Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fastening arrangement and a mounting method for installing a carrier plate in a through hole between walls.
  • a mounting arrangement for mounting a carrier plate in a passage opening between walls wherein fastening means are arranged in the end regions of the carrier plate and each comprise a pin connection to a holding member which is mounted in the mounted state opposite the associated front end of the carrier plate on the associated boundary wall of the through hole wherein the carrier plate has in the longitudinal direction of the plate extending hollow chambers, z. B. from the DE 295 03 845 U1 already known.
  • the support plate is in this case formed by a seen in cross-section angled hollow-profile lintel part, which is plug-connected at its ends via a respective corner element with an associated hollow profile reveal part.
  • the hollow profile-fall part and the two hollow profile reveal parts form after installation in a door opening together a cladding frame through which the often unsightly boundary surfaces of the door opening are covered in the shell state.
  • a cladding frame For a supporting function of the trim frame but not dimensioned.
  • the known cladding frame presupposes the presence of lateral reveal parts as supports for the corner profile elements supporting the hollow profile crash part, which will not be structurally provided for in all technical solutions.
  • the EP 1 22 396 A2 discloses a modular scissor lattice.
  • the scissor lattice is formed from modular elements, which are formed as profiles, which are plugged together with connecting elements, wherein the connecting element Having pins as connecting means which can be inserted into the profile of the elements.
  • the connecting element Having pins as connecting means which can be inserted into the profile of the elements.
  • the object of the invention is to be able to easily install a support plate in a through hole between walls, without the support plate must be supported by columns.
  • the fastening arrangement comprises two mounting plates which can be mounted like a bracket on opposite boundary walls of the passage opening, so that the support plate can be suspended via the support pins between the two mounting plates.
  • the distance between the mounting plates can thus be bridged freely without intermediate attachment, whereby the support plate is a cantilever. Since the support pins must engage in the associated hollow chamber in the end region of the support plate, a favorable arrangement for concealed attachment of the support pin is provided under cover to the end face of the support plate.
  • the carrier plate according to the invention takes up little space and can therefore, for example, be provided instead of a partition wall area with a fall above a door opening or instead of a substructure of a concrete floor of the building to z. B. to provide the desired clearance for a passage, the installation of a door or the like. At the building itself here no conversion measures are required for the creation of the desired passage opening.
  • the two mounting plates each have a thickness of several centimeters and are largely adapted to the cross-sectional format of the support plate.
  • the first mounting plate, the support plate and the second mounting plate can be assembled in such a way strung together that their tops and side surfaces flush and without or at least connect to each other with little distance. Any remaining joints can be sprayed or filled with sealant, eg based on silicone, so that completely closed surfaces are created on the visible sides.
  • sealant eg based on silicone
  • the carrier plate advantageously has an elongated cross-sectional shape, wherein its ends are supported by two spaced-apart trunnions.
  • the carrier plate is formed as an extruded profile.
  • the support plate can be made dimensionally stable and relatively inexpensive. This is especially true if the cross sections of the hollow channels are designed so that the end portions of the hollow channels can form the hollow chambers for the engagement of the associated support pin.
  • this preferably consists of a lightweight board.
  • a lightweight board In an extruded profile for the support plate can be as proven lightweight materials, for. Aluminum or depending on strength requirements also use plastics.
  • each support pin is assigned as an element for intermediate support a mounting block.
  • a mounting block consists of a block-shaped block of solid material whose cross-sectional contour is adapted to the clear cross-section of the hollow chamber or the hollow channel in the support plate.
  • the thus non-rotatably slidably guided in its hollow chamber block has in its central region a coaxial with the support pin extending insertion opening whose light cross section is matched to the cross section of the support pin.
  • the support pin is cylindrical and the insertion opening is designed as a matching round hole.
  • the support plate also remains after sliding the blocks on each other coaxially opposite support pins still rotatable about the central longitudinal axis, so that a folding displacement of the support plate can be made.
