Claims (11)
- Gerät zum Bohren und Mischen des Aushubs mit einem anderen Material, umfassend:- zwei Paare von koaxialen rotierenden Trommeln (72) mit parallelen Achsen, wobei jede Trommel (72) mit einem Fräser (26, 28, 30, 32) zum Bohren und Mischen des Aushubs mit einem anderen Material ausgestattet ist,- Antriebsmittel (70) für den Drehantrieb der Trommeln (72), wobei die Antriebsmittel innerhalb der Trommeln angebracht sind,- Hubmittel (14), die einen Führungsträger (14) umfassen, der im Horizontalschnitt im Vergleich zur Draufsicht des gesamten Gerätes geringere Abmessungen aufweist, und- eine Tragstruktur (34), an der die Trommeln (72) drehbar angebracht sind, um die Trommeln (72) mit den Hubmitteln (14) zu verbinden,wobei die Tragstruktur umfaßt:- eine Platte (40), die zu den Rotationsachsen (X-X', Y-Y') der Trommeln (72) im wesentlichen orthogonal verläuft, wobei die Platte an ihren unteren Enden Lager für die Trommeln bildet, wobei die Platte eine gegenüber der Länge der Rotationsachsen eines Fräserpaares sehr reduzierte konstante Dicke aufweist, und- einen direkt mit dem unteren Ende (14a) des Führungsträgers (14) verbundenen Anschlußflansch (48), der an dem oberen Ende der Platte (40) befestigt ist, wobei die auf den Flansch treffende obere Kante der Platte von den Lager bildenden Mitteln aus eine spezifische Form aufweist, damit in Verbindung mit der reduzierten Dicke der Platte das Hochfahren des Gerätes, durch die Mischung des Aushubs mit einem anderen Material, bedeutend erleichtert wird.
- Gerät (12) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Motoren (70) hydraulisch sind und daß das Gerät ferner Anordnungen von Leitungen zur Versorgung (58, 60) der Motoren (70) umfaßt, die von in der Dicke der Platte (40) ausgebildeten Bohrungen gebildet sind.
- Gerät (12) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Horizontalquerschnitt des Führungsträgers (14) im wesentlichen die gleichen Abmessungen wie der Anschlußflansch (48) aufweist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (I) des Anschlußflansches (48) kleiner als das Drittel der Länge (L) des Bohrgerätes in horizontaler Richtung orthogonal zu derjenigen der Achsen der Fräserpaare ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke (I') des Anschlußflansches (48) in der Richtung der Achsen (X-X', Y-Y') der Fräserpaare (26, 28, 30, 32) kleiner als die Hälfte der Länge (H) einer Achse eines Fräserpaares ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ferner Mittel zum Einspritzen eines hydraulischen Bindemittels in den Boden umfaßt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Rand der Platte (40) abgeschrägt ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Platte (40) weniger als 15 % der Länge der Rotationsachse (X-X', Y-Y') eines Fräserpaares (26, 28, 30, 32) beträgt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Kante der Platte (40), welche die unteren Enden der Platte mit dem Flansch (48) verbindet, Abschnitte (42d, 44d) aufweist, die zwei Seiten eines Dreiecks bilden, dessen Spitze in Richtung des Flansches (48) angeordnet wäre.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer zu den Rotationsachsen (X-X', Y-Y') der Fräser (26, 28, 30, 32) parallel verlaufenden Ebene betrachtet die Fläche der Platte (40) höchstens gleich 10 % der Fläche der Fräserpaare beträgt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Platte weniger als 10 % der Länge der Rotationsachse eines Fräserpaares beträgt.
