Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Hörer, insbesondere einen Ohrhörer, und geht aus von einem Hörer, wie er aus EP 1 250 025 bekannt ist.
  • Hörer bzw. Ohrhörer sind in vielen verschiedenen Ausführungsformen hinlänglich bekannt. Derartige Kopfhörer werden jedoch oftmals als zu schwer empfunden und weisen oftmals nicht den nötigen Tragekomfort insbesondere bei körperlichen Betätigungen auf.
  • Ferner sind sogenannte In-Ear Hörer bekannt, welche in ein Außenohr gesteckt werden können und dann dort am Außenohr mehr oder weniger fest sitzen. Derartige In-Ear Hörer werden jedoch von einigen Personen als unangenehm empfunden, beispielsweise weil es zu Druckstellen im Außenohr kommen kann oder weil sie bei einigen Personen herausfallen können.
  • EP 1 250 025 A1 zeigt einen Nackenbandohrhörer, dessen Nackenband im nicht getragenen Zustand zumindest teilweise aufgerollt ist. Im aufgesetzten Zustand drückt sich das Nackenband gegen den Hinterkopf eines Trägers des Ohrhörers. Das Nackenband erstreckt sich von dem Wandlergehäuse über die obere Ohrwurzel und liegt im getragenen Zustand an dem Hinterkopf an. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung eines Nackenband-Ohrhörers ist jedoch insbesondere für Brillenträger nicht geeignet.
  • Es ist somit Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Hörer vorzusehen, welcher komfortabel und sicher getragen werden kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Hörer gemäß Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Somit wird erfindungsgemäß ein Hörer, insbesondere ein Ohrhörer, vorgesehen, welcher zwei Wandlergehäuse und einen flexiblen Kopfbügel aufweist. Der Kopfbügel ist derart vorgeformt, dass er in seinem entspannten und nicht getragenen Zustand aufgewickelt ist und wenigstens eine Windung aufweist. Der Hörer kann so platzsparend verstaut werden, wenn er nicht getragen wird.
  • Gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung weist der Kopfbügel zwei erste Abschnitte auf, welche sich jeweils an das Wandlergehäuse anschließen und einen die beiden ersten Abschnitte verbindenden zweiten Abschnitt auf. Im aufgesetzten Zustand des Hörers erstrecken sich die beiden ersten Abschnitte im Wesentlichen nach oben und parallel zu den seitlichen Kopfabschnitten eines Trägers. In den Übergangsbereichen zwischen den ersten Abschnitten und dem zweiten Abschnitt weist der Kopfbügel eine Biegung zum Hinterkopf hin auf. Der zweite Abschnitt ist im aufgesetzten Zustand im Wesentlichen am Übergang zwischen dem Kopf und dem Hinterkopf angepasst und weist ebenfalls eine Biegung auf, welche sich im Wesentlichen an den Kopf des Trägers anpasst.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft ebenfalls einen Ohranpassring für einen Ohrhörer. Der Ohranpassring wird an einem Wandlergehäuse eines Hörers befestigt. Der Anpassring weist im Wesentlichen eine erste runde Ausnehmung auf, welche in der Mitte des Rings angeordnet ist. Zusätzlich dazu weist der Ohranpassring Ausnehmungen bzw. Rillen auf, welche sich radial vom äußeren Rand teilweise zur ersten Ausnehmung hin erstrecken.
  • Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
  • Die Ausführungsbeispiele und Vorteile der Erfindung werden nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

  • Fig. 1a bis 1c zeigen jeweils eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Kopfhörers gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel. Der Kopfhörer weist einen ersten und zweiten Wandler 41, 42 auf, welche durch einen elastischen (tordierten) sowie vorgespannten Bügel (im Wesentlichen mit kreisrundem Durchmesser), vorzugsweise in Form eines Federdrahtes, miteinander verbunden sind. Die Wandler 41, 42 sind vorzugsweise als In-Ear Hörer ausgebildet. Einer der Wandler 41 ist über ein Kabel 44 mit einem Audioanschluss 46 verbunden. Entlang des Kabels 44 kann eine Klammer 45 vorgesehen werden, um das Kabel während eines Gebrauchs zu befestigen.
