Abstract

Es wird ein Wärmeaustauscher für gasförmige Medien beschrieben, der eine Mehrzahl von ersten Strömungskanälen (5) enthält, die in einem Stapel und mit Abständen übereinander angeordnet sind und zwischen sich zweite, quer zu ihnen erstreckte Strömungskanäle (8) bilden. Die ersten Strömungskanäle (5) sind durch aus Folienmaterial bestehende Wände (6, 7) begrenzt, die mittels seitlich angeordneter Seitenstreifen (6a, 7a) gasdicht miteinander verbunden sind und wellenförmige Profilierungen (11) sowie an sie angeformte innere und äußere Abstandhalter (10) aufweisen, die die ersten Strömungskanäle (5) voneinander beabstanden. Erfindungsgemäß sind die Profilierungen (11) mit Noppen (12) versehen, und die Wände (6, 7) weisen vordere und hintere, quer zu den ersten Strömungskanälen (5) angeordnete Verbindungsstreifen auf, die jeweils mit den Verbindungsstreifen der Wände (6, 7) eines im Stapel darüber oder darunter liegenden ersten Strömungskanals (5) unter Bildung eines mit den ersten und zweiten Strömungskanälen (5, 8) versehenen Blocks gasdicht miteinander verbunden sind. Die Abstandhalter (9, 10) bestehen aus länglichen Ausprägungen, wobei die inneren und äußeren Abstandhalter (9) senkrecht zueinander angeordnet sind (Fig. 6).
