Description

The invention relates to a package for bulk materials, in particular sack made of plastic film, with a bulk material enveloping the packaging wall, which has at least one multilayer wall portion of at least one inner layer and at least one outer layer, wherein the multilayer wall region extends in a packaging longitudinal direction and Each layer has at least one air-permeable surface piece, wherein between the inner layer and the outer layer at least one guide member for the air-permeable surface pieces passing air flow is arranged, wherein the guide member for deflecting the air flow from at least a portion of an air-impermeable liner is formed, which is a separate , Between the layers of the multilayer wall region in the package longitudinal direction extending, at least on one side flow around film strips.

Known packages are bags or sacks made of a film, in particular plastic film, which are used for wrapping a variety of bulk or filling goods, such as cement, fertilizers or similar products that are produced for example in the building materials industry or the chemical industry.

When filling known packaging comes in addition to the contents and a corresponding proportion of air in the packaging interior, creating an overpressure on the inside of the packaging wall. To ensure that the packaging wall is not damaged due to the overpressure applied to the inside and / or possibly ruptures, or that the palletization enclosed inside the packaging causes difficult palletizing, sufficient ventilation from the inside of the packaging must always be ensured. In the EP 444 261 a package is described, which is used in particular for receiving fine dusty products. The known packaging has a perforated two-layered area for venting, via which the pressure prevailing inside the packaging can be reduced. If the perforations of the inner and outer walls are arranged congruently, solid particles of the filling material can optionally escape with the escaping air flow. Dusting of smaller solid particles from the package can be prevented by using a filter located in the two-ply region of the package. However, the use of filter material always means an increased cost and at the same time a structurally complex design of the packaging.

Furthermore, from the DE 44 08 244 A1 a packaging container of a film laminate with at least two layers known, wherein the layers except for a strip-shaped channel forming, are connected to each other over the entire surface. In the region of the channel, the layers have openings, which are offset from one another. In the extending in the packaging longitudinal direction channel a valve strip for a one-way vent is provided, which covers the openings in the inner layer like a valve. The openings of the outer layer are formed laterally along the longitudinal edges of the valve strip.

The US-A-5,996,800 shows a packaging bag made of a plastic film, the packaging bag having in its packaging wall an opening which is of a folded, two-ply and with the outside of the Packaging bag cohesively connected piece of material is covered. The upper layer of the folded piece of material is circumferentially connected to the outside of the packaging bag and has an opening which is arranged approximately congruent to the opening in the packaging wall. Through the lower layer of the folded piece of material, which is located between the upper layer and the packaging wall, the openings are covered.

After EP 1 481 911 A1 a one-way valve for packaging is known, wherein the valve comprises a wall of cardboard, in which at least one breakthrough is introduced. On the inside of this wall an air-impermeable membrane is arranged, which is held by a glued on the inside of the valve wall thin film in a predetermined position. In the thin film further comprises an opening covered by the membrane is formed, through which flows at an overpressure in the interior of the package in areas between the thin film and the wall of cardboard air. About the unglued strip to the uncovered openings in the cardboard wall then passes through the air through this outward.

The DE 81 33 295 U1 describes a packaging container made of a plastic film, which comprises a multilayer wall region, wherein openings are provided for venting from the packaging interior in each layer of the multi-layer area. Between the inner and outer layer of the multi-layer area an air-permeable filter material is used to prevent leakage of fine-grained product from the packaging interior. The filter material is a fiber flow, in which a large part of the particles of the filling material is retained.

The invention has for its object to improve a package of the aforementioned genus such that in addition to a structurally simplified design ensures optimal ventilation and at the same time the dusting of the contents is reliably prevented.

The solution of this object is achieved according to the invention by a package for bulk materials with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments and refinements of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.

In a package for bulk materials, in particular a bag made of plastic film, with a packaging wall enveloping the bulk material, which has at least one multilayer wall portion of at least one inner layer and at least one outer layer, wherein the multilayer wall region extends in a packaging longitudinal direction and each layer at least one air permeable surface piece, wherein between the inner layer and the outer layer at least one guide member for the air permeable surface pieces passing air flow is arranged, wherein the guide member for deflecting the air flow from at least a portion of an air-impermeable liner is formed, which is a separate, between the layers of the multilayer wall region extending in the packaging longitudinal direction, at least on one side flow around film strip, the invention provides that the inner layer of the multilayer wall region by means of a sep Araten material strip is formed, which is arranged in the interior of the package, and that with the intermediate layer at least the air-permeable surface portions of the inner layer and the outer layer are covered.

The guide element arranged according to the invention influences the flow of the air escaping from the interior of the packaging, so that a straight or direct passage of air through the multi-layered wall region of the packaging wall and the associated discharge of solid particles of the introduced filling material is advantageously prevented. The strong change or deflection of the flow of the escaping air flow causes, due to the higher inertia of the solid particles, a nearly complete separation of the solid particles from the multi-layered wall area passing air flow. It is for Example possible that multiple, mutually entangled guide members are present in multi-layered wall area, forming the overlapping areas. In this case, the guide member is at least a portion of an air-impermeable intermediate layer, which is arranged such that at least the air-permeable surface portions of the inner layer and the outer layer are covered by the intermediate layer. Each section of the air-impermeable intermediate layer, which can be, for example, a film, also serves as a baffle or separating element for the discharged with the escaping air flow solid particles. Due to the intermediate layer projecting into the air flow and the associated deflection of the air flow, regions with increased flow or turbulences and regions with poorer flow occur in the multi-layered wall region. Especially in the areas with reduced flow velocity, the kinetic energy of the air flow is no longer sufficient to carry the solid particles due to their mass. A large part of the solid or dust particles thus settles mainly in the less flowy areas of the multilayer wall area of the packaging. The thus almost completely freed of solid particles air flow occurs after flowing around the intermediate layer on the air-permeable patches of the outer layer in the environment. Furthermore, the penetration of moisture from the outside into the interior of the packaging is made more difficult by the air-permeable surface portions of the inner and outer layer covering intermediate layer.

