    qu'on utilise, pour déposer la structure laquée, un cylindre applicateur caoutchouté dont le gainage de caoutchouc est pourvu de renfoncements correspondant à la structure à déposer, en vue du transfert de laque sur la couche de laque couvrante de la plaque de matériau, à partir d'un système de dosage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'une structure laquée, reproduisant la structure d'une surface en bois naturel ou quasi naturel, est déposée sur la couche de laque couvrante.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que la structure de la surface en bois naturel ou quasi naturel est reproduite de manière inversée, de telle sorte que les aspérités, formées par la structure laquée sur la couche de laque couvrante, correspondent aux creux de ladite surface en bois naturel ou quasi naturel.

Dispositif pour la production d'une surface structurée sur une plaque de matériau laquée, comprenant un système de laquage (5) pour déposer, sur ladite plaque de matériau (8), une couche de laque couvrante (11) uniforme et non structurée ; un cylindre applicateur (1) pour déposer une structure laquée (10) sur ladite couche de laque couvrante (11) ; un système de dosage (4) pour doser de la laque sur ledit cylindre applicateur (1) ; ainsi qu'un système de transport (12) pour acheminer ladite plaque de matériau (8) depuis ledit système de laquage (5) jusqu'audit cylindre applicateur (1),
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le cylindre applicateur (1) présente une surface caoutchoutée (3) dotée de renfoncements (9) correspondant à la structure laquée (10) devant être déposée, en vue du transfert de laque sur la couche de laque couvrante (11) de la plaque de matériau (8), à partir du système de dosage (4, 7).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que les renfoncements, pratiqués dans la surface caoutchoutée (3) du cylindre applicateur (1), reproduisent une surface en bois naturel ou quasi naturel.

    que seule une partie des renfoncements (9), pratiqués dans la surface caoutchoutée (3) du cylindre applicateur (1), correspond aux creux de la surface en bois naturel ou quasi naturel, en vue d'une reproduction partiellement inversée, et partiellement non inversée de la structure de ladite surface en bois dans la structure laquée devant être déposée.

    caractérisé par le fait
    que les renfoncements (9), pratiqués dans la surface caoutchoutée (3) du cylindre applicateur (1), reproduisent une surface en bois dont la représentation visuelle est imprimée sur la plaque de matériau (8).
  18. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 17,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'au moins une partie des renfoncements (9), pratiqués dans la surface caoutchoutée (3) du cylindre applicateur (1), offre une profondeur d'environ 200 à environ 250 µm.
  19. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 18,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le système de dosage englobe un racloir ou un cylindre doseur (4) roulant sur le cylindre applicateur (1), de manière que la laque vienne imbiber les renfoncements (9) dudit cylindre applicateur (1).
  20. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 19,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'un dispositif de durcissement (6), affecté à la gélification de la couche de laque couvrante (11), est interposé entre le système de laquage (5) et le cylindre applicateur (1).
  21. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 20,
    caractérisé par le fait
    que le système de transport (12) comprend un système de contre-pression (12), placé en vis-à-vis du cylindre applicateur (1) en vue de réserver un interstice de compression destiné à la plaque de matériau (8).
  22. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 21,
    caractérisé par le fait
    qu'un système affecté au durcissement de la couche de laque couvrante (11) et de la structure laquée (10), ainsi qu'un système conçu pour revêtir la plaque de matériau (8) d'une couche protectrice, sont implantés en aval du cylindre applicateur (1).