  • Fig. 1b zeigt eine weitere Ansicht des Kopfhörers von Fig. 1a. Über den Wandler bzw. das Wandlergehäuse 41 kann ein flexibler Ring 41a oder 41b entsprechend der tatsächlichen Größe des Außenohres - durch den Benutzer auch austauschbar - angeordnet werden. Innerhalb des Kopfbandes 43 kann ein Kabel 43a vorgesehen werden, um eine elektrische Zuführung von dem Kabel 44 zu dem anderen Hörer vorzusehen.
  • Fig. 1c zeigt eine weitere Ansicht des Kopfhörers gemäß Fig. 1a. Das Kopfband 43 bzw. der Kopfbügel ist derart vorgespannt bzw. vorgeformt, dass es in einem entspannten Zustand auf 1 bis ca. 1 ¾ Windungen, d. h. bis ca. 630 Grad (Schlingungswinkel) aufgerollt ist, wobei der Durchmesser des Bügels dann etwa 80 - 100 mm, vorzugsweise 90 mm beträgt. Um den Kopfhörer aufzusetzen, muss der Kopfbügel auseinandergebogen werden, so dass eine gewisse Vorspannung vorhanden ist, so dass die In-Ear Hörer 41, 42 gegen das jeweilige Außenohr gedrückt werden, so dass ein sicherer Halt gewährleistet werden kann.
  • Fig. 1d zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Kopfhörer gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel. Hier ist der Kopfhörer in einem nichtgetragenen Zustand gezeigt, so dass aufgrund der Vorformung des Kopfbandes bzw. des Kopfbügels 43 der Hörer zu einer Schleife zusammengerollt ist. Die Schleife weist dabei einen Schlingungswinkel zwischen 360 und 720 Grad und vorzugsweise zwischen 550 und 630 Grad auf. In Fig. 1d ist ein Zustand gezeigt, wo der Kopfhörer sich aufgrund der Formgebung des Federdrahtes selbsttätig auf einen Umschlingungswinkel von ca. 560 Grad aufstellt.
  • Fig. 1e zeigt den Kopfhörer gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel in einem getragenen Zustand. Hierbei greift das Gehäuse 42 des einen In-Ear Hörers in das Außenohr eines Trägers ein. Von dem Gehäuse 42 aus erstreckt sich das Kopfband 43 nach oben Richtung Kopfscheitel. Hierbei ist der Kopfbügel 43 im Wesentlichen in einen ersten Abschnitt 43c und in einen zweiten Abschnitt 43d aufgeteilt. Im getragenen Zustand, erstreckt sich das Gehäuse 42 des In-Ear Hörers nach oben und der erste Abschnitt 43c des Kopfbandes schließt an das Gehäuse 42 an. Der erste Abschnitt 43c ist nach hinten (zum Hinterkopf) gebogen. Der zweite Abschnitt 43d ist ebenfalls gebogen ausgestaltet und verläuft annähernd auf einer Kreisbahn (Teilabschnitt) bezogen auf die Kopfmitte. Während der erste Abschnitt 43c im Wesentlichen parallel zum seitlichen Abschnitt des Schädels verläuft, verläuft der zweite Abschnitt 43d auf der Oberseite des Schädels oder am Übergang zwischen der Oberseite des Schädels und dem Hinterkopf. Wo der zweite Abschnitt 43d tatsächlich am Kopf eines Trägers anliegt, hängt von der Größe des Kopfes ab. Wenn es sich bei dem Kopf eines Trägers um einen großen Kopf handelt, dann wird der zweite Abschnitt 43d sich auf der oberen Seite des Schädels befinden. Wenn der Träger jedoch lediglich einen kleinen Kopf hat, so wird sich der zweite Abschnitt 43d am Übergang zwischen dem oberen Teil des Schädels und dem Hinterkopf befinden, und die Krümmung des Abschnitts 43d ist beim Tragen auf einem kleinen Kopf größer als beim Tragen auf einem großen Kopf.
  • Fig. 1f zeigt eine detaillierte Ansicht eines ersten Abschnitts des Kopfhörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel. Das Gehäuse 42 des Kopfhörers wird in das Außenohr O eingeführt. Das Zuführungskabel 44 wird derart an dem Gehäuse 42 befestigt, dass es beim Tragen des Hörers vor dem Außenohr O herunterhängt.
