Claims (14)
- Heißversiegelbare Dichtung (1) zum Verschließen eines Behälters mit Stöpsel- oder Kapselverschluss, einen Träger (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, am Grund des Stöpsels oder der Kapsel angeordnet zu sein, und ein Verschlussorgan (3) aufweisend, das mindestens eine Verstärkungsschicht (8) und eine Heißversiegelungsschicht (7) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf den Ausguss des Behälters aufgesetzt zu sein, wobei das Verschlussorgan (3) mit einer Verlängerung versehen ist, die eine Abreißlasche (4) bildet, deren gesamte Oberfläche auf die Seite des Verschlussorgans umgeschlagen ist, die mit der entsprechenden Seite des Trägers in Kontakt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Teil der Lasche, der, sobald er umgeschlagen ist, in Kontakt mit dem Träger ist, frei von einer Heißversiegelungsschicht ist, und dass der Träger und das Verschlussorgan mittels eines temporären Klebstoffs (9) verbunden sind.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (2) aus geschäumtem Polyethylen oder geschäumtem Polypropylen hergestellt und gegebenenfalls mindestens auf einer seiner beiden Seiten mit einer Polypropylenschicht versehen ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussorgan (3) zwischen der Verstärkungsschicht (8) und der Heißversiegelungsschicht (7) eine Folie (6) aufweist, die aus einem leitfähigen Material hergestellt ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (4) ausschließlich in der Verlängerung der Verstärkungsschicht (8) hergestellt ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussorgan (3) jeweils zwei übereinanderliegende Verstärkungsschichten aufweist, und zwar eine untere Verstärkungsschicht (11) und eine obere Verstärkungsschicht (12), wobei eine Folie (6) aus leitfähigem Material zwischen der unteren Verstärkungsschicht (11) und der Heißversiegelungsschicht (7) eingelegt ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (4) ausschließlich in der Verlängerung der oberen Verstärkungsschicht (12) angeordnet ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Verstärkungsschicht (12) selbst aus zwei übereinanderliegenden Verstärkungsschichten besteht, und dass die Lasche in der Verlängerung der beiden Verstärkungsschichten angeordnet ist, aus denen die obere Verstärkungsschicht (12) besteht.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussorgan eine Aluminiumfolie (6) aufweist, deren Oberseite mit der Verstärkungsschicht (8) bedeckt ist, und deren Unterseite mit der Heißversiegelungsschicht (7) bedeckt ist, und dass die Lasche (4) in der Verlängerung des Verschlussorgans über dessen gesamte Dicke ausgebildet ist und zwei Bereiche (4a, 4b) mit gleicher Oberfläche, die durch eine querverlaufende mittlere Faltlinie (13) getrennt sind, einen Grundflächenbereich bzw. einen endständigen Bereich, aufweist, wobei die Unterseite des endständigen Bereichs nach einem Falten entlang der mittleren Linie fest mit der Unterseite des Grundflächenbereichs verbunden ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstärkungsschicht (8) eine Schicht aus bi-orientiertem Polyester mit einer Dicke zwischen 4 und 40 µm ist.
- Dichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der temporäre Klebstoff (9) in Form einer extrudierten oder koextrudierten Schicht vorliegt.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer heißversiegelbaren Dichtung (11) zum Verschließen eines Behälters mit Stöpsel- oder Kapselverschluss, einen Träger (2), der dazu bestimmt ist, am Grund des Stöpsels oder der Kapsel angeordnet zu werden, und ein Verschlussorgan (3) aufweisend, das mindestens eine Verstärkungsschicht (8) und eine Heißversiegelungsschicht (7) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, auf den Ausguss des Behälters aufgesetzt zu werden, wobei das Verschlussorgan (3) mit einer Verlängerung versehen ist, die eine Abreißlasche (4) bildet, deren gesamte Oberfläche auf die Seite des Verschlussorgans umgeschlagen ist, die mit der entsprechenden Seite des Trägers in Kontakt ist:- es werden Laschenvorzuschnitte aus einem Verstärkungsschichtstreifen (8) hergestellt.- die gesamte Oberfläche der Laschen wird auf die Oberseite des Verstärkungsschichtstreifens (8) umgewendet;- dann wird die Unterseite des Verstärkungsschichtstreifens endgültig mit dem Heißversiegelungsschichtstreifen (7) verbunden, wobei die Einheit den Verschlussorganstreifen darstellt,- parallel wird ein Trägerstreifen vorbereitet,- dann wird der Trägerstreifen mittels eines temporären Klebstoffs (9) temporär am Trägerstreifen befestigt, um den Dichtungsstreifen zu bilden,- über die gesamte Dicke des Dichtungsstreifens werden die Verbindungen auf die gewünschte Form, auf in Bezug auf die Lage der Laschen ausgerichtete Weise ausgeschnitten.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Verschlussorgan (3) eine Folie aus leitfähigem Material enthält, die Unterseite des Verstärkungsschichtstreifens (8) im Bereich der Oberseite der Folie mit dem Verbund Folie aus leitfähigem Material/Heißversiegelungsschicht verbunden wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Verschlussorgan (3) eine untere Verstärkungsschicht (11) und eine obere Verstärkungsschicht (12) enthält, wobei die Lasche in der Verlängerung der einzigen oberen Verstärkungsschicht angeordnet ist, die Unterseite des oberen Verstärkungsschichtstreifens mit dem folgenden Verbund verbunden wird: unterer Verstärkungsschichtstreifen/Folie aus leitfähigem Material/Heißversiegelungsschicht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die obere Verstärkungsschicht (12) selbst aus zwei Verstärkungsschichten besteht, der Vorzuschnitt der Laschen aus zwei zuvor aneinander befestigten oberen Verstärkungsschichtstreifen erfolgt, bevor sie mit dem folgenden Verbund verbunden werden: unterer Verstärkungsschichtstreifen/ Folie aus leitfähigem Material/Heißversiegelungsschicht.
