Definitions
- the invention relates to a double-bar Raschel machine for the production of spacer knitted fabrics, with a knitting point on which guided in perforated needles warp threads and pile threads interact with them opposing knitting needles and formed between two Fräsblechen the resulting web of Abstandsgewirkes and discharged, and with weft thread Entry on both sides of the point of action into the working area between the rows of perforated needles and knitting needles, the weft threads being respectively bound into the cover layer of the spacer knitted fabric formed on the side of their entry, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Spacer knit fabrics have been known for some time under the name "Polware"; They consist of two knitted surfaces, which are connected by pile threads.
- Poly consist of two knitted surfaces, which are connected by pile threads.
- Double plush fabric in which the web is cut by a band blade in the longitudinal direction and suede arises, but also the use of the complete spacer knitted fabric articles of clothing, furniture upholstery fabrics, upholstery fabrics and networks (company brochure double-bar raschel machine DG DPLM LIBA Maschinenfabrik GmbH)
- spacer fabrics allow the regulation of microclimate (K. Machowa, G. Hoffmann and C. Cherif, Melliand Textile Reports 2006, pages 818/819).
- weft threads are continuously deposited on paired endless longitudinal conveyors, usually transport chains, and temporarily held.
- the weft threads can be fed continuously to the longitudinal conveyors as trimmed sets of threads or filaments, or a filing of endless filament bundles or filaments takes place, to which thread guides can serve in conjunction with offset rakes.
- the magazine systems allow a high working speed of the warp knitting machines equipped with it.
- a warp knitting machine of the latter type for example, according to the DE 198 16 440 C1 run the longitudinal conveyor with the weft thread deposited thereon in the horizontal direction to the active site of the warp knitting machine and - after the Verwirk the weft threads - empty in unchanged horizontal direction on before they are deflected and returned.
- the standing yarns are supplied from above and run in the direction obliquely down through the active site, whereby the finished flat product initially has the same direction when it is passed through the knitting machine and out of this.
- the knitting needles passing past the longitudinal conveyor are also the needles with the warp threads arranged, while below the longitudinal conveyor, the needle bars for the needles, Einsch regarding teeingplatinen and weft Vorbringerplatinen are mounted movably driven (loc. cit., in particular FIGS. 4 and 10).
- the warp knitting machines of this known type for the production of flat goods have proven themselves in practice and allow reliable continuous operation high productivity. There are considerable structural constraints due to the accumulation of many moving parts in the area of the point of action; it is not apparent how the known design, in particular in the equipment with weft magazines, could also come into question for the economic production of spacer fabrics.
- the invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a double-bar Raschelmaschine of the initially mentioned type, which is suitable for production and in continuous operation with high operating speed and high reliability enables the production of distance knitwear of high quality.
- a double-bar Raschel machine with the entirety of the features of claim 1.
- a double-bar Raschel machine according to the preamble of claim 1 is thus provided that on both sides of the active site ever a weft magazine with feeder device and is arranged with a pair of endless longitudinal conveyors, wherein the weft threads deposited by the feeder devices on the longitudinal conveyors are continuously fed to the active site, that the two pairs of longitudinal conveyors have opposite direction of travel, that their trajectories in vertical planes penetrate each other in some areas and that the point of action of the double-bar raschel machine is located at the edge of the penetration area, which is enclosed by the two pairs of longitudinal conveyor.
- the trajectories of the longitudinal conveyor in the penetration area on a deflection point in the sense of a downward movement with increased inclination in the sense of a downward movement with increased inclination.
- “Descent with increased inclination” means that the inclination of the trajectory increases in the direction of travel. The trajectory is effectively bent downwards; if she was already inclined, then this tendency is even stronger after the distraction point. Exactly at this deflection point or this point of inflection, the trajectories of the two pairs of longitudinal conveyor to intersect, with the deflection point is in the region of the site of action.
- each longitudinal conveyor in the direction of succession first has a horizontal covering area, in which the weft threads are stored, following a slightly inclined to the horizontal inlet area, to which the aforementioned deflection follows, and then one opposite the horizontal more inclined first return area.
- the deflection point at which the longitudinal conveyors intersect lies in the region of the active site.
- the longitudinal conveyor runs horizontally in the presentation area, it has been found to be advantageous if the angle of inclination of the inlet region relative to the horizontal between 6 ° and 20 °, preferably between 10 ° and 14 °, more preferably 12 ° and the angle of inclination of the first return region relative to the horizontal is in the range of 35 ° to 55 °, preferably 40 ° to 50 °, more preferably 45 °.
