonding of neighbouring membrane, an adhesive-in-adhesive bond is created between adhesive zones of neighbouring membranes.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the structure is such that the mating surfaces for the adhesive zone of another membrane is covered and/or surface treated with a liner, in particular by means of a lacquer.
- The use according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one cutting mark is provided on the upper side and/or lower side of the membrane and in that, preferably, a plurality of periodically recurring cutting marks are provided over the length of the membrane.
- The use according to claim 12, characterised in that the cutting mark comprises auxiliary lines at an angle to the longitudinal direction of the membrane and in that, preferably, the cutting mark comprises auxiliary lines at an angle of at least 30°, 45° and/or 60°.
- The use according to claim 13, characterised in that the auxiliary lines are generated by printing and/or embossing on the upper and/or lower side of the membrane.