  • a hinged mounting of the support plate over round trunnions has the advantage for the fitters that the plate weight during assembly can already be supported on the pivot points, so that the further assembly of the support plate can be made without significant load by their own weight.
  • preferably threaded pins are provided which can be completely screwed into the threaded hole.
  • a support plate 10 In order to simplify the drawing, the mounting arrangement of a support plate 10 is shown only in one of its two end portions, wherein the mounting arrangement is formed on the end portion, not shown, mirror-symmetrical to the end portion shown on.
  • the support plate 10 is to be arranged as a whole so that it divides a corridor between building walls and concrete ceiling in a building lying above a passage opening area, ie forms a partition, below which a passage remains in the z. B. a sliding door can be used.
  • Fig. 1 all components can be seen, with which the support plate 10 is fixed in its end region shown.
  • hollow chambers 11 and 12 in the support plate 10 itself, which are formed by end portions of the carrier plate 10 longitudinally penetrating hollow channels. Between these hollow channels is another straight hollow channel 13 with an approximately square cross-section, which is separated by lateral cover plates of the support plate 10 connecting transverse webs of the other two hollow channels 11 and 12. As a result, the hollow chambers 11 and 12 at a corresponding distance from each other.
  • the hollow chambers 11 and 12 can be inserted from the front side of the support plate 10 from a respective cuboid mounting block 14 in length, whose approximately square cross-section on a clear guide cross-section within the hollow chamber 11 and 12 is tuned.
  • the mounting blocks 14 are thus slidably linear sliding parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the support plate 10.
  • a bearing bore 15 is recessed from these centrally, which extends as a blind hole axially parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the mounting block 14 over three quarters of the block length.
  • a threaded bore is present laterally in each case, which is aligned radially on the bearing bore 15 and ends at this.
  • a short threaded pin 16 is screwed.
  • Axially parallel to this threaded hole 14 is at the opposite end of the mounting blocks each have a further threaded bore, from which the mounting block 14 is completely penetrated.
  • a longer threaded pin 17 is screwed.
  • both the threaded pin 16 and the threaded pin 17 are slightly shorter than the corresponding threaded hole, causing them to sink completely in the block 14.
  • the mounting plate 18 is a block-shaped block made of aluminum or possibly steel, which has a considerable thickness and a height and width of the end face of the support plate 10 adapted format.
  • the mounting plate 18 is provided in the lower and in the central region with a central hole, through which in each case the threaded shaft of a cylinder screw 19 is inserted with hexagon socket.
  • the two cylinder screws 19 are from the back of the mounting plate 18, which rests flat in the bolted state on the opposite surface of a wall.
  • each centrally two cylindrical support pins 20 Offset from the screw holes, stand from the opposite broad side of the mounting plate 18 each centrally two cylindrical support pins 20 from at right angles, the outer diameter of which is adapted to the inner diameter of the bearing bore 15 in the Befest Trentsklötzen.
  • These trunnions 20 pass through an associated hole in the mounting plate 18 and are permanently connected to this by riveting.
  • the arrangement point of the support pins 20 on the mounting plate 18 is selected so that the support pins 20 are aligned coaxially to the bearing bore 15 of the inserted into the hollow chamber 11 and 12 Befest Trentsklötze 14 as soon as the broad side of the mounting plate 18 fit on the flat end face of the support plate 10 for Plant comes.
  • the protruding length of the support pin 20 is also slightly less than the bore depth of the associated bearing bore 15 in the mounting block fourteenth
  • the support plate 10 with mounted mounting plates 18 for attachment can not be attached to the length of the support pin 20, it has in their end regions in each case two elongate windows 21 and 22, through which the support pins 20 without axial movement of the support plate 10 relative to the mounting plate 18th can be moved transversely in the associated hollow chamber 11 and 12 respectively. Consequently, the rectangular clear cross-section of the windows 21 and 22 is slightly larger and longer than the central longitudinal section through the support pins 20.