- the design parameters of the machine change, for example if the inlet area is already inclined for other reasons, the values may change.
- the trajectories of the two pairs of longitudinal conveyor can penetrate each other in vertical planes, is provided in an advantageous manner that the longitudinal conveyor of the one pair have a smaller distance from each other than the longitudinal conveyor of the other pair.
- the special embodiment is further advantageous in the double-bar Raschelmaschine invention that under the inlet region of each longitudinal conveyor in the area of the point of action a weft guide baffle is arranged on which the weft weft yarns run up, are lengthened and tightened;
- a weft guide baffle is arranged on which the weft weft yarns run up, are lengthened and tightened;
- the selection of the correct knitting needles is of particular importance. It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the knitting needles are designed as latch needles with spring-loaded tongues; their tongues are thus biased by spring force always in a slight open position.
- the resilient tongues of catch wires located on the piercing comb plates are controlled in such a way that they always reliably open wide.
- the spring tongue causes the tongue automatically lifts off the needle head after the tee. By lifting the tongue of the tongue catch wire can be arranged closer and especially deeper to the needle hook. This training is another important contribution to realize a low construction.
- each have a separating device is arranged, which cuts through the weft threads of both pairs of longitudinal conveyors at the time at which the knitting process requires.
- a separating device may be a cutting disc or - depending on the thread material - also a thermal separating device. It is crucial that ever a separation device at the edges of the resulting web for the two pairs of longitudinal conveyors is sufficient. The weft threads of the two pairs come alternately and at different points of the separating devices with these engaged.
- each of the longitudinal conveyor is driven by a separate servo motor with a downstream planetary gear, the deflection of the longitudinal conveyor is done solely by the scenery. Overall, this leads to a precisely controllable drive with space-saving guidance of the longitudinal conveyor.
- FIG. 1 shows the double-bar Raschelmaschine invention, hereinafter abbreviated Raschel machine, in a side view.
- the view is externally dominated by the tree support frame 1, which surrounds the actual knitting machine 9 from three sides.
- Two standing thread trees 2h, v, two knitting thread trees 3h, v and two pile thread trees 4h, v are arranged on the tree support frame.
- the additional letters h and v designate the same or mirror-image components that are assigned to the rear or front side of the symmetrically constructed knitting machine 9.
- two spaces 35h, v between the tree support frame 1 and the knitting machine 9. Through this Interspaces 35h, v are the operating pages of the knitting machine 9 accessible to the operators.
- FIG. 3 The supply of the weft threads 11h, v to the point of action 10 takes place in the so-called magazine system.
- the two weft magazines in their entirety are in FIG. 1 denoted by the reference numerals 8h, v; they include the endless longitudinal conveyors 13h, v and the feeder devices 12h, v.
- the weft threads denoted by 11h, v are also clearly visible.
- the weft threads 11h, v are the active site 10 on the endless longitudinal conveyors 13h, v supplied, which are always arranged in pairs, are usually designed as transport chains and holding devices for the weft threads 11h, v have.
- the direction of rotation of the longitudinal conveyor is indicated by the direction arrows 36h, v.
- About the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v are the feeder devices 12h, v, consisting of thread guide and offset rake arranged.
- the feeder device 12h, v can with particular advantage according to the German patent application ( L83208 DE) of the applicant.
- the weft threads 11 h, v are withdrawn by the feeder devices 12h, v from the weft reels 8h, v and deposited perpendicular to the paired longitudinal conveyors 13h, v running on this.
- the weft threads 11h, v deposited on the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v thus have in the illustration of FIG. 1 a direction perpendicular to the plane of the drawing.
- the weft threads 11h, v are temporarily fastened to the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v by fastening hooks, clamping devices or the like, so that they are held between them also with a certain mechanical longitudinal tension.
- Raschelmaschine are two pairs of longitudinal conveyors 13h, v provided, whose tracks are in the representation of the FIG. 1 in the area of the active site 10 and in their return area (see. FIG. 2 ) are adjacent to one another in regions.
- the front pair of longitudinal conveyors 13v must have a different working width than the rear pair of longitudinal conveyors 13h.
- the pair of front longitudinal conveyors 13v has the smaller working width, like that FIG. 4 clearly shows.
- FIG. 2 For better recognizability are in FIG. 2 the course or the two trajectories of the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v drawn out in isolation, the other machine parts are omitted (the slight misalignment of the two trajectories contained in the drawing serves only to draw the two webs drawing each other, but in reality does not exist).
- the registered designations will be described in detail for the pair of front longitudinal conveyors 13v.
