Abstract

However, this is associated with the disadvantage that the respective desired goods must be placed in immediate physical proximity to the payment station or the customer must make a choice from the memory.

The sale of goods by voucher has proven itself in principle or is recommended where there is a risk that the goods in question can leave or leave a sales room without payment. Here are in particular high-priced consumer goods such as electronic goods but also and especially luxury items such as cigarettes proved to be particularly critical. As already described, the goods receipt is activated by payment at the goods selection unit and / or at the cashier system. According to an advantageous embodiment, the cashier and the goods issue unit (and the goods selection unit) are connected to the common control unit. The invention also relates to a method for selling consumer goods by means of an aggregate from a goods selection unit and one thereof possibly spatially separate goods issue unit.
