Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Rüttelvorrichtung (10) und ein Verfahren zum Entfernen des Kernsandes aus hohlen Gussstücken, wobei die Rüttelvorrichtung (10) ein Gestell (11) mit einer Aufnahmeeinrichtung zum klopfsicheren Festlegen des Gussstücks (17) und einen Vibrationsmotor (21) zum Erzeugen der Rüttelschwingungen aufweist, und wobei ein Austragen des Kernsandes aus dem Gusstück (17) durch Schwerkraftwirkung vorgesehen ist. Um ein schnelles und vollständiges Entfernen des Kernsandes zu ermöglichen, ist ein die Aufnahmeeinrichtung für das Gussstück (17) aufweisender Teil der Rüttelvorrichtung (10) drehbeweglich am Gestell (11) gelagert, wodurch das in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung festgelegte Gussstück (17) von einer Klopfstellung zum Ablösen des Kernsandes in eine Ausschüttstellung zu drehen ist. Durch die Rüttelvorrichtung (10) wird zudem ein effizientes Rüttelverfahren möglich, bei dem das Gussstück (17) unter Rüttelbelastung gedreht wird.