- the course of the pair of rear longitudinal conveyor 13h is mirror-inverted accordingly; so that it is not necessary to explain the reference numbers with the additional letter h separately.
- the endless longitudinal conveyors 13v revolve in the direction of circulation 36v. They pass through a horizontal covering area 14v, in which the weft threads 11v are laid on them, running perpendicular to the direction of rotation 39v, by the feeder unit 12v. Adjacent to the presentation area 14v is a slightly inclined inlet area 15v, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is inclined downwards by about 12 ° from the horizontal. The weft threads 11v now reach the point of action 10, where they are removed from the longitudinal conveyors 13v. In the area of the point of action 10, the path of the front longitudinal conveyor 13v is again deflected downwards, and it follows the sharply inclined first return area 16v. The longitudinal conveyor 13v here are inclined at about 45 ° to the horizontal. At the first, highly inclined return area 16v is followed by the rest of the return area 17v, which is initially directed horizontally and then slightly sloping upward.
- the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v thus formed form an approximately triangular-shaped penetration region 38, which in FIG. 2 is illustrated by hatching.
- a take-off roller group 18 is arranged, with which the web 19 of the produced spacer knitted fabric is removed. With 20 thread clamping elements are designated.
- the structural details can be assumed to be known.
- the Raschel machine according to the invention operates in operation with largely constant thread tension of the weft threads 11h, v. Also advantageous is an embodiment of the feeder device 12h, v according to the German patent application ( L83209 DE) of the Applicant.
- FIG. 3 the site of action 10 is off FIG. 1 shown on an enlarged scale with the individual action tools, which is not drawn because of the better clarity of the course of the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v.
- the weft guide plates are designated on which the weft threads 11 h, v approached on the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v come to rest as they approach the point of action 10.
- Below the weft guide vanes 21 h, v is the lancing comb 22h, v arranged at the means of the lancing combs 23h, v the lancing comb plates 24h, v are attached.
- the piercing comb plates 24h, v are formed at their front ends with gripping openings 25h, v for detecting the weft threads 11h, v. They also have catching wires 37h, v for interacting with the tongues 29h, v of the latch needles 28h, v.
- the milling plates 26h, v determine the pole height of the resulting spacer knitted fabric.
- the latch needles 28h, v fastened to needle bars 27h, v with their movable tongues 29h, v.
- Hooks 30h, v can be seen, two of which are located laterally next to each needle bar 28h, v and support the cutting process when the ends of the weft threads 11h, v fixed to the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v are severed.
- the Cutting discs 31 which may also be replaced by a thermal separator depending on the thread material.
- the arrangement of the milling plates 26h, v, the piercing needles 32hv, 33h, v and 34h, v and their function in cooperation with a piercing comb plate 22h, v essentially corresponds to the prior art, but with the great difference that the weft threads 11 h, v on two pairs of longitudinal conveyors 13h, v of the active site 10 are constantly supplied in coordination with the kneading process.
- the two pairs of longitudinal conveyors namely 13v and 13h, engage each other in the area of the point of action 10, that is to say at a point where there is already a great shortage of space.
- the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v must therefore have a different working width, so meshing is even possible.
- the trajectories of all of the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v are deflected downwardly in the same manner at the location of meshing.
- the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v run loaded with the weft threads 11h, v from both sides in opposite directions toward each other and the point of action 10 (direction arrows 36h, v), let the weft threads 11 h, v accumulate on the weft guide plates 21 h, v , Are freed by the cutting wheels 31 of the weft threads 11h, v and thus continue to run empty after deflecting down.
- By deflecting an initially gentle inclined position of the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v in the inlet area 15h, v changed to a steeper angle of the highly inclined return area, until finally again deflecting takes place and the general or remaining return area 17h, v begins.
- FIG. 4 The principal spatial representation according to the FIG. 4 makes the situation easy to recognize.
- the longitudinal conveyors are shown there with their covers, from which the weft threads 11h, v protrude laterally. How big the spatial constraints are, becomes clear, if one the FIGS. 1 . 2 and 4 considered in context. Beyond the constraints at the point of action 10 itself, the necessary space must also be provided for the weft feeder devices 12h, v, which are in FIG. 1 are indicated only schematically. A significant space saving with unchanged reliability of the kneading process is also achieved by the use of the latch needles 28h, v, the tongues are spring loaded in the sense of opening.
- the feeding of the weft threads 11 h, v to the knitting point 10 does not take place at a constant speed of the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v. Rather, the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v cyclically accelerated and decelerated. The acceleration takes place during the process of stitch formation in order to bring the next weft thread 11h, v in time to the point of action 10.
