Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif pour le reprofilage d'un rail (5) d'une voie ferrée (6) dans la zone de l'aiguillage, notamment d'un coeur de croisement (2), comprenant une meuleuse (11) présentant un cadre de meulage (12), pouvant s'appuyer sur des galets de gabarit (13 à 15) écartés les uns des autres dans la direction longitudinale de la voie, laquelle meuleuse présente un module de meulage (18) disposé entre deux galets de gabarit (13, 14) et pouvant être avancé perpendiculairement au rail (5), caractérisé en ce qu'une base de gabarit (26) formée par les galets de gabarit (13, 14) écartés l'un de l'autre et soutenant le cadre de meulage (12) est réalisée de manière modifiable et qu'un rail de gabarit (20) pouvant être fixé sur le rail (5) de manière amovible est pourvu d'une surface de guidage (23) pour le soutien d'un galet de gabarit (14 ou 15) écarté du cadre de meulage (12) par le prolongement de la base de gabarit (26), la surface de guidage (23) devant être réalisée de manière courbée en fonction d'une géométrie de consigne du coeur de croisement (2).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de meulage (12) présente un accouplement (27) pour une fixation amovible d'un prolongement de galet (16) qui présente un troisième galet de gabarit (15) au niveau d'une extrémité (28) davantage écartée de l'accouplement (27).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de meulage (12) est relié à l'aide d'une articulation (30) à un prolongement de galet (16) qui présente un troisième galet de gabarit (15) au niveau d'une extrémité (28) davantage écartée de l'articulation (30) et est réalisé de manière pivotante verticalement autour d'un axe d'articulation (31) s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe (17) du galet de gabarit (15).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre de meulage (12) présente un guide longitudinal (24) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de la voie, dans lequel un prolongement de galet (16) relié à une extrémité libre (28) à l'un des galets de gabarit (14) est logé de manière à pouvoir être coulissé ou fixé.
  5. Procédé pour le reprofilage d'un rail (5) d'une voie ferrée (6) dans la zone de l'aiguillage, notamment d'une rampe (9) d'un coeur de croisement (2), comprenant une meuleuse (11) pouvant partir en dérive sur le rail par le biais de galets de gabarit (13 à 15) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une base de gabarit (26) formée par deux galets de gabarit (13, 14) reposant sur le rail (5) est prolongée et le galet de gabarit (14 ou 15) écarté du cadre de meulage (12) est guidé sur un rail de gabarit (20) qui est fixé à une section de rail (21) se raccordant au coeur de croisement (2).
