Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a lightweight board, with two cover plates, with a central position, with a extending over the two cover plates and the middle layer narrow surface, arranged with a arranged in the region of the narrow bar and with a bar with the cover plates at least partially connecting An assembly adhesive, wherein the bolt with at least one of the two cover plates at least partially connecting end adhesive is provided, wherein the heat resistance of the final adhesive is greater than the heat resistance of the assembly adhesive.
- Such a method is from the JP 60004577 A known.
- Lightweight panels are well known in the art. Also in furniture and interior design, these are used for a long time in a variety of ways. The main field of application was and is the door construction here. So it is especially in room doors, which are therefore subject to low requirements in terms of heat and sound insulation, usually a frame member with a honeycomb core on both sides to plank and this then continue to process the corresponding holes, millings, etc. to a door element.
- the manufacturer of furniture does not need to manufacture lightweight panels today, as was the case earlier.
- a frame had to be made, possibly with several crossbars, on which the top layers were then applied and which had to accommodate the various fittings.
- cover layers lightweight fiber boards, mineral insulating wool, cardboard honeycomb or the like were introduced. This gave the item more compactness and possibly improved stability.
- the outer layers also had to be elaborately surface-treated in separate operations. For example, veneered or otherwise coated hardboards were used as cover layers, and the finished element can only be given its final surface by final painting.
- cover plates Today, lightweight panels are increasingly being manufactured industrially.
- cover plates usually by gluing, so that a large-format, frameless composite arises.
- cover plates mostly from a wood material such as chipboard or fiberboard used.
- the plates used may already be coated, that is to say be provided with a laminate, a paint, a pressure with a seal, a melamine resin layer, a veneer, etc.
- cardboard honeycomb or foam boards are preferred.
- Honeycomb materials made of materials other than paper or cardboard may also be useful for certain purposes.
- thinnest plate materials or even thin-walled metal, for example made of aluminum can be used for this purpose.
- middle layers of light wood materials such as corresponding chipboard or fiberboard or solid wood low density, such as balsa wood.
- corresponding recesses are basically all materials for use as a light middle layer possible.
- wood species are used for this, which, although not particularly low weight, but are well available and can be easily edited with cutting tools.
- light middle layers of bundles of bundles which are cut together to form flat structures, so that then the length of the stalk sections corresponds to the thickness of the central layer known.
- the plates thus produced are then divided into the desired size. Depending on the intended use of the resulting elements they are then provided with edges or bars or an at least partially encircling frame is subsequently introduced. This is done by milling the edge area and subsequent gluing a frame profile, which in turn consists mostly of a wood material.
- a frame profile which in turn consists mostly of a wood material.
- a postforming process is understood to mean a surface coating of the narrow surface, in which the edge and / or underside coating material is used as edge material.
- the coating material is applied to the top or bottom of a plate material to be coated.
- a sufficient material supernatant is then left in the region of the narrow surface to be coated or produced by suitable milling of the plate ("direct postforming"), which is flexibilized in a suitable manner, usually by supplying heat.
- the flexibilized material supernatant is bent around the narrow surface to be coated and glued.
- the narrow surface may have a profiling, for example, a quarter-rod profile is preferred in kitchen worktops.
- a softforming process is generally understood to be a subsequent coating of a first profiled narrow surface with a material cut to size specifically for the narrow surface. It may be the same material used to coat the large areas.
- a hitherto unsolved problem with lightweight panels is a possibility of reworking the narrow areas, For example, the production of a profile edge by profiling and coating the narrow surface by the above post or Softforming Kunststoff.
- the temperatures encountered in the processes during processing exceed the heat resistance of the assembly adhesive, so that the bolt no longer remains in position and a clean profile edge can no longer be produced.
- heat resistance refers in particular to the definition chosen in DIN EN 14292.
- the heat resistance can be defined so that the desired adhesive property and adhesive function of an adhesive at a higher temperature than the temperature indicated by the heat resistance is no longer given. In other words, the heat resistance is given in the physical unit of the temperature.
- the DE 33 23 658 A1 describes a method for producing a lightweight board, in which the edge of the lightweight board is reworked by being profiled. Subsequently, a sheathing strip, for example, a veneer strip, glued in the post-processed area.
- the EP 0 292 813 A2 describes a method in which a gluing, for example, also a veneer strip, is glued to the edge of a chipboard or a board, wherein for gluing two different adhesives are used.
- the invention is therefore based on the technical problem of specifying a method for producing a lightweight board with a Biegelverklebung that optimized production a profile edge, in particular by post and Softformingbacter allows.
- the aforementioned technical problem is solved in a method of the type mentioned above in that the lightweight board is reworked in the region of the narrow surface, wherein the post of the edge of the lightweight board is profiled, and that the final adhesive between the at least one cover plate and the bolt at least is arranged outside the range of post-processing.
- Embodiments of the method are the subject of the dependent claims.
- the final adhesive Once the final adhesive has also reached its intended strength, can be started with the reworking, so the profiling and coating of the narrow surface. In this case, the final adhesive does not lose its adhesive power, since its heat resistance is higher than that of the assembly adhesive and in particular is higher than the temperature occurring during reworking of the narrow surface.
- the final adhesive is arranged so that it comes to the profiled edge to light, so comes to lie on the new surface of the narrow edge after milling.
- This is particularly advantageous because when reworking, for example by milling or soft or Postforming, in the field of post-processing a great heat. If only the assembly adhesive were provided in this area, the connection of the bolt to the at least one cover plate could be inadmissible or completely reduced.