  • the lower support pin 20 associated window 21 from the lower boundary wall of the hollow chamber 12 and the upper support pin 20 associated window 22 is made the lateral boundary wall of the hollow chamber 11 recessed.
  • threaded pins 16 and 17 are still accessible after plug connection of mounting plates 18 and support plate 10, the side wall of the support plate at the appropriate locations with several through-openings 23 and 24 for a rotary tool such. B. provided an Allen key.
  • Fig. 2 It is shown how the mounting plate 18 looks on the trunnion side when it is fixed by means of the two cylinder screws 19 under surface contact on the associated wall 25.
  • the screw heads of the cylinder screws 19 are sunk so deep in the mounting plate 18 that they do not protrude from the broad side.
  • the free ends of the support pins 20 are provided with a bevel or rounding, which by centering a Sliding the associated attachment block 14 on the support pin 20 should facilitate.
  • the mounting blocks 14 Before the support plate 10 can be mounted, first the mounting blocks 14 must be inserted into their associated hollow chamber 11 and 12, respectively, until they have an in Fig. 3 have taken visible starting position. In this position, the Befest Trentsklötze 14 protrude only with its end in the window 21 and 22, but without hindering the passage of the support pin 20 through its window 21 or 22.
  • the short threaded pins 16 can advantageously be screwed out of their threaded bore in such a way that they hit the central boundary surface of the window 21 or 22 when the starting position is reached.
  • the support plate 10 between the two mounted mounting plates 18 at approximately horizontal extent of the support plate 10 with the lower narrow side ahead at the level of the lower support pin 20 is set, as shown in Fig. 4 is shown.
  • the support plate 10 is then horizontally transversely displaced in the arrow direction until the lower support pin 20 passes through the lower window 21 and is completely in the hollow chamber 12, as in Fig. 5 is shown.
  • the lower mounting block 14 is linearly displaced in its hollow chamber 12 to the mounting plate 18, wherein the support pin 20 increasingly penetrates into the bearing bore 15 of the mounting block 14. If the mounting block 14 has taken its approximately flush with the end face of the support plate 10 final end position, the short set screw 16 is tightened so far that the mounting block 14 is schiebegecongratulatt on the support pin 20, a rotation of the mounting block 14 with respect to its support pin 20 but easily remains possible.
  • the carrier plate 10 is thus rotatably mounted at their opposite end portions, it can be safely folded up around the horizontal axis of rotation, which of the opposite Walls 25 projecting but coaxially arranged lower support pin 20 of the two supporting plate 10 holding mounting plates 18 is defined.
  • the mounting block 14 is also completely pushed onto the upper support pin 20.
  • the short threaded pin 16 remains accessible, since the corresponding side of the mounting block 14 thereby lies in the window 22 and can be easily tightened final.
  • the short threaded pin 16 in the lower mounting block remains accessible because it lies under cover to the insertion opening 23 and can thus be tightened.
  • the long threaded pins 17 of all mounting blocks 14 are under cover to their through opening 24 and can also be tightened, after which the mounting of the support plate 10 completed and this fixed and backlash between the end plates holding their mounting plates 18 is attached.
  • the support plate 10 is folded in the third operation to the fixed by the lower support pin 20 axis of rotation, as in Fig. 6 can be seen until it has taken its vertical end position between the two mounting plate 18, as in Fig. 7 can be seen on the left end portion of the support plate 10.
  • the two upper mounting blocks 14 are longitudinally displaced in their associated hollow chamber 11 on their mounting plate 18 until they are completely pushed onto the associated support pin 20 and then by tightening the screws 16 and 17 relative to the mounting plate 18 and the threaded pins 17 fixed relative to the support plate 10 in the position corresponding to its end position.
  • a very significant advantage of this partition of two mounting plates 18 and the interposed support plate 10 is also to be seen in that the upper narrow sides of the mounting plates 18 and the upper narrow side of the support plate 10 can connect directly to the bottom of a ceiling, because above the components no Free space is required for the assembly of the elements.