- the associated longitudinal conveyor 13h, v delayed and thus the following weft thread 11h, v restrained something, so that the tongue 29h, v of the latch needle 28h, v has enough space for the closing operation.
- v can therefore be worked with a narrow pitch of the holding devices (attachment hooks) on the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v, and the amount of waste resulting from the cut weft ends is reduced.
- weft threads 11 h, v at exactly set intervals on the weft guide plates 21h, v are deflected from the trajectory of the longitudinal conveyor 13h, v and tightened and get to the milling plates 26h, v facing edge of the weft guide plates 21 h, v ( FIG. 3 , front area).
- the combing board 24h, v moves under the weft guide plate 21h, v and lingers there until the front weft thread 11h, v slides into and is advanced by the gripping opening 25h, v of the piercing comb plate 24h, v ( Figures 5 and 6 , front area).
- the needle bar 27h, v with latch needles 28h, v and hooks 30h, v is now in its lower position (FIG. FIG. 5 , front area).
- the combing board 24h, v continues to move in the direction of the machine center; the weft thread 11h, v is transported by its longitudinal conveyors 13h, v and with the assistance of the piercing comb plate 24h, v also in the direction of the machine center and is finally beyond the upwardly moving latch needles 28h, v (again FIG. 6 , front area).
- the needle bar 27h, v with latch needles 28h, v and hook 30h, v continues to move to its highest position, opening the tongues 29h, v on the catch wire 37h, v of the comb comb plates 24h, v ( FIG. 7 , front area). This is followed by one of the usual stitch forming operations.
- the two cutting discs 31 separate the incorporated weft threads 11h, v from their attachment ends on the longitudinal conveyors 13h, v.
- the hooks 30h, v located laterally next to the needle bars 27h, v assist this process by grasping the weft ends and selectively guiding the weft threads 11h, v to the cutting wheels 31.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a double-bar Raschel machine for the production of spacer knitted fabrics, with a knitting point on which guided in perforated needles warp threads and pile threads interact with them opposing knitting needles and formed between two Fräsblechen the resulting web of Abstandsgewirkes and discharged, and with weft thread Entry on both sides of the point of action into the working area between the rows of perforated needles and knitting needles, the weft threads being respectively bound into the cover layer of the spacer knitted fabric formed on the side of their entry, according to the preamble of
In Bekleidungssystemen ermöglichen Abstandsgewirke die Regulation des Mikroklimas (K. Machowa, G. Hoffmann und C. Cherif, Melliand-Textilberichte 2006, Seiten 818/819).Spacer knit fabrics have been known for some time under the name "Polware"; They consist of two knitted surfaces, which are connected by pile threads. Known is the production of double plush fabric, in which the web is cut by a band blade in the longitudinal direction and suede arises, but also the use of the complete spacer knitted fabric articles of clothing, furniture upholstery fabrics, upholstery fabrics and networks (company brochure double-bar raschel machine DG DPLM LIBA Maschinenfabrik GmbH) , In garment systems, spacer fabrics allow the regulation of microclimate (K. Machowa, G. Hoffmann and C. Cherif, Melliand Textile Reports 2006, pages 818/819).
A. Roye und Th. Gries, Kettenwirk-Praxis 3/2004, Seiten 26/27.Furthermore, technical spacer fabrics with biaxially reinforced two-sided knitted surfaces have been proposed, wherein the knitted surfaces are referred to as cover surfaces. The biaxial reinforcement is formed by standing and / or warp threads, which are additionally fed to the knitted fabric; Grid structures are often advantageous. The top surfaces are supported by the pile threads supporting at a distance, so that so-called spacer materials or sandwich structures arise. A particularly emphasized field of application are building materials and concrete products such as lightweight partitions with spacer fabrics as sandwich panels, cf. A. Roye and Th. Gries, Kettenwirk-Praxis 3/2004, pages 26/27.
Gries lassen keinen sicheren Rückschluss auf technische Einzelheiten der dort verwendeten Schusseintrag-Einheiten zu.The last-mentioned article also mentions the one-off production of a double-bar Raschel machine which serves for research purposes and is considered as state of the art in the preamble of
In warp knitting machines, which are intended for the production of flatware in mass production, the supply of weft threads to the active site in the so-called magazine system is known. Here, weft threads are continuously deposited on paired endless longitudinal conveyors, usually transport chains, and temporarily held. The weft threads can be fed continuously to the longitudinal conveyors as trimmed sets of threads or filaments, or a filing of endless filament bundles or filaments takes place, to which thread guides can serve in conjunction with offset rakes. The magazine systems allow a high working speed of the warp knitting machines equipped with it.

