Claims (6)

  1. Procédé d'application d'une couche double, composée d'une couche de fond et d'une couche de finition, avec un fluide de dépôt liquide ou pâteux, en particulier une suspension aqueuse de pigments sur au moins une face d'une bande de papier, de carton ou d'une autre matière fibreuse en mouvement lors de sa fabrication et/ou de son traitement, dans lequel on utilise pour la couche de fond (3) un fluide de dépôt (M1), qui contient des pigments en forme de plaquettes, caractérisé en ce que
    - l'on utilise comme fluide de dépôt (M1) un fluide qui présente un rapport d'élancement (rapport entre longueur et épaisseur des plaquettes) supérieur à 5,
    - on applique la couche double, donc la couche de fond (3) et la couche de finition (5) respectivement avec un dispositif d'application de film (2, 4), dans lequel on dépose la couche de fond (3) simultanément sur les deux faces (1a, 1b) de la bande et on déplace la bande de matière fibreuse (1), lors du dépôt de la couche double, avec une vitesse de plus de 1000 m/min à travers une machine utilisée pour la fabrication et/ou le traitement de la bande de matière fibreuse.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme fluide de dépôt (M1) un fluide qui présente un rapport d'élancement supérieur à 15.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on dépose pour la couche de finition (5) un fluide de dépôt (M2) à raison de 6 g/m2 ou plus, en particulier > 8 g/m2, de préférence > 10 g/m2.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on déplace la bande de matière fibreuse (1), lors du dépôt de la couche double (D), avec une vitesse de plus de 1200 m/min, de préférence de plus de 1300 m/min, à travers une machine utilisée pour la fabrication et/ou le traitement de la bande de matière fibreuse.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique la couche de finition (5) simultanément sur les deux faces (1a, 1b) de la bande.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on n'applique la couche de finition (5) que sur une des deux faces de la bande.
