Claims (9)
- A handle system, in particular of an espagnolette, designed to be installed on the external surface of a door, such as the door of a refrigerated truck, comprising:- an arm (2) mounted on a holder (1) secured to the door, movable between a closed position of the handle and an open position thereof;- a hook (18) pivotably mounted on said holder (1) between closed and open positions of the handle;- a locking and unlocking device (39, 40) of the handle, capable of being remotely controlled, and a remote control device (34) for that device (39, 40) and comprising a remote control actuator (34) connected by a transmission device (36) to the locking and unlocking device (39, 40), such that the locking and unlocking device includes a cam member (39, 40) rotatable between a locked position of the hook (18) locked by the cam in the closed position of the handle and an unlocked position of the handle in the open position thereof, which is mounted on said holder and which is rotated by said actuator (34), characterized in that the transmission device (36) includes a rotary member (43) secured in rotation to the cam member (39, 40), a rod (45) for rotating the rotary member (43) and a coupling member for coupling the rod (45) to the actuator (34).
- The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the locking and unlocking device includes, in addition to the remote control actuator (34), a key lock device (31).
- The system according to claim 2, characterized in that the key lock device (31) is connected to the cam member (40) by the device converting the movement of the lock into a rotational movement of the cam (36).
- The system according to claim 3, characterized in that the lock device (31) is mounted on a stationary holder.
- The system according to claim 2, characterized in that the lock device includes a rotating element such as a barrel (32) that is connected by a means for transforming the rotating movement into a substantially rectilinear movement (59, 60, 63) to the coupling member for coupling the transmission rod (45) to the actuator (34).
- The system according to claim 5, characterized in that the aforementioned transmission means include an arm (63) secured in rotation to the rotary element (32) of the lock (31) and a rod (59) whereof one end is articulated to the coupling member (48) and the other end is configured in an eyelet advantageously with a substantially rectangular shape (60) in which the free end of the arm (63) engages such that the coupling member can be selectively actuated either by the actuator (34) or by the lock (31).
- The system according to one of claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the actuator (34) and the key lock device (31) and the device (36) for transmission to the cam device (39, 40) are contained in a housing (13, 14, 15) positioned next to and below the holder (1) of the handle.
- The system according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the handle is an espagnolette handle whereof the pivoting arm (2) includes a lever (5) with two arms (6, 7), one of which is configured as a hand lever actuating the handle while the other (7) is designed to cooperate with the hook (18) and includes means for moving the hook (18) toward a position releasing the arm (2) and in that the cam device (39, 40) is designed to prevent the movement of the lever arm (7) freeing the hook.
- The system according to claim 8, characterized in that the espagnolette handle includes means for moving the hook (18) into its position releasing the handle arm (2) from the inside of the truck.
