Claims (11)
- Revêtement extérieur d'ouvrages, en particulier des façades, comportant un panneau (1) à disposer dans la zone extérieure de l'ouvrage, en particulier un panneau de façade, comportant
un corps de base (2) plan, qui est constitué au moins partiellement en bois ou dans un matériau à base de bois, en particulier dans un matériau à fibres de bois, ledit corps de base (2) comportant au moins un bord de séparation (4), le long duquel il a été séparé du matériau initial, et
au moins une couche de recouvrement (6) plane, qui est prévue sur au moins une surface du corps de base (2) pour protéger le corps de base (2) contre les intempéries,
caractérisé en ce que
le corps de base est séparé du matériau initial par une découpe laser et, de ce fait, ledit au moins un bord de séparation (4) comporte, au moins par zones, une surface carbonisée. - Revêtement extérieur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (2) comporte, perpendiculairement à son extension plane, au moins un orifice de passage (8) qui est délimité par un bord de séparation intérieur (10), qui a été réalisé par une découpe laser et, de ce fait, comporte au moins par zones une surface carbonisée.
- Revêtement extérieur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base comporte une pluralité d'orifices de passage (8), lesdits orifices de passage (8) occupant une surface d'au moins 10 %, de préférence d'au moins 20 %, encore mieux d'au moins 30 % de la surface du corps de base (2) dans le plan de son extension plane.
- Revêtement extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un bord de séparation (4) et/ou ledit au moins un bord de séparation intérieur (10) comportent au moins une couche de recouvrement (12) qui, de préférence, est réalisée de manière identique à ladite au moins une couche de recouvrement (6) plane.
- Revêtement extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (2) comporte un moyen de protection contre l'incendie, et/ou en ce que ladite au moins une couche de recouvrement (6, 12) comporte un moyen de protection contre les flammes.
- Revêtement extérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (2) est formé par un panneau pressé à plat, qui contient, de préférence, du polyuréthanne et/ou du PMDI en tant que liant.
- Procédé permettant la réalisation d'un revêtement extérieur d'ouvrages, en particulier de façades, comportant les étapes de :séparation d'un corps de base (2) plan dans un matériau initial, qui est constitué au moins partiellement en bois ou dans un matériau à base de bois ou dans un matériau à fibres de bois, le long d'au moins un bord de séparation (4),application d'au moins une couche de recouvrement (6, 12) plane sur au moins une surface du corps de base pour protéger le corps de base (2) contre les intempéries, etdisposition du corps de base (2) dans la zone extérieure d'un ouvrage,caractérisé en ce quela séparation est effectuée au moyen d'une découpe laser, moyennant quoi le bord de séparation comporte, au moins par zones, une surface carbonisée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le laser est utilisé avec une puissance absorbée dans la plage de 2000 W à 5000 W, de préférence dans la plage de 3000 W à 4000 W.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la découpe laser est réalisée par une découpe laser par sublimation.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la découpe laser est effectuée sans perçage préalable.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la découpe laser est effectuée avec une vitesse d'avance dans la plage de 4 à 8 m/min, de préférence dans la plage de 5 à 7 m/min.
