Claims (7)
- Coque de boîtier comportant un ensemble électromécanique (2) présentant un engrenage planétaire (7) et un potentiomètre (5) d'un système de freinage de véhicule, lequel ensemble est disposé dans une cavité de la coque de boîtier (1) fermée par un couvercle (28) adapté à une cavité, et comportant une fiche de raccordement (11, 18) entourant les extrémités de contact libres (13 à 15) de plusieurs conducteurs électriques (16), destinée à un branchement extérieur, les conducteurs électriques (16) étant dirigés vers l'extérieur depuis cet ensemble (2) jusqu'à la fiche de raccordement (11, 18) en passant par une paroi latérale (9) de la coque de boîtier (1) et comportant un bord périphérique en forme de bride (29) de la coque de boîtier (1) qui est destiné à la fixation étanche de celle-ci à une paroi de boîtier étrangère,
les conducteurs électriques (16) étant entourés de matériau plastique d'un corps de fixation (19, 20) solidement enfermé par emboîtement par la coque de boîtier (1) dans la région s'étendant de l'ensemble électronique jusqu'aux extrémités de contact (13 à 15) de la fiche de raccordement (11, 18) extérieure de celle-ci et au moins un tourillon (27) étant formé sur le fond (26) de la coque de boîtier (1) pour le stockage du composant de l'engrenage planétaire (7). - Coque de boîtier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs électriques (16) sont connectés à une carte à circuit imprimé (3) avec des extrémités libres intérieures (23) et le point de raccordement de celle-ci est réticulé par rapport à l'axe central ou le plan central de la fiche de raccordement (11, 18) de manière que les conducteurs électriques (16) présentent des courbures.
- Coque de boîtier selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs électriques (16) sont découpés dans une tôle et sont courbés en fonction des courbures.
- Coque de boîtier selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs électriques (16) du corps de fixation (19, 20) présentent entre les extrémités de ceux-ci une découpe (21) ou une forme destinée à une mise en prise (23) d'un instrument de positionnement d'un moulage par injection.
- Coque de boîtier selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les conducteurs électriques (16) sont dentés latéralement.
- Coque de boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la fiche de raccordement (18) est reliée d'un seul tenant au corps de fixation (19) de manière qu'elle est disposée de façon modulaire conjointement avec celui-ci.
- Coque de boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le corps de fixation (19, 20) comprenant les conducteurs électriques (16) présente des courbures selon le tracé de ces conducteurs (16).
