la manivelle de commande étant reliée mécaniquement à deux ressorts d'emmagasinage de force de sorte que, au début de chacune des commutations, la manivelle d'entrainement soit déplacée en rotation et les deux ressorts d'emmagasinage de force soient sous tension,
caractérisé en ce que
les deux ressorts d'emmagasinage de force sont des ressorts de pression (17, 18) qui s'appuient respectivement par l'une de leurs extrémités sur un butée élastique commune (19),
