  • Such granular abrasives which are generally used with a granule size ranging from 36 to 1800 mesh, allow various hard materials to be worked, thereby obtaining bright surfaces thereon.
  • Tools including a rubber binder and having a Shore B hardness of 20 degree, and brushes including nylon ® as a binder have already been proposed. Such brushes make it possible to carry out surface workings with a high level of homogeneity in the surface finishing thereof.

Claims (9)

  1. Outil tel qu'un bloc de finition et/ou polissage formé par un matériau abrasif, qui comprend au moins une partie de travail avant (2, 2a) et au moins une partie arrière destinées à être ancrées à une tête de travail d'une machine à roder ou à une partie arrière de poignée (3, 3a), ladite au moins une partie de travail avant (2, 2a) comprenant:
    - au moins une première partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments à poils (5, 5a) s'étendant chacun à partir de ladite partie arrière (3, 3a) sur une longueur plusieurs fois plus grande que l'épaisseur de la même; et
    - au moins une deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) comprenant des dépressions (7, 7a) séparées par au moins une zone d'élevage (8, 8a) dont les dimensions sont plusieurs fois plus grandes que l'épaisseur d'un élément de poil;
    - ladite au moins une partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) est constituée par un matériau choisi du groupe comprenant des résines thermoplastiques, comme des polyamides thermoplastiques, polyesters thermoplastiques, polyuréthannes thermoplastiques, résines de coulée, comme des polyols de polyester, résines de polyester de coulée, résines époxy de coulée, résines de silicone de coulée, résines obtenues par un procédé de vulcanisation, comme du caoutchouc vulcanisé; caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins première et/ou deuxième partie comprennent au moins un matériau de remplissage avec une pourcentage comprise entre 40% et 60%, choisis du groupe comprenant: carbonates de calcium, kaolins, talc, fibres de verre, fibres de carbone, diamant industriel, corindon, oxydes de zirconium, oxydes d'étain, oxydes d'aluminium, et des carbures de silicium, tungstène, aluminium, titanium ou bore.
  2. Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) a une dureté qui diffère de celle de ladite au moins deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a).
  3. Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque première partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) et chaque deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) comprennent des éléments de poils (5, 5a) et des reliefs (8, 8a), respectivement, qui s'étendent sur des niveaux différents.
  4. Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque première partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) et chaque deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) ont des éléments de poils (5, 5a) et des reliefs (8, 8a), respectivement, qui délimitent un front de travail de surface sensiblement convexe.
  5. Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) a une dureté comprise entre 50 degrés Shore A et 30 degrés Shore B.
  6. Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) a une dureté comprise entre 50 degrés Shore A et 90 degrés Shore B.
  7. Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins première partie de travail de brossage (4, 4a) et ladite au moins deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) sont constituées par des matériaux différents.
  8. Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que au moins une deuxième partie de travail (6, 6a) est constituée par un matériau choisi du groupe comprenant :
    - du polyester, vinylester, résines époxy, résines époxy catalysées par un durcisseur d'amines et des résines de polyuréthanne de grande dureté;
    - des résines thermoplastiques, comme sulfure de polyphénylène (PPS), polyamide (PA6, PA66, PA12), copolyamide (PAc), polysulfone (PSU), polyéthersulfone (PESU), polyétheréthercétone (PEEK) ; et
    - des résines phénoliques.
  9. Outil selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une deuxième partie est constituée par un matériau avec des tailles des granules d'un degré plus faibles que celles du matériau utilisé pour obtenir ladite deuxième partie.
