Claims (13)

  1. Conteneur (1) destiné à recevoir des marchandises,
    a) comportant un fond (2) et des parois latérales (3), à agencer de préférence verticalement,
    b) dans lequel au moins une paroi latérale (3) s'étend sensiblement le long d'un plan de paroi (E) et comporte une zone d'ouverture qui est disposée entre des éléments de cadre (5, 6) de la paroi latérale (3) et peut être fermée par des éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sensiblement identiques,
    c) dans lequel au moins l'un des éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) appartenant au conteneur peut être déplacé hors d'une position de stockage (M), située sur le conteneur, ne fermant pas la zone d'ouverture, dans une position de fermeture (L) fermant la zone d'ouverture (4), et

  2. Système de conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sont réalisés pour être amenés dans différentes positions de fermeture (L1, L2, L3...), afin de pouvoir fermer la zone d'ouverture (4) de manière choisie.
  3. Système de conteneur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sont réalisés en forme de barres.
  4. Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sont fixés en permanence, mais de manière mobile, sur le conteneur (1).
  5. Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) dans sa position de fermeture (L) est maintenu avec une première extrémité sur un élément de cadre (5, 6) ou un coulisseau (7) guidé dans l'élément de cadre.
  6. Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) dans sa position de fermeture (L) est disposé avec une deuxième extrémité sur un autre élément de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...).

Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que pour former les moyens de guidage (F), il est prévu respectivement sur les éléments de cadre (5, 6) une fente, qui définit une voie de guidage et qui reçoit et guide les extrémités des éléments de sécurité, alors que pour former les moyens de blocage (R), il est prévu des fentes latérales se détachant de manière étagée le long de la voie de guidage, afin de positionner les extrémités des éléments de sécurité dans des positions de blocage, définissant les positions de fermeture (L1, L2, L3...).
  10. Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la position de blocage est choisie à l'écart de la voie de guidage à une distance telle qu'un deuxième élément de sécurité (T2) peut être déplacé le long de la voie de guidage sur un premier élément de sécurité (T1) situé dans la position de blocage.

Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sont reliés les uns aux autres à des distances prédéfinies, par un moyen d'assemblage flexible, en particulier un filet, afin de fermer la surface entre eux lorsqu'ils sont amenés dans des positions de fermeture (L1, L2, L3...) à distance les unes des autres.
  13. Système de conteneur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) sont reliés dans la zone de leurs extrémités à un moyen d'assemblage flexible, en particulier une bande, afin de tirer avec celle-ci plusieurs éléments de sécurité (T1, T2, T3...) hors de la position de stockage (M).
