Abstract

L'invention concerne une découpe (1) pour l'emballage de flacons ou d'articles allongés similaires (20), comportant une pluralité de sections de découpes adjacentes qui sont pliables pour la mise en œuvre d'une boîte (S) ayant une partie de support interne pliable (10) pour loger et retenir les flacons au moyen de trous de logement (16, 16') et de rabats (26) s'étendant en provenance de la partie de support pour entrer en contact avec les parois internes des découpes pour maintenir la partie de support érigée quand les flacons sont insérés dans leurs trous de logement.

Découpe (1) pour emballer des articles allongés (20), comprenant une pluralité de sections de découpe adjacentes, définissant un axe longitudinal (A-A) de la découpe (1), et formant une base (5), les parois avant (6) et arrière (7) de la boîte montée (S) ; des premières sections latérales (8) raccordées à ladite paroi avant (6) et des secondes sections latérales (9) raccordées à ladite paroi arrière (7), lesdites première et seconde sections latérales formant des parois latérales de la boîte montée ; une partie de support pliable (10) qui peut être collée à ladite paroi avant (6) et montée pour former un support interne (10) afin de loger et retenir lesdits articles allongés au moyen d'au moins une paire de trous de réception (16, 16') et de parties pliables (26) se présentant sous la forme de rabats de mise en prise servant de support à ladite partie de support pliable (10) dans sa position verticale, lorsque lesdits articles allongés sont insérés dans lesdits trous de réception, caractérisée en ce que lesdites premières sections latérales (8) sont prévues avec au moins une entaille (25) située à la périphérie (8a) desdites sections latérales, chaque entaille (25) recevant un rabat de mise en prise (26) relatif faisant latéralement saillie d'une section de liaison (13) pour relier ensemble les deux sections (12, 14) de la partie de support (10) afin de mettre en prise lesdites premières sections latérales (8) avec ladite section de support.
  2. Découpe selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la hauteur (K') de chaque première section latérale (8) redressée est supérieure à la hauteur (K) dudit support redressé (10) afin de définir une chambre (40) entre la section de liaison et la paroi arrière (7) de la découpe redressée pour loger une notice.
  3. Découpe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle chaque entaille (25) est sensiblement en forme de « U » et a des dimensions longitudinales (P) légèrement supérieures à la dimension transversale (L) du rabat de mise en prise (26) relatif.
  4. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le côté inférieur de ladite entaille est sensiblement de niveau avec le rabat de mise en prise relatif.
  5. Découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle lesdites premières sections latérales (8) sont collées sur lesdites secondes sections latérales de la découpe montée, chaque rabat de mise en mise (26) étant intercalé entre ladite première section latérale (8) et la seconde section latérale (9) une fois que la boîte est formée.
  6. Découpe selon les revendications 1 à 5, comprenant une pluralité de trous de réception (16, 16') positionnés par paire sur ladite partie de support (10) sur deux sections (12, 14) pour recevoir et retenir le corps desdits articles allongés (20), prévus avec des moyens de retenue (17) pour augmenter temporairement et de manière réversible les dimensions desdits trous, dans laquelle lesdits moyens de retenue comprennent une pluralité de fentes et de lignes de faiblesse définies par des polygones délimitant lesdits trous.
  7. Boîte pouvant être obtenue à partir de la découpe selon les revendications 1 à 6.
  8. Procédé pour emballer des articles allongés à partir d'une découpe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 en position ouverte, comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à : *
    a) coller ledit support interne (10) et redresser les premières sections latérales (8) ;
    b) redresser le support interne (10) et mettre en prise lesdits rabats (26) de ladite partie de liaison (13) avec les entailles (25) desdites premières sections latérales (8) ;
    c) insérer les articles allongés (20) dans les trous (16, 16') du support interne (10) ;
    d) plier et coller les sections restantes de la découpe pour former la boîte ;
    e) insérer ledit insert séparé (60) dans ladite chambre (40) définie entre la section de liaison (13) et la paroi arrière (7) de la boîte (S).
  9. Procédé pour emballer des articles allongés selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par les étapes consistant à :
    a. plier et coller deux sections (11, 15) du support interne sur la paroi avant (6) ;
    b. maintenir le support interne (10) redressé en mettant en prise lesdits rabats (26) de ladite partie de liaison (13) avec les entailles (25) de ladite première section latérale (8) ;
    c. insérer les articles allongés (20) dans les trous (16, 16') du support interne (10) ;
    d. plier et coller lesdites secondes sections latérales (9) sur les premières sections latérales (8), lesdites secondes sections latérales (9) poussant lesdits rabats (26) de ladite partie de liaison (13) sur les premières sections latérales (8) ;
    e. insérer ledit insert séparé (60) dans ladite chambre (40) définie entre la section de liaison (13) et la paroi arrière (7) de la boîte (S).
  10. Procédé pour emballer des articles allongés selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par l'étape consistant à plier lesdites languettes desdites premières sections latérales sur la base de la boîte avant l'étape d).
  11. Appareil pour emballer des articles allongés (20) à partir d'une découpe (1) selon les revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un support d'alimentation (103) pour un ensemble de découpes (1), des premiers moyens de retenue (104) pour saisir et transférer ladite découpe (1) dudit support d'alimentation (103) à un premier convoyeur (101), un premier logement de découpe (110) positionné sur ledit premier convoyeur (110) pour loger chaque découpe (1) provenant desdits moyens de support d'alimentation (105) afin de redresser ledit support interne (10) de ladite découpe (1) et mettre en en prise lesdits rabats de mise en prise (26) de ladite partie de liaison (13) avec les entailles (25) desdites premières sections latérales (8), des moyens d'insertion (120) pour insérer les articles allongés (20) à l'intérieur desdits trous (16, 16') du support interne (10), des moyens de levage (130) pour plier les parois de base et arrière de chaque découpe montée, des moyens de distribution pour distribuer de la colle sur les secondes sections latérales, des moyens de transfert (140) pour déplacer chaque découpe dudit premier convoyeur (101) à un second convoyeur (102), des seconds moyens de logement de découpe (200) et positionnés sur ledit second convoyeur (102) pour loger ladite découpe (1) provenant dudit premier convoyeur (101) et des moyens pour extraire la boîte (S) fermée dudit second logement de découpe, lesdits moyens pour redresser le support (10) étant dépourvus de moyens de poussée pour insérer lesdits rabats de mise en prise (26) dans lesdites entailles (25).
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier convoyeur (101) et ledit second convoyeur (102) transportent chaque découpe le long d'une trajectoire circulaire (S1 ; S2).
  13. Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier convoyeur (101) et ledit second convoyeur (102) sont des convoyeurs à carrousel.
