- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'enclenchement rotatif (57) est associé à la poignée (13).
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) et ainsi l'organe de raccordement (4) peuvent adopter trois positions préférées.
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première position de la poignée (13) est la première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative en cas de battant ouvert en rotation (51) et une position de pseudo basculement en cas de battant fermé (51).
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième position de la poignée (13) est la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative en cas d'adoption préalable de la première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) et une position d'ouverture rotative en cas d'adoption préalable d'une position fermée du battant (51).
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la troisième position de la poignée (13) est la position de verrouillage pour le verrouillage du battant (51) en cas de battant fermé (51) et est au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative en cas d'adoption préalable de la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative.
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) est une position d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) inférieure à la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) et que la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) est une position d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) inférieure à l'au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51).
- Dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le bras de support (3) présente un siège d'enclenchement d'arrêt (55) pour un maintien amovible de l'organe de raccordement (4).
- Procédé d'aération d'ouverture à fente d'un battant ouvrant à la française (51) d'une fenêtre (50), d'une porte ou similaire, notamment en utilisant un dispositif de limitation d'ouverture rotative (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant une partie de base (2) pouvant être fixée à la traverse dormante (52) de la fenêtre (50), de la porte ou similaire sur laquelle un bras de support (3) est disposé de manière mobile en pivotement, lequel coopère avec un organe de raccordement (4) disposé sur le battant (51) en fonction de positions commandées par la poignée de ce dernier, dans lequel la poignée (13) est amenée dans une première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative et ainsi l'organe de raccordement (4) est amené dans une première position dans laquelle une position d'arrêt de l'organe de raccordement (4) par rapport au bras de support (3) existe, et puis ou en l'occurrence, une première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative est entraînée par l'ouverture rotative du battant ouvrant à la française (51), caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) est ensuite amenée dans une seconde ou au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative et ainsi l'organe de raccordement (4) est amené dans une seconde ou au moins une autre position dans laquelle la position d'arrêt de l'organe de raccordement (4) par rapport au bras de support (3) est maintenue par un déplacement pivotant du bras de support (3) et par un déplacement d'ouverture rotative du battant ouvrant à la française (51) dans une seconde ou au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative.
- Procédé selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) permet la première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) dans une première position ou adopte une position de pseudo basculement.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) permet la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) ou une position d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) dans une deuxième position.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (13) entraîne une troisième position de l'organe de raccordement (4) et une position de verrouillage du battant (51) ou l'au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) dans une troisième position.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une rotation de la poignée (13) de la position de verrouillage dans la position d'ouverture rotative conduit à une libération de l'ouverture rotative du battant (51).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une rotation de la poignée (13) de sa première ou seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative dans sa seconde ou au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative ne conduit alors qu'à la seconde ou au moins une autre position de limitation d'ouverture rotative du battant (51) lorsque le battant (51) a adopté au préalable la première ou seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une rotation de la poignée (13) de la première position de limitation d'ouverture rotative dans la seconde position de limitation d'ouverture rotative, en cas de battant fermé (51), conduit au fait que l'organe de raccordement (4) est déplacé de la position de pseudo basculement dans la position d'ouverture rotative dans laquelle une ouverture rotative du battant (51) sans position d'arrêt de l'organe de raccordement (4) par rapport au bras de support (3) est permise.