The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a double-bar Raschelmaschine of the initially mentioned type, which is suitable for production and in continuous operation with high operating speed and high reliability enables the production of distance knitwear of high quality.
The solution of this object is achieved with a double-bar Raschel machine with the entirety of the features of
In the double-bar raschel machine according to the invention, two pairs of endless longitudinal conveyors are present whose trajectories are partially penetrate each other. The longitudinal conveyors run in the opposite direction to the respective point of action, which is located at the edge of the penetration area. As a result, the conditions for a compact design are created, which nevertheless makes it possible to fit functionally reliable for the function of the knitting process required facilities and individual modules.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the trajectories of the longitudinal conveyor in the penetration area on a deflection point in the sense of a downward movement with increased inclination. "Descent with increased inclination" means that the inclination of the trajectory increases in the direction of travel.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, each longitudinal conveyor in the direction of succession first has a horizontal covering area, in which the weft threads are stored, following a slightly inclined to the horizontal inlet area, to which the aforementioned deflection follows, and then one opposite the horizontal more inclined first return area. The deflection point at which the longitudinal conveyors intersect lies in the region of the active site.
Due to this special arrangement, in which the transport chains drop off in two stages at an angle to the machine center, on the one hand there is sufficient space for the guide bars and on the other hand also enough space for accommodating the piercing comb. For the knitting process, it is in any case advantageous if the weft threads are supplied from above. The weft threads then move already approximately in the withdrawal direction, and there is also a relief when cutting, because the weft threads of the two machine areas alternately against the Cutting device to be moved. Also, the outer wefts can be fed properly to the site of action in this way.
In a double-bar Raschel machine according to the invention, the longitudinal conveyor runs horizontally in the presentation area, it has been found to be advantageous if the angle of inclination of the inlet region relative to the horizontal between 6 ° and 20 °, preferably between 10 ° and 14 °, more preferably 12 ° and the angle of inclination of the first return region relative to the horizontal is in the range of 35 ° to 55 °, preferably 40 ° to 50 °, more preferably 45 °. However, if the design parameters of the machine change, for example if the inlet area is already inclined for other reasons, the values may change.
Thus, the trajectories of the two pairs of longitudinal conveyor can penetrate each other in vertical planes, is provided in an advantageous manner that the longitudinal conveyor of the one pair have a smaller distance from each other than the longitudinal conveyor of the other pair.
For advantageous embodiment of the knitting process, the special embodiment is further advantageous in the double-bar Raschelmaschine invention that under the inlet region of each longitudinal conveyor in the area of the point of action a weft guide baffle is arranged on which the weft weft yarns run up, are lengthened and tightened; Here are advantageously below the weft guide plates Stechkammplatinen controlled back and forth, which serve by means of gripping openings at the same time as a weft thread advancer.
By this arrangement, it is possible to reliably perform the tee at the end of the individual knitting process and at the same time to transport the weft threads precisely to the point of action, although the available space is very small.
In the double-bar raschel machine according to the invention, the selection of the correct knitting needles is of particular importance. It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the knitting needles are designed as latch needles with spring-loaded tongues; their tongues are thus biased by spring force always in a slight open position. During the upward movement of the latch needles, the resilient tongues of catch wires located on the piercing comb plates are controlled in such a way that they always reliably open wide. The spring tongue causes the tongue automatically lifts off the needle head after the tee. By lifting the tongue of the tongue catch wire can be arranged closer and especially deeper to the needle hook. This training is another important contribution to realize a low construction.
It is also advantageous that at the edge of the active site each have a separating device is arranged, which cuts through the weft threads of both pairs of longitudinal conveyors at the time at which the knitting process requires. Such a separating device may be a cutting disc or - depending on the thread material - also a thermal separating device. It is crucial that ever a separation device at the edges of the resulting web for the two pairs of longitudinal conveyors is sufficient. The weft threads of the two pairs come alternately and at different points of the separating devices with these engaged.
For the drive of the longitudinal conveyor, it is finally advantageous if each of the longitudinal conveyor is driven by a separate servo motor with a downstream planetary gear, the deflection of the longitudinal conveyor is done solely by the scenery. Overall, this leads to a precisely controllable drive with space-saving guidance of the longitudinal conveyor. By providing a separate drive in the form of a take-off roll group for the withdrawal of the spacer fabric produced, the complicated two-fold supply of the weft threads is also decoupled from the withdrawal of the material web, in which the two weft thread groups are then combined in the cover surfaces.

The arrangement of the

As described above, the feeding of the
