Definitions
- the present invention relates to a lamellar roof with a plurality of mutually parallel lamellae, which are each mounted at their end faces about a longitudinal axis parallel to its pivot axis on fixed side parts between an open position and a closed position pivotally, wherein the lamellae in the closed position each cover with its leading edge, the trailing edge of the preceding lamella, wherein each of the lamellae comprises two profile bodies which extend in the longitudinal direction of the lamella and between which at least one cover element is arranged.
- Lamella roofs of the type mentioned are, for example, from the European patent EP 1 127 992 B1 and from the European patent EP 1 340 863 B1 known.
- the lamella roofs disclosed in the two publications mentioned above can optionally be closed by a user in a rain-tight manner or opened in a manner permeable to light and air.
- the slats are pivotally mounted between stationary side parts at their narrow transverse sides about an axis lying in the longitudinal direction lamella.
- actuating mechanism which can be actuated by hand or by means of a motor drive, several, but mostly all lamellas of the lamellar roof can be pivoted jointly around their pivot axis for opening or closing.
- the slats are perpendicular or at least nearly vertical with respect to a roof surface, so that a free light incidence and air exchange is possible through the spaces between the slats surfaces. Furthermore, the both side surfaces of the slats in this position accessible for cleaning. To close the slats are pivoted from the vertical position in the direction of the roof level. The fact that the individual slats are wider than their axial distance from each other, they overlap with their longitudinal edges when they are rotated from the vertical in the roof plane.
- the fully closed position of the lamellar roof is achieved when in each case a lamella with its downwardly pivoted when closing the lower longitudinal edge on the upper side in the region of the trailing edge of the preceding lamella comes to rest. Angle profiles attached to these edges and interlocking in the closed state ensure that the roof is rainproof and that precipitation can run off to the side.
- the slats consist of a frame made of aluminum profiles, in each of which a transparent cover element, for example of glass, polycarbonate or acrylic glass is used.
- the lamellae of the lamellar roof are mounted slightly inclined in the longitudinal direction, so that via a rain gutter in the region of the end faces of the lamellae a discharge of rainfall, in particular rainwater, can be achieved.
- the DE 83 33 863 U1 discloses a lamellar roof with lamellae, which consist of so-called sheet pile trapezoidal profiles.
- lamellar roof with lamellae which consist of so-called sheet pile trapezoidal profiles.
- longitudinal members On the support frame of the lamellar longitudinal members are provided on both longitudinal sides, which are equipped below their upper edge with rails. At its lower edge, the longitudinal members are provided with an inwardly facing edge, the inner edge in turn has an angling upwards. The fold is drawn far inwards and serves as a gutter to catch and drain from the slats within the side member running water.
- the present invention has for its object to provide a fin roof of the type mentioned, in which the discharge of rainwater is improved in a simple and cost-effective manner compared to the known from the prior art solutions.
- the solution to this problem provides a slat roof of the type mentioned above with the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the dependent claims relate to advantageous developments of the invention.
- a slat roof according to the invention is characterized in that a closing element is arranged at both end faces of the slats, of which at least one approximately at the level of the cover element has at least one water outlet opening, can flow through the water striking the cover.
- the water outlet opening is formed substantially elongated in order to provide a sufficiently large cross-section for the outflow of larger amounts of water available.
- the water outlet opening extends almost over the entire width of the lamella.
- the closing element has an upper part and a lower part, between which the water outlet opening is formed.
- these are preferably formed in one piece.
- the end elements made of aluminum.
- At least one separating web preferably at least two separating webs arranged at a distance from one another, is / are provided between the upper part and the lower part.
- the at least one divider can be formed in a particularly advantageous embodiment substantially bow-like.
- the at least one substantially bow-shaped separating web extends after the mounting of the cover and the profile body of these away and to one of the side parts of the slat roof out.
- each of the end elements has a bearing journal which engages with a lamella bearing.
- the lamella bearings are mounted on the side parts of the lamellar roof.
- the bearing pin which engages in each case in a corresponding lamella bearing, the lamella can be mounted rotatably about its longitudinal extent on the side parts.
- the bearing pin may for example be arranged on the lower part of the closure element and be formed integrally therewith.

