Claims (15)

  1. An opener and closure device (10) for opening and closing a door (1) on a frame (5), the device comprising:
    · a handle (20) that is fitted on said door (1) by mounting means that are mounted to pivot on said door (1); and
    · two bars (12) that are connected mechanically to a movable driver (11);
    said handle (20) including an actuator tab (21) that is adapted to co-operate with an interaction portion (40) of the driver (11); and
    said actuator tab (21) of the handle (20) and said driver (11) being arranged relative to each other in such a manner that movement of the driver (11), caused by the movement of the two bars (12) while closing the door (1) on the frame (5), causes said interaction portion (40) to move away from said actuator tab (21) of the handle (20), said interaction portion (40) of the driver (11) and said actuator tab (21) of the handle (20) thus not being in contact;
    said device being characterized in that:
    · said mounting means for mounting the handle comprise a pivot pin that is arranged at a first longitudinal end of said handle (20) and that extends from the handle (20) along a pivot axis, and snapfastener means that are arranged at the second longitudinal end of the handle (20) and that are adapted to be snap-fastened on a shaft that is secured to the door (1); and
    · arranged in the proximity of the second longitudinal end of the handle (20), the device (10) further includes locking means (30) for locking the handle (20) on the door (1), which locking means are movable between a first position in which they allow the handle (20) to pivot, and a second position in which they prevent the handle (20) from pivoting.
  2. An opener and closure device (10) according to claim 1, wherein said driver (11) is adapted to pivot about a pivot axis (X) that is perpendicular to the plane of the door (1).
  3. An opener and closure device (10) according to claim 2, wherein each bar (12) extends parallel to the plane of the door (1) and, at one end, includes a mover peg (16) that is housed in a reception housing (11A) of said driver (11), which housing presents dimensions that are greater than the dimensions of said peg (16) so as to allow each mover peg (16) to move in translation in its reception housing (11A), when the driver (11) pivots about its pivot axis (X).
  4. An opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein return means (15) are provided that act continuously between said door (1) and said two bars (12) so as to place said bars in a stable in position.
  5. An opener and closure device (10) according to claim 4, wherein said bars (12), placed in their stable position, are adapted to co-operate in retention with fastener elements (6) of said frame (5) when said door (1) is closed.
  6. An opener and closure device (10) according to claim 4 or claim 5, wherein a free end of each bar (12) includes a sloping plane (17) that is adapted to co-operate with a sharp edge or a complementary sloping surface (51) of the frame (5) when the door (1) passes from an open position to a closed position, so as to cause said bars (12) to pass from their stable position to an intermediate position that is unstable.
  7. An opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein guide rails (13) are provided for guiding each bar (12) along directions that are parallel and rectilinear.
  8. An opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the angular pivot movement of the driver (11) is less than or equal to 50 degrees.
  9. An opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said free ends of the bars present a hook shape.
  10. An opener and closure device (10) according to claim 4, wherein said stable position of said bars (12) corresponds to a position in which the distance between the free ends of the two bars (12) is at its maximum.
  11. An opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein said locking means (30) comprise a pin (32) that is housed in a well (33) of the handle (20) and that extends perpendicularly to the inside face of the handle (20), with, at one of its ends, situated beside the inside face of the handle (20), a plate (31) of elongate shape, and at the other of its ends, a lock that is accessible to the user, in the front face of the handle (20).
  12. An assembly comprising a door (1) and an opener and closure device (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, wherein said actuator tab (21) of the handle (20) extends from an inside face of the handle (20), oriented towards the door (1), and through an opening of the door (1).
  13. A assembly according to claim 12, wherein said handle (20) is housed in a recess (7) of the door (1), and presents a profile that is flush with the outside face (8) of the door (1) when the handle (20) is at rest.
  14. An electrical box including a base (5) for housing electrical equipment, which base is provided at its front with an access opening, with a door (1) that is adapted to close the access opening, and with an opener and closure device for opening and closing the door (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 11.
  15. An electrical box according to claim 14, wherein said base (5) includes fastener elements (6) with which said bars (12) of the opener and closure device (10), placed in their stable position, are adapted to co-operate in retention when said door (1) is closed, the fastener elements (6) comprising two housings (6) that are formed in the base (5).
