Claims (8)

  1. Device for transferring a transfer layer from at least one web of transfer foil (16) to a printing material (5), wherein the web of transfer foil (16) is provided as at least one reel of foil (14, 15) on a shaft (102) that is supported to be exchangeable by an exchanging device, the exchanging device comprising at least one removable support member (100) for supporting the shaft (102), and wherein at least one guide element (200) for securely guiding the support member (100) into an area of the device is provided,