  • Fig. 1g zeigt eine weitere Ansicht des Hörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel in einem getragenen Zustand. Ein Gehäuse 42 des In-Ear Hörers ist in dem Außenohr O angeordnet. Der erste Abschnitt 43c des Kopfbandes 43 verläuft zunächst im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem seitlichen Schädelabschnitt und weist eine Biegung zum hinteren Teil des Schädels auf. Der zweite Abschnitt 43d weist ebenfalls eine Biegung auf und liegt hier an dem Übergang zwischen dem Hinterkopf und der oberen Seite des Schädels auf. Durch diese Biegung wird eine Vorspannung auf die Hörer bewirkt.
  • Fig. 1h zeigt eine seitliche perspektivische Ansicht eines Hörers gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel. An dem Gehäuse 240 des In-Ear Hörers schließt der erste Abschnitt 43c des Bügels im Wesentlichen gerade an. In Fig. 5h ist der In-Ear Hörer gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel in einem nicht gebrauchten Zustand gezeigt, d. h. der Bügel 43 ist entsprechend aufgewickelt.
  • Fig. 1i zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht des In-Ear Hörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel. Der Hörer ist ebenfalls in einem nicht gebrauchten Zustand gezeigt, d. h. der Bügel 43 ist entsprechend aufgrund seiner Vorspannung aufgewickelt.
  • Fig. 1j zeigt eine weitere schematische Ansicht des Hörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel. In Fig. 1j ist der Hörer in einem nicht aufgesetzten, d. h. aufgerollten Zustand gezeigt, wobei der Hörer auf einer glatten Oberfläche platziert ist. Hierbei ist insbesondere zu sehen, dass das Gehäuse 41, 52 der In-Ear Hörer einen Winkel zur Oberfläche von α aufweist. Dieser Winkel α beträgt etwa zwischen 35° und 55°, bevorzugt ca. 40°. Im Bereich des Übergangs vom ersten zum zweiten Abschnitt 43c, 43e des Bügels 43 sind jeweils Knickstellen 43e vorgesehen.
  • Fig. 1k zeigt eine weitere perspektivische Ansicht des Hörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel. Auch hier ist der Hörer in einem aufgerollten Zustand gezeigt. Zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Abschnitt 43c, 43d des Bügels ist ebenfalls jeweils eine Knickstelle 43e vorgesehen.
  • Der Bügel 43 ist aus einem Federstahl gefertigt und weist zwei Knickstellen an dem Übergang zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Abschnitt 43c, 43d auf. Entweder kann der Federstahl zur Übertragung der Audiosignale von dem einen Gehäuse zu dem anderen verwendet werden, oder alternativ dazu kann ein weiteres Kabel in dem Bügel 43 integriert werden. Der Federstahl weist eine Federkonstante von etwa 800 - 1300 N/mm, vorzugsweise etwa 1100 N/mm auf. Durch die Ausgestaltung des Hörers wird ein Andruck von unter 1 N erreicht.
  • Alternativ dazu kann auch ein Kunststoff anstatt eines Federstahls zur Implementierung des Bügels 43 verwendet werden. In einem derartigen Fall muss jedoch eine weitere Leitung zur Übertragung der Audiosignale von einem zum anderen In-Ear Hörer vorgesehen werden. Dieses Alternativ fällt jedoch nicht unter den SchutzumFang der Ansprüche.