The guide member is also formed as a separately arranged between the inner and outer layer of the multi-layer wall region arranged film strip. Such film strips can be arranged in an advantageously simple manner both in sections and over the entire length of the double-layered wall region extending between the inner and outer layer. With the aid of, for example, an adhesive method, the film strip can then be fixed over one of its longitudinal sides to at least one of the layers of the multilayer wall region. The inner layer of the multilayer wall region is according to the invention formed by a separate strip of material, which is arranged in the interior of the package. With the arrangement of the extending in the packaging longitudinal direction material strip on the inside of the packaging formed in particular from a flat web, the production of the packaging is further simplified. In this case, the material strip completely covers the guide element formed, for example, as a film strip, and in the region of both side edges it can be connected over its entire length to the packaging wall in each case by means of gluing or welding.

It is further provided that predetermined partial surfaces of the guide element are at least partially connected to at least one of the layers of the multi-layer wall region. By means of such a connection between corresponding partial surfaces of the guide element and a respective position, the guide element can be fixed in an advantageously simple manner in the multi-layered wall region. In addition, this can be formed on the guide member two umströmbare from the air flow longitudinal sides, so that advantageously an improved ventilation when filling the package is guaranteed. Preferably, a cohesive connection can take place both between the inner layer and respectively associated sub-surfaces of the guide element and between the outer layer and respectively associated sub-surfaces of the guide element.

The packaging wall is a folded flat web with overlapping edge regions. By means of the folded flat web a simple production of a filling material receiving the packaging wall is made possible. The mutually overlapping edge regions can be fixed to each other in a desired arrangement by means of a material connection such as welding and / or gluing. At the same time a sufficient strength in the connection region of the packaging wall is given on the material connection, so that during the filling process in the packaging interior resulting positive pressure can be absorbed with advantage over the entire packaging wall, without causing any adverse effects. It is also possible, for example, to produce the packaging wall from a film tube produced by blow extrusion.

Each packaging wall has in the air-permeable surface pieces perforations, which are preferably formed as rows of circular holes and / or slots in the inner or outer layer. With the help of the perforations a structurally simple embodiment of an air-permeable surface piece is given, wherein the perforations are introduced into the preferably formed as a plastic film packaging wall via appropriate needle or cutting tools. The perforations may have different dimensions in the inner and outer layers of the packaging wall.

At least in some areas of the air-permeable surface pieces of each layer and / or the guide element at least one spacer is arranged. Each spacer additionally improves the escape of the air that has entered the packaging together with the contents from the packaging interior. The spacers are preferably arranged between the guide member formed as an intermediate layer and a respectively adjacent layer, so that adhesion forces between the adjoining surfaces of the guide element and the layers can not occur. Such attractions could hinder passage of the airflow.

According to a development of the invention, each spacer may be formed as an introduced into the layers and / or the guide member embossing. The imprints preferably formed in the packaging longitudinal direction of the multilayer wall region of the packaging wall provide an advantageously simple possibility for maintaining a distance between, for example, two film webs contacting one another. The plastic and permanent deformation of the layers required for producing an embossing can be effected in an advantageously simple manner by means of embossing tools. The Embossing can be brought in sections as well as consistently in sub-areas such as a flat web, which can be used to form the packaging wall.

Fig. 1 shows a gusseted bag 1, the packaging wall 2, both in the bottom region 3 and in the head area 4, in particular by means of a weld 5, 5 'can be closed by a material fit. The packaging wall 2 has a multi-layered wall region, which is formed from an inner layer 7 and an outer layer 8. The inner layer 7 and the outer layer 8 each have an air-permeable sheet 9 in the longitudinal direction of the packaging. The air permeability of the layers 7, 8 is ensured by perforations formed therein as perforations, which allow leakage of the air that has entered the packaging interior 11 during the filling process. So that solid particles of the filled bulk material do not escape from the packaging interior together with the escaping air flow, an intermediate layer 12 is arranged between the layers 7, 8 of the multi-layered wall region. The intermediate layer 12 assumes the function of a guide element for the escaping air flow and at the same time a separating element for the entrained in the air flow solid particles of the filling material. In order optionally to prevent the closure of the perforations 10 in the layers 7,8 by acting between the layers 7, 8 and the intermediate layer 12 adhesion forces are in predetermined portions of the layers 7,8 than Embossments 13 formed spacers arranged. By means of the perforation 10 and the embossments 13, which are preferably formed together in a surface piece of a respective layer 7, 8, an optimal ventilation of the packaging interior 11 is always ensured.

Fig. 2 shows an embodiment according to the invention of a bag 23, which is shown to illustrate the structure in cross section. The packaging wall 24 is made of a folded flat web whose edges are connected to one another via a fabric connection 25. To form the multilayer wall region 26, a separate material web is applied on the inside of the packaging wall 24 and forms the inner layer 27 of the bag. A firm connection between the formed as a material strip inner layer 27 and the packaging wall 24 is ensured via the fabric joints 28, 28 '. Between the inner layer 27 and the outer 29 a trained as a separate film strip liner 30 is introduced, which is flowed around by the multilayer wall area passing air flow. In this case, the intermediate layer 30 with predetermined partial surfaces is fastened to the layers 27, 29 of the multi-layered wall region via the fabric joints 31, 31 'in such a way that the intermediate layer forms two longitudinal sides which can be flowed around by the air flow.