On this shoulder 80 of each of the two side parts 8 a plurality of lamella bearings 9 are arranged spaced from each other, each associated with one of the end elements 3 of the slats 2 of the lamellar roof 1. It should be noted at this point that in Fig. 1 and Fig.2 only for one of the slats 2, the fin bearing 9 is shown completely. For the two remaining slats 2, only the bearing pin 34 and the axial securing means 7 attached thereto are shown.
- the lamella bearings 9 are designed in two parts in this embodiment and each have a bearing base 90, the in 6 and 7 is shown in perspective, as well as a connectable with this upper bearing part 91, which in 8 and 9 is shown in perspective include.
- the bearing base 90 and the bearing shell 91 form after mounting a bearing shoe, which allows improved distribution or dissipation of the forces acting in the plate bearings 9 forces.
- Both the bearing base 90 and the bearing upper part 91 are preferably made of plastic. In particular, a plastic which is resistant to the influence of ultraviolet radiation can be used to produce the lower bearing part 90 and the upper bearing part 91.
- the bearing base 90 has on one of the end face of the blade 2 facing the end of a cylinder wall portion 903 which forms after mounting with a corresponding cylinder wall portion 912 of the bearing shell 91 a substantially cylindrical passage through which a front end of the bearing pin 34 is guided in the assembled state and by means of the axial securing means 7 is secured.
- the bearing upper part 91 has two assembly pins 910, which are arranged at a distance from one another and are substantially cylindrically shaped, which can engage in corresponding assembly openings 900 which are formed in the bearing base 90.
- the bearing upper part 91 further has two spaced-apart through holes 911 through which suitable mounting means, in particular mounting screws or the like, can be guided during assembly of the bearing upper part 91 on the bearing base 90 in order to securely fasten the bearing upper part 91 to the bearing base 90.

- the bearing base 90 forms, in particular in Fig. 6 to recognize a receiving space 904, in the assembly during the axial securing means 7 for the bearing pin 34, which will be explained in more detail below, is used.
- the axial securing means 7, which in 10 and FIG. 11 is preferably made of plastic, in particular also made of a resistant to the influence of ultraviolet radiation plastic and has a substantially truncated cone-shaped base body 70, on which a in Substantial cuboid projection 71 is integrally formed. It can be seen that the two opposing, transversely extending narrow side surfaces 710 of the substantially parallelepiped-shaped projection 71 are arcuately shaped. The other two opposite side surfaces 711 in the longitudinal direction are executed flat compared.
- the substantially parallelepiped-shaped projection 71 can form fit in an in Fig.
- the substantially parallelepiped projection 71 of the axial securing means 70 and the notch 311 at the front end of the trunnion 34 together act as anti-rotation means to effectively prevent undesired rotation of the axial securing means 70 relative to the trunnion 34.
- the axial securing means 7 has a central through-bore 72 which is suitable for receiving a mounting screw in order to secure the axial securing means 7 securely to the bearing journal 34.
- the through hole 72 starting from the base body 70 initially has a diameter d 1 .
- the bore 72 then decreases within the base body 70 in steps to a diameter d 2 and extends with this diameter d 2 on through the substantially rectangular projection 71 therethrough.
- a mounting bolt or the like may be passed through the central through-hole 72 and fixed to the front end of the trunnion 34.
- the outer diameter of the base body 70 is greater than the outer diameter of the front end of the journal 34 and chosen so that the axial securing means 7 can rotate freely in an adjustment of the inclination of the blade 2 in the receiving space 904 of the fin bearing 9.
- the axial securing means 7 prevents the bearing bolt 34 from undesirably moving in the axial direction out of the bearing shoe, which is formed by the bearing base 90 and the bearing upper part 91, and improves in cooperation due to the comparatively large outside diameter and the comparatively large base area defined thereby with the bearing base 90 and the bearing upper part 91, the distribution or the derivative of the forces acting after assembly and during use of the lamellar roof 1 in the laminar bearing 9 forces.
- the structural design described here is of great advantage in particular for those lamella bearings 9 which are arranged on the "upper" of the two side parts 8, from which the gradient of the lamellar roof 1 for the lamellae 2 starts, since in this case the loads occurring in the lamella bearing 9 are particularly great are high.
Description

Fig. 1 und2 allerdings nur eines dargestellt ist.
- Man erkennt in
- In
In
- In