  • Der Bügel 43 des Hörers gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist zum einen flexibel und ist zum anderen derart vorgespannt bzw. vorgeformt, dass er in einem nicht aufgesetzten Zustand einen Durchmesser von etwa 80 bis 100 mm, vorzugsweise 90 mm, aufweist. Zum Aufsetzen des Bügels muss der Bügel gespannt werden, und zwar zunächst muss einer der Hörer um etwa 180° (bezogen auf die Längsachse des Kopfbügels) verdreht werden und die beiden Hörer müssen nach außen gezogen werden. Im aufgespannten Zustand weist der Hörer dann die in den Figuren 1e, 1f und 1g gezeigte Form auf. Aufgrund dieser Drehung bzw. Torsion weisen die Hörer die Neigung auf, sich nach innen zu drehen. Durch die Ausgestaltung des Winkels α (etwa 35 - 55°, vorzugsweise etwa 40°) gemäß Fig. 1j wird erreicht, dass die Hörer, wenn der Hörer aufgesetzt ist, sich entsprechend an das Außenohr anpassen. Aufgrund der Torsion erfahren die Hörer eine Kraft, dass sie an das Außenohr angeschmiegt werden. Die Torsion wird vorzugsweise derart eingestellt, dass im aufgesetzten Zustand die Vorderseite der Wandler sich leicht nach außen drücken, so dass sich der Hörer im Ohr Richtung Ohrkanal dreht. Somit dreht sich der Hörer leicht gegen das Zäpfchen des Außenohres, so dass sich der Hörer im Außenohr bzw. Ohrkanal arretiert und sich leicht zum Ohrkanal dreht. Somit wird ein gewisses Drehmoment am Außenohr erzeugt. Dies führt zu einer verbesserten Dichtung des Außenohres durch das Wandlergehäuse. In dem Übergangsbereich zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Abschnitt 43c, 43d des Bügels werden Kanten 43e vorzugsweise in den Federstahl eingebracht. Diese Kante wird entweder reingedrückt oder reingestanzt. Die beiden in dem Übergangsbereich angeordneten Kanten bewirken zum einen ein Enganliegen des Hörers am Kopf, und ferner wird der Federstahl nur in der Richtung stabilisiert wie er im aufgesetzten Zustand ausgestaltet sein soll. Durch die Auswahl der Kanten 43e wird bestimmt, welche Seite rechtes und welche Seite links darstellen soll.
  • Die oben beschrieben Torsion weist eine Vorzugsrichtung auf, so dass lediglich ein Drehen eines Hörers in eine Richtung dazu führt, dass der Hörer bzw. der Bügel die vorgesehene Form zum Aufsetzen erreicht. Somit wird ein Aufklappvorzugsrichtung ausgestaltet.
  • Obwohl in den Fig. 1a bis 1k der Kopfhörer mit In-Ear Hörern gezeigt ist, lässt sich der Kopfhörer gemäß dem Ausführungsbeispiel auch mit anderen Hörern verwirklichen.
  • Fig. 1l zeigt eine Ansicht eines In-Ear-Hörers, welcher in einem Außenohr O angeordnet ist.
  • Fig. 1m zeigt eine weitere Ansicht eines In-Ear Hörers in einem Außenohr. In Fig. 1i weist der In-Ear-Hörer einen Ohranpassring 41 b auf.
  • Die in Fig. 1b gezeigten Ohranpassringe 41a, 41 b sind abnehmbar ausgestaltet, so dass mittels dieser Abdichtringe eine akustische Abdichtung zwischen einem Hörer und dem Ohrkanal auch für unterschiedliche Ohrgrößen gewährleistet werden kann.
  • Fig. 1n zeigt eine Draufsicht auf einen Ohranpassring gemäß Fig. 1m. Dieser Anpassring ist im Querschnitt konkav gekrümmt bzw. pilzförmig ausgestaltet, wobei in der Mitte eine kreisförmige Ausnehmung bzw. ein Loch 41b vorhanden ist, so dass das Ohranpassstück auf einen Hörer, insbesondere einen In-Ear Hörer, aufgesetzt werden kann. Im äußeren Bereich bzw. am äußeren Rand des Ohranpassstückes 41 bd können Ausnehmungen 41 ba angeordnet sein, welche sich axial teilweise zum inneren Rand erstrecken. Es sei jedoch daraufhingewiesen, dass diese Ausnehmungen sich nicht komplett bis zum Loch 44bb erstrecken.
  • Der Ohranpassring 41b ist im Wesentlichen pilzförmig ausgestaltet und dient wie oben angeführt dazu, den Hörer im Außenohr abzudichten. Bei einem Abdichten zwischen dem Hörer und dem Ohrkanal kann es zu einem Bassverlust kommen. Dies kann insbesondere bei einer starren Hörerform auftreten.
  • Wenn ein Hörer zumindest teilweise in den Ohrkanal eingeführt wird und diesen abdichtet, so kann es aufgrund des Überdruckes in dem Gehörgang zu einer Beschädigung der Membran kommen. Dies kann durch Verwendung des Ohrpolsterringes 41 b verhindert werden, indem Rillen oder Vertiefungen in dem Ring zumindest teilweise vorgesehen werden. Somit wird erreicht, dass bis kurz vor dem vollständigen Einsetzen des Hörers in einen Gehörgang die somit komprimierte Luft abgeführt wird bzw. entweichen kann.
