Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe à piston radiale (1) destinée à l'alimentation haute pression en carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un compartiment de compression (4) disposé dans un carter de déplaceur (3), un piston (7) animé d'un mouvement de va-et-vient et logé dans une chambre de cylindre (6), une soupape d'aspiration (10) raccordée à la conduite d'alimentation en carburant (9) et dotée d'un obturateur (12) sollicité par un ressort, une pièce intermédiaire, une tige filetée (14) et un clapet de refoulement (16) raccordé à une conduite de sortie de carburant (17). Selon l'invention, l'obturateur (12) de la soupape d'aspiration (10) est réalisé sous la forme d'une soupape en champignon (18) dont la face frontale est sollicitée par le ressort (11) et qui est dotée d'un épaulement terminal (9), d'au moins deux canaux (20,20',20'') reliés à ce dernier et répartis sur la circonférence, et d'une plaque de base (34). Une plaque de butée (22), en tant que pièce intermédiaire, est adjacente à l'épaulement terminal (19) de la soupape en champignon (18) et dotée d'une autre plaque de base (36) située dans le prolongement de la tige filetée (14).
