Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Druckeinheit (10) einer Rollendruckmaschine, mit mindestens einem Druckwerk (11, 12, 13, 14), wobei das oder jedes Druckwerk einen Formzylinder (15), einen Übertragungszylinder (16), ein Farbwerk sowie gegebenenfalls ein Feuchtwerk umfasst, wobei der Übertragungszylinder (16) des oder jedes Druckwerks auf einem demselben zugeordneten Satellitenzylinder (17) unter Ausbildung eines Druckspalts abrollt, wobei der oder jeder Satellitenzylinder (17) von ausschließlich einem auf demselben abrollenden Übertragungszylinder aus angetrieben ist, und wobei der Übertragungszylinder (16) des oder jedes Druckwerks translatorisch zwischen einer Druck-An-Position und einer Druck-Ab-Position verlagerbar ist, und mit einer Kompensationseinrichtung (19), mit Hilfe derer eine bei Verlagerung eines Übertragungszylinders (17) zwischen der Druck-An-Position und der Druck-Ab-Position bedingte Gefahr der Ausbildung von Rissen in einer Bedruckstoffbahn minimierbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß steuert die Kompensationseinrichtung (19) auf Grundlage mindestens eines vorab ermittelten Korrekturwerts einen Antrieb (18) zumindest des Übertragungszylinders (16), der bei seiner Verlagerung zwischen der Druck-An-Position und der Druck-Ab-Position eine Verdrehung des von demselben angetriebenen Satellitenzylinders (17) bewirkt, derart, dass der Antrieb (18) die durch die Verlagerung des Übertragungszylinders (16) bedingte Verdrehung des Satellitenzylinders (17) kompensiert.