  • Bislang wurden die akustischen Eigenschaften eines Hörers während der Entwicklungsphase durch die Geometrie des Hörers sowie der verwendeten Materialien festgelegt und können danach nicht ohne Weiteres verändert werden. Um beispielsweise einen akustischen Kurzschluss einzustellen, werden Dämpfungsmaterialien wie Seiden, Dämpfungspapiere, Schäume und dergleichen verwendet. Durch die Wahl der Materialien können diese Eigenschaften beeinflusst werden. Es wäre jedoch wünschenswert, dass der Benutzer die akustischen Eigenschaften des Hörers selbst beeinflussen kann und sie somit für sich individuell einstellen kann.
  • Alternativ dazu können die austauschbaren Akustikelemente auch derart ausgestaltet sein, dass sie versteckt sind und nicht von außen sichtbar sind. Derartige Akustikelemente können beispielsweise als kartuschenartige Dämpfungselemente ausgestaltet sein, welche sowohl ein- als auch aufgeschraubt werden können. Diese Dämpfungselemente bzw. Akustikelemente können beispielsweise Schwämme aufweisen oder können definierte akustisch wirksame Volumen verändern bzw. enthalten.
  • Somit können unterschiedliche Akustikelemente bzw. Dämpfungselemente vorgesehen sein, welche die akustischen Eigenschaften eines Hörers dem individuellen Geschmack eines Anwenders anpassen. Ferner können die Akustikelemente bzw. die Dämpfungselemente auf unterschiedliche Musikrichtungen abgestimmt sein, so dass durch Austausch der Dämpfungselemente bzw. der Akustikelemente eine Einstellung des Hörers auf eine bestimmte Musikrichtung ermöglicht wird. Was bislang durch eine Ausgestaltung eines elektronischen Equalizers beispielsweise in einem Wiedergabegerät vorgesehen war, kann somit direkt an einem Hörer ausgestaltet sein.
  • Somit werden austauschbare Dämpfungselemente vorgesehen, welche ebenfalls eine akustische Funktion aufweisen. Derartige Dämpfungselemente können sowohl bei Kopfhörern als auch bei Ohrhörern verwendet werden, um die akustischen Eigenschaften der Hörer zu beeinflussen. Vorzugsweise sind die austauschbaren Dämpfungselemente bzw. Akustikelemente derart ausgestaltet, dass der Endverbraucher sie selber austauschen kann. Die Dämpfungselemente sind somit vorzugsweise einsteckbar, aufsteckbar oder schraubbar ausgestaltet.
  • In einem Gehäuse eines Hörers kann beispielsweise eine Ausnehmung vorhanden sein, in welche ein kartuschenartiges Dämpfungselement bzw. Akustikelement eingesetzt oder eingeschraubt werden kann, wobei damit die akustischen Eigenschaften des Hörers verändert werden können.
  • Durch die austauschbaren Dämpfungselemente können beispielsweise der Frequenzgang, die Basswiedergabe, die Höhenwiedergabe und die Mittelwiedergabe beeinflusst werden.
  • Wenn die austauschbaren Dämpfungselemente bzw. Akustikelemente als Deckel eines Hörers ausgestaltet sind, so kann der Hörer durch den Austausch der Deckel beispielsweise von einem geschlossenen Hörer zu einem offenen Hörer umgewandelt werden, so dass das Abstimmverhalten des Hörers verändert wird. Eine Umwandlung eines geschlossenen Hörers zu einem offenen Hörer, beispielsweise durch Austausch der austauschbaren Dämpfungselemente, kann den Vorteil aufweisen, dass die Umwelt besser wahrnehmbar ist. Dies kann insbesondere beim Fahrradfahren vorteilhaft sein. Wenn es jedoch bevorzugt wird, die Umgebungsgeräusche weniger wahrzunehmen, so kann beispielsweise durch Austauschen der Dämpfungselemente ein offener Hörer zu einem geschlossenen Hörer umgewandelt werden.
