Claims (16)

  1. Schließschnalle eines Sportschuhs zum Annähern von zwei Laschen, welche eine Platte (2, 32), einen Hebel (3, 33), welcher mit der Platte durch ein erstes Quergelenk um eine Gelenkachse (7, 7a, 7b, 37) verbunden ist, umfasst, wobei der Hebel einen Greifflügel (10, 30, 40, 50) aufweist, welcher gegenüber seines Gelenks zu der Platte angeordnet ist, ein Zugelement (5, 35), welches gelenkig mit dem Hebel durch ein zweites Quergelenk um eine zweite Gelenkachse (8, 38), welche sich zwischen dem ersten Gelenk und dem Greifflügel befindet, verbunden ist, eine Schlaufe (4, 34), welche am anderen Ende des Zugelements befestigt ist, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel einen Hebelkörper (6, 26, 36, 46) aufweist, welcher einen Führungslauf (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b, 45a, 45b, 48a, 48b) für jede der Gelenkachsen besitzt, dass der Hebelkörper (6, 26, 36, 46) durch ein Materialblatt gebildet wird, und dass das Blatt entlang Falterzeugungslinien gefaltet ist, welche jeweils parallel zu den Gelenkachsen (7, 7a, 7b, 37, 38) sind, um die Führungsläufe der Gelenkachsen zu bilden.
  2. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel in seinem Mittelbereich eine Aussparung (13) aufweist, die sich über einen Teil ihrer Länge erstreckt.
  3. Schnalle nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (13) sich von dem Bereich des ersten Gelenks bis zum Bereich des zweiten Gelenks erstreckt, wobei die Dimensionen der Aussparung so sind, dass sie dem Zugelement ermöglichen, bei der Bewegung des Hebels in die Aussparung einzugreifen.
  4. Schnalle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkachse (7) des ersten Gelenks zwei Abschnitte (7a, 7b) umfasst, die sich beidseits des Gehäuses aneinander ausgerichtet befinden.
  5. Schnalle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel zwei ausgerichtete Laufabschnitte (16a, 16b) auf jeder Seite der Aussparung aufweist.
  6. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang von Abrundungen (18, 19a, 19b) gefaltet ist.
  7. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang von Faltkanten (41a, 41b, 42a, 42b) gefaltet ist.
  8. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang zweier Platten (6a, 6b) gefaltet ist, welche untereinander überlagert und mit Hilfe von Nieten zusammengesetzt sind.
  9. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang zweier Platten (6a, 6b) gefaltet ist, welche untereinander überlagert und mit Hilfe von Punktschweißung zusammengesetzt sind.
  10. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang zweier Platten (6a, 6b, 26a, 26b, 36a, 36b) gefaltet ist, welche überlagert sind, und dass die Falzungen (18, 19a, 19b, 41a, 42a, 41b, 42b) in symmetrischer Weise auf den zwei Platten verteilt sind.
  11. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang zweier Platten (46a, 46b) gefaltet ist, welche überlagert sind, und dass die Falzungen im Wesentlichen von einer (46a) der Platten getragen werden.
  12. Schnalle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Blatt entlang zweier Platten (6a, 6b) gefaltet ist, welche überlagert sind, und deren Enden voneinander beabstandet sind, um Laschen (22a, 22b, 53) zu bilden, zwischen welchen einen Greifflügel (20, 30, 40, 50) eingreift.
  13. Schnalle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebelkörper (6) aus Metall realisiert ist, und dass den Greifflügel (20, 30, 40, 50) aus einem synthetischen Material ist.
  14. Schnalle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Greifflügel (50) durchbrochen ist.
  15. Schnalle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nutzbare Länge des Zugelements variabel ist.
  16. Sportschuh, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zumindest eine Schnalle nach irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
