Description

The present invention relates to a dispensing device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread, rolls or the like.

Such output devices especially for baked goods are already known from the prior art and z. B. in retail in use to enable self-service removal of baked goods. Baked goods can be presented to the customer by means of these output devices and the customer can remove the goods independently according to his choice.

The output devices must meet strict hygiene regulations, since unpackaged goods are sold. The requirements include, for example, that spit and sneeze protection is guaranteed in order to protect the stored unpackaged goods from contamination. In addition, it is necessary that the dispensing device can be cleaned easily, quickly and reliably.

From the EP 2 554 078 A1 a dispenser for bread is already known, which has a removal assembly that can be dismantled without tools. This is intended in particular to facilitate cleaning of the dispensing device.

It is provided in particular that the at least one drive device is assigned at least one electrically acting braking device, which also serves to lock the locking device.

With all of these solutions, regular cleaning must be arranged in order to comply with the strict hygiene guidelines. This is usually done manually on a daily basis. With the already known output devices, this is very laborious and time-consuming.

It is the object of the present invention to provide a dispensing device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread and rolls or the like in an advantageous manner, in particular to the effect that simple yet intensive cleaning is possible in accordance with hygiene regulations.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a dispensing device having the features of claim 1. Accordingly, a dispensing device for unpackaged goods, in particular baked goods such as bread, rolls or the like, is provided with at least one support frame and with at least one drawer-like insert inserted into the support frame in the assembled state or at least one partition, wherein the insert or the partition delimits a goods receiving space in which there is at least one trough-like and/or board-like receptacle for the goods, and wherein the insert or the partition has at least one front opening through which the goods receiving space and the trough-like and/or shelf-like receptacles are accessible, and wherein the insert or the partition has at least one transparent door and/or flap which is arranged in the upper region of the opening in relation to the mounted and set-up state of the dispensing device , and further wherein the doors and/or flaps form an outer wall, characterized in that a cleaning device is provided.

The cleaning can preferably be carried out at night or outside the opening hours of a supermarket.

In this case, the cleaning device can be fitted inside the dispensing device and/or can be arranged on the dispensing device from the outside. This ensures cleaning inside and out.

Furthermore, the cleaning device can be fixed or movable. In particular, a movable arrangement offers optimal cleaning.

One possibility can be that the cleaning device is designed as an optical unit EO, preferably in the form of a light source, in particular a UV light. Dry cleaning can be performed using UV light. This can prove advantageous in some cases, e.g. if there is no water connection or there is no possibility of a waste water connection.

Here, the light source can be integrated in a module M, which is movably arranged from the outside along the outer wall. This ensures a space-saving and visually appealing solution.

A further possibility can be that a mechanical cleaning device is provided which has two units, with a first unit cleaning the doors and/or flaps from the outside, and with a second unit cleaning the insert, the partition and/or the receptacle.

Preferably, the first unit may have a wet cleaning and/or drying function. This ensures thorough cleaning from the outside.

Furthermore, the second unit can have a suction, wet cleaning and/or drying function. This means that thorough cleaning is also possible from the inside.

A further possibility can be that the cleaning device 30" is designed in the form of an integrated rinsing function. This variant enables optimal wet cleaning inside the goods receiving space.

The first unit E1 is movably arranged on the support frame 12 . A movement of the unit E1 in a vertical direction has proven useful. The first unit E1 has a function for wet cleaning and/or drying. 3 shows such a first unit E1 in an enlarged representation. It has fastening devices on the right and left sides, which enable arrangement and mobility on the output device 10 ′ and in particular on the carrier frame 12 . Slots are provided in the upper area of the first unit E1, which can discharge warm, hot air for drying. Devices for receiving a cleaning agent for wet cleaning are provided in the lower area of the first unit E2. The circular nozzles allow a cleaning liquid to be dispensed.

A sponge, not shown in detail, is preferably also arranged in the lower region.

The second unit E2 has a suction, wet cleaning and/or drying function. As in 4 shown, a module M is movably arranged on the rear side of the dispensing device 10'. The second unit E2 is arranged in this when no cleaning is being carried out. An elevator is provided in this module M (cf. 5 ), which enables the second unit E2 to be arranged per floor, in particular in the insert 14 or the receptacle 18 of the dispensing device 10'. The second unit E2 can move independently along the individual inserts 14 or receptacle 18 in a simple manner, so that cleaning can be carried out accordingly. Preferably, the module M also has a suction device for picking up crumbs with the second unit E and storing them in a collection container.

As in 5 shown, the unused first unit E1 is securely stored on top of the dispensing device 10' in the non-use position.

In 6 the second unit E2 is shown. The second unit E2 can vacuum up crumbs and pastry residue. Furthermore, the second unit E2 can wet or spray the trough, the insert 14 or the receptacle 18 with water and/or cleaning agent. In addition, brushes clean the partition 14 and/or the tray/board receptacle 18 mechanically. Drying can then take place.

The module M preferably has a fresh water tank and a waste water tank. Alternatively, a flexible water connection is conceivable. In addition, a crumb catch is preferably provided, which is designed to be removable. This enables easy cleaning.

In a further, third embodiment of a dispensing device 10″, a cleaning device 30″ is provided, which is designed in the form of an integrated flushing function. 7 shows an example of such a rinsing arm, which is arranged on the upper side of the goods receiving space 16 . The rinsing arm cleans the surfaces of the inner walls of the goods receiving space 16. A rinsing arm, which is arranged in the uppermost goods receiving space 16, has proven to be sufficient. After cleaning, the waste water can flow off, for example, via a pipe that is arranged, for example, on the support frame. It is also conceivable that a fan is provided, which is preferably attached to one or more walls of a goods receiving space 16 .

It is conceivable that cleaning with this cleaning device 30" is carried out at night.