  • Wenn die austauschbaren Dämpfungselemente beispielsweise als Deckel eines Hörers ausgestaltet sind, so kann das Volumen hinter einer Belüftungsöffnung durch die unterschiedlich ausgestalteten Deckel beeinflusst werden, so dass aufgrund des Volumens der Lüftungsöffnung die akustischen Eigenschaften des Hörers verändert werden. Zur Manipulation der Wiedergabe des Hörers können die oben beschriebenen Deckel beispielsweise ein unterschiedliches Volumen zwischen dem Deckel und dem Hörer vorsehen. Alternativ bzw. zusätzlich dazu kann in dem Deckel ebenfalls ein Loch oder eine Öffnung vorgesehen werden, was ebenfalls zu einer Änderung der akustischen Eigenschaften des Hörers führt. austauschbaren akustischen Elemente können nicht nur bei einem Ohrhörer mit einem Haken aber ebenfalls bei anderen Hörern wie beispielsweise bei einem Kopfhörer, einem Ohrhörer oder bei einem In-Ear Hörer implementiert werden.

Claims (13)

  1. Hörer, insbesondere ein Ohrhörer, mit
    einem ersten und zweiten Wandlergehäuse (41, 42) und einem das erste und zweite Wandlergehäuse (41, 42) verbindenden flexiblen Kopfbügel (43) aus Federstahl, wobei der Kopfbügel (43) derart vorgeformt ist, dass er in seinem entspannten, nicht getragenen Zustand aufgewickelt ist und wenigstens eine Windung aufweist,
    wobei der Kopfbügel (43) zwei erste Abschnitte (43c), welche sich jeweils an das Wandlergehäuse (41, 42) anschließen, und einen die beiden ersten Abschnitte (43c) verbindenden zweiten Abschnitt (43d) aufweist,
    wobei sich die beiden ersten Abschnitte (43c) im aufgesetzten Zustand im Wesent-lichen parallel zu den seitlichen Kopfabschnitten eines Trägers erstrecken und an denbeiden Übergangsbereichen (43d) zwischen den ersten und dem zweiten Abschnitt (43c,43d) eine Biegung zum Hinterkopf vollzieht,
    wobei der zweite Abschnitt (43d) im aufgesetzten Zustand sich im Wesentlichen am Übergang zwischen dem Kopf und dem Hinterkopf anpasst und ebenfalls eine Biegung aufweist,
    wobei zwei Knickstellen in den Übergangsbereichen zwischen den ersten Abschnitten und dem zweiten Abschnitt in dem Federstahl vorgesehen sind.
  2. Hörer nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Kopfbügel (43) im nicht getragenen Zustand im Wesentlichen in einer Ebene aufgewickelt ist.
  3. Hörer nach Anspruch 2,
    wobei der Radius der Biegung des zweiten Abschnitts (43d) und der Radius der Biegung der Übergangsbereiche jeweils von der Größe des Kopfes des Trägers abhängt.
  4. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei der Kopfbügel im entspannten nicht getragenen Zustand einen Durchmesser von etwa 80 bis 100 mm, insbesondere 90 mm, aufweist.
  5. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei der Kopfbügel (43) Federstahl mit einer Federkonstante von etwa 800 bis 1300 N/mm, insbesondere etwa 1100 N/mm aufweist.
  6. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei das erste und zweite Wandlergehäuse (41, 42) um einen Winkel (α) von etwa 35 - 55°, insbesondere 40°, geneigt ist.
  7. Hörer nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Knickstellen (43e) in dem Federstahl derart ausgestaltet sind, dass eine Vorzugsknickrichtung vorgesehen wird.
  8. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei die Windung des Kopfbügels (43) in seinem entspannten Zustand einen Umschlingungswinkel von zwischen etwa 360° und 720°, insbesondere zwischen 550° und 630°, aufweist.
  9. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei der Kopfbügel (43) in einer Vorzugsrichtung um etwa 180° tordiert ist.
  10. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei der Kopfbügel (43) im aufgespannten, getragenen Zustand in seinen ersten Abschnitten (43c) nach hinten gebogen ist und der die beiden ersten Abschnitte (43c) verbindende zweite Abschnitt (43d) einen Teilabschnitt einer Kreisbahn ausbildet.
  11. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei der Federstahl derart tordiert ist und die Knickstellen (43e) derart ausgebildet sind, dass der Kopfbügel (43) nur in der im getragenen Zustand stabilisiert wird.
  12. Hörer nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
    wobei austauschbare Ohranschlussringe (41a, 41 b) an dem Wandlergehäuse (41, 42) befestigt werden können.
  13. Hörer nach Anspruch 11, wobei in den Ohranpassringen Ausnehmungen und/oder Rillen angeordnet sind.
