Claims (4)
- Procédé de fabrication de Al et de mousses d'alliage d'Al qui impliquent une sélection génératrice organique appropriée (par exemple du polyuréthane) avec une dimension de cellule et une géométrie 3D spécifique, suivie de la préparation d'une boue contenant de la poudre d'aluminium, ou de la poudre d'alliage d'aluminium, un ou plusieurs sels (par exemple du AlCl3) et une matière organique (par exemple de l'alcool, de l'éthanol, du méthanol, etc.), suivie de l'imprégnation de la mousse de référence par de la boue, ou par utilisation d'équipement ou de procédés auxiliaires y compris l'utilisation du vide, suivie du séchage à température ambiante pendant 24 heures, suivi d'un chauffage entre 215°C et 500°C pendant 3,5 à 5 heures dans une atmosphère inerte ou normale jusqu'à ce que toutes les matières organiques se soient évaporées, suivie d'un refroidissement à température ambiante, et finalement le frittage de la structure à des températures comprises entre 500 et 525°C pendant 0,5 à 1 heure dans une atmosphère inerte ou normale.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits sels sont des halogènes contenant des sels.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce l'imprégnation du gabarit 1 la matrice, organique est réalisée par l'utilisation d'équipement ou de procédés auxiliaires y compris l'utilisation du vide.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un four électrique à système de lit fluidisé est utilisé.
