Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Satellitendruckeinheit einer Rollenrotationsdruckmaschine, mit mehreren Druckwerken (11), wobei jedes Druckwerk (11) einen Formzylinder (12), einen Übertragungszylinder (13), ein Farbwerk sowie gegebenenfalls ein Feuchtwerk umfasst, und mit mindestens einem Gegendruckzylinder (14), wobei in einer Druck-An-Stellung der Satellitendruckeinheit jeder Formzylinder (12) eines Druckwerks (11) auf dem Übertragungszylinder (13) des jeweiligen Druckwerks und jeder Übertragungszylinder (13) auf einem Gegendruckzylinder (14) abrollt. Die Satellitendruckeinheit umfasst mindestens eine Auftragwalze (16), um auf den oder jeden Gegendruckzylinder (14) der Satellitendruckeinheit ein Medium aufzutragen, welches die Ausbildung von Ablagerung auf dem oder jedem Gegendruckzylinder (14) verhindert. The invention relates to a satellite printing unit of a web-fed rotary printing press, having a plurality of printing units (11), each printing unit (11) comprising a forme cylinder (12), a transfer cylinder (13), an inking unit and optionally a dampening unit, and having at least one impression cylinder (14), wherein in a print-on position of the satellite printing unit, each forme cylinder (12) of a printing unit (11) on the transfer cylinder (13) of the respective printing unit and each transfer cylinder (13) rolls on an impression cylinder (14). The satellite printing unit includes at least one applicator roller (16) for applying to the or each counter pressure cylinder (14) of the satellite printing unit a medium which prevents the formation of deposits on the or each impression cylinder (14).