- the final adhesive has sufficient heat resistance to withstand the heat produced by the post-processing.
- the final adhesive between the at least one cover plate and the bolt outside the range of post-processing is arranged so that after finishing only final adhesive has been preserved and its function of the permanent connection between the cover plate and the latch can meet.
- the final adhesive is provided between the at least one cover plate and the latch in the area of the post-processing.
- the post-processing does not completely remove the region in which the final adhesive is provided, so that the final adhesive appears on the profiled edge. During post-processing, therefore, only part of the final adhesive is removed and another part of the final adhesive is retained. As a result, not only the position of the bolt against the cover plates is secured during post-processing, but also given the strength of the exposed by the profiling adhesive joint.
- the assembly adhesive may be a hot melt adhesive or a mounting foam.
- a variety of known and cheap adhesives can be used.
- it may also be a quick adhesive.
- the final adhesive may also be a hot melt adhesive.
- a hot melt adhesive must be selected whose heat resistance is higher than the temperatures occurring during the reworking of the narrow surface.
- the hotmelt adhesives mentioned may be a non-reactive, one-component reactive or two-component reactive adhesive.
- exemplary, but not exhaustive, are here ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymers (EEA), polyurethane (PUR), plyamides (PA), thermoplastic (linear, saturated) polyesters and amorphous poly-alpha-olefins (APAO) and to mention reactive additives such as isocyanate and epoxides or polyol components.
- EVA ethylene-vinyl acetate
- ESA ethylene-acrylic acid ester copolymers
- PUR polyurethane
- PA plyamides
- thermoplastic (linear, saturated) polyesters and amorphous poly-alpha-olefins (APAO) amorphous poly-alpha-olefins
- reactive additives such as isocyanate and epoxides or polyol components.
- the final adhesive may be a polyvinyl acetate glue (PVAC).
- PVAC polyvinyl acetate glue
- PU adhesive polyurethane adhesive This has a high adhesive strength and can bridge unevenness and thick adhesive joints well.
- the requirements of rapid setting and thus bonding of the bolt to the at least one cover plate and the required high heat resistance for reworking the narrow surface are distributed particularly advantageously on two adhesives. While the assembly adhesive has already produced the required connection of the bolt to at least one cover plate, the final adhesive still has time to reach its final strength. If the final strength of the final adhesive is reached, its sufficient heat resistance will cause the latch to remain joined to the at least one cover plate, even if the mounting adhesive at least partially softens due to the temperatures encountered during reworking.
- the technical problem according to the invention is also solved in a method for processing a narrow surface of a lightweight board having the aforementioned features, characterized in that the maximum processing temperature of the narrow area is smaller than the heat resistance of the final adhesive.
- Fig. 1 shows a lightweight board 1 with two cover plates 3, with a middle layer 5, with a extending over the two cover plates 3 and the middle layer 5 narrow surface 7, arranged in the region of the narrow surface 7 bolt 9 and a bolt 9 with two cover plates. 3 at least partially connecting assembly adhesive 11.
- a the latch 9 with the upper cover plate 3 partially connecting end adhesive 13 is provided.
- the heat resistance of the final adhesive 13 is greater than the heat resistance of the mounting adhesive 11.
- Fig. 2 It is shown that the assembly adhesive 11 and the end adhesive 13 can connect the latch 9 sections with both cover plates 3.
- the bolt 9 can thus be quickly connected to the cover plates 3 by the assembly adhesive 11.
- Post-processing a connection of the bolt 9 with the cover plates 3 can be ensured by the higher heat resistance of the final adhesive 13, even if the adhesive effect of the assembly adhesive 11 already deteriorates or completely fails due to its lower heat resistance.
- the embodiment according to the invention is particularly advantageous for use with a lightweight board 1 which is to be reworked in the region of the narrow surface 7.
- Fig. 3 shows a lightweight board 1, which is to be reworked in the region of the narrow surface 7.
- the cover plates 3 have an additional laminate layer 15.
- at least one of the laminate layers 15 may have a projection 17, which in Fig. 3 is shown in dashed lines.
- Such a projection 17 is used in particular in postforming, as explained below.
- the mounting adhesive 11 is provided in this embodiment only in a small area. On both sides of the mounting adhesive 11, the end adhesive 13 is provided for connecting the bolt 9 with the two cover plates 3.
- Fig. 4 shows the lightweight panel 1 Fig. 3 whose narrow surface 7 and supernatant 17 have been post-processed by postforming. Initially, the narrow surface 17 in the region 19, for example by milling, was processed. Only after milling then the laminate layer 15 is applied to the supernatant 17 on the cover plate 3.
- Fig. 5 shows a further form of finishing in the area of the narrow surface 7 of Fig. 3 shown lightweight panel 1.
- the area of the narrow surface 7 was processed by soft-forming.
- the lightweight panel is processed in the area 19 by milling and the final adhesive 13 is only partially removed during post-processing.
- the bond strength of the final adhesive is maintained during post-processing, so that no errors in the post-processing of the lightweight board 1 occur.

Description
- Fig. 1
- eine Leichtbauplatte mit Riegel,
- Fig. 2
- eine weitere Ausführungsform einer Leichtbauplatte mit Riegel,
- Fig. 3
- eine beschichtete Leichtbauplatte mit Riegel,
- Fig. 4
- eine durch Postforming bearbeitete Schmalfläche und
- Fig. 5
- eine durch Softforming bearbeitete Schmalfläche.
-
- In
