Claims (54)

  1. Un produit en bande (N) comprenant au moins une épaisseur (V1, V2) décorée par gaufrage, dans lequel :
    - le long de l'extension dudit produit en bande (N) des combinaisons variables d'au moins une première séquence de motifs de gaufrage (A, B, C, D) et une seconde séquence de motifs de gaufrage (D, E, F, G, H) se suivent ;
    - la première séquence (A, B, C, D) est formée par un premier nombre de motifs de gaufrage et la seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) est formée par un second nombre de motifs de gaufrage, différent du premier nombre de motifs de gaufrage,
    - la première séquence a une longueur égale à un premier multiple d'une longueur de base (L) et la seconde séquence a une longueur égale à un second multiple de ladite longueur de base (L), lesdits premier et second multiples étant différents l'un de l'autre.
  2. Produit en bande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier nombre de motifs de gaufrage (A, B, C, D) et ledit second nombre de motifs de gaufrage (D, E, F, G, H) sont des nombres premiers entre eux.
  3. Produit en bande selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H) ne présentent pas de sous-séquences de motifs de gaufrage égales.
  4. Produit en bande selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est subdivisé en feuilles (F), chaque feuille présentant une combinaison de motifs desdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H).
  5. Produit en bande selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites feuilles (F) forment une bande continue et sont séparées l'une par rapport à l'autre par des lignes de perforation (T), le long desquelles lesdites feuilles (F) peuvent être séparées l'une de l'autre.
  6. Produit en bande selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est enroulé en un rouleau (R).
  7. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux épaisseurs (V1, V2) jointes l'une à l'autre.
  8. Produit en bande selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que sur une première desdits épaisseurs (V1, V2) l'une desdites première et seconde séquences de motifs (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) est prévue et en ce que sur une seconde desdites épaisseurs (V1, V2) une autre desdites première et seconde séquences de motifs est prévue.
  9. Produit en bande selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde séquences présentent chacune une longueur égale à un multiple d'une dimension (L) desdites feuilles (F) et diffèrent d'une longueur égale à au moins un multiple de ladite dimension (L).
  10. Produit en bande selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que lesdites épaisseurs (V1, V2) sont jointes l'une à l'autre à l'aide de colle (C).
  11. Produit en bande selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une première colle (C) est appliquée sur le motif de gaufrage de la première épaisseur (V1) et une seconde colle est appliquée sur le motif de gaufrage de la seconde épaisseur (V2).
  12. Produit en bande selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde colles sont de couleurs différentes.
  13. Produit en bande selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une première colle est appliquée sur au moins l'une desdites épaisseurs et une couleur est appliquée sur l'autre desdites épaisseurs en correspondance avec le gaufrage.
  14. Produit en bande selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que ladite colle (C) est colorée et a une coloration différente de ladite couleur.
  15. Produit en bande selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que sur au moins l'une desdites épaisseurs (V1, V2), une colle (C) et un colorant est appliqué.
  16. Produit en bande selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que sur ladite épaisseur est appliquée une colle colorée et un colorant d'une couleur différente de celle de ladite colle.
  17. Produit en bande selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé en ce que ladite colle (C) est appliquée sur des motifs de gaufrage de l'une desdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) et ledit colorant test appliqué sur des motifs de gaufrage de l'autre desdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H).
  18. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 7 à 17, caractérisé en ce que :
    - le long d'une première épaisseur (V1) dudit produit en bande (N), l'une desdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) de motifs de gaufrage est prévue, avec un premier nombre de motifs au moins partiellement différents les uns des autres, dont chacun est appliqué sur au moins l'une desdites feuilles (F) ;
    - le long d'une seconde épaisseur (V2) dudit produit en bande, une autre desdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) de motifs de gaufrage est prévue, avec un second nombre de motifs au moins partiellement différents les uns des autres, dont chacun est appliqué sur au moins l'une desdites feuilles (F), ledit second nombre étant différent dudit premier nombre ;
    - chaque épaisseur (F) est décorée avec une combinaison d'un premier motif de la première séquence (A, B, C, D) gaufrée sur la première épaisseur (V1) et d'un second motif de la seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) gaufré sur la seconde épaisseur (V2).
  19. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première séquence et ladite seconde séquence de motifs (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) sont appliquées de manière répétitive.
  20. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde séquences de motifs (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) présente des successions respectives de motifs au moins partiellement différents les uns des autres.
  21. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les motifs de la première séquence (A, B, C, D) sont tous différents les uns des autres et les motifs de la seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) sont tous différents les uns des autres.
  22. Produit en bande selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les motifs de la seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) sont au moins partiellement différentes des motifs de la première séquence (A, B, C, D).
  23. Une unité de gaufrage (1) comprenant au moins un premier rouleau de graufrage (5) et un second rouleau de gaufrage (11), lesdits premier et second rouleaux de gaufrage étant pourvus de protubérances (5P, 11P) définissant des motifs de gaufrage, dans laquelle :
    - sur ledit premier rouleau de gaufrage (5), au moins une première séquence de motifs de gaufrage (A, B, C, D) est prévue le long de l'extension circonférentielle du rouleau (5) ;
    - sur ledit second rouleau de gaufrage (11) au moins une seconde séquence de motifs de gaufrage (D, E, F, G, H) est prévue le long de l'extension circonférentielle du rouleau (11) ;
    - ladite première séquence (A, B, C, D) et ladite seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) ont une longueur égale respectivement à un premier multiple (M1) et à un second multiple (M2) d'une longueur de base (L), lesdits premier et second multiples étant différents l'un de l'autre ; et
    - ledit premier rouleau de gaufrage (5) et ledit second rouleau de gaufrage (11) ont des diamètres différents l'un de l'autre et tels que les extensions circonférentielles desdits premier et second rouleaux de gaufrage diffèrent d'un multiple de ladite longueur de base (L).
  24. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 23, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier multiple (M1) et ledit second multiple (M2) sont des nombres premiers l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  25. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 23 ou 24, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier rouleau de gaufrage (5) coopère avec un premier rouleau de pressage (3) et ledit second rouleau de gaufrage (11) coopère avec un second rouleau de pressage (9).
  26. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 25, caractérisée en ce que ledit multiple de la longueur de base (L) duquel diffèrent les extensions circonférentielle desdits deux rouleaux de gaufrage est égal à 1.
  27. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 26, caractérisée en ce que lesdites deux séquences de motifs de gaufrage (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) présentent des motifs au moins partiellement différents les uns des autres.
  28. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 27, caractérisée en ce que chacune desdites séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) est formée de motifs différents les uns des autres.
  29. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 28, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend deux chemins pour au moins deux épaisseurs (V1, V2), un premier chemin se développant autour du premier rouleau de gaufrage (5) et un second chemin se développant autour du second rouleau de gaufrage (11).
  30. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 29, caractérisée en ce qu'un distributeur de colle (7 ; 13) est associé avec au moins l'un desdits rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11).
  31. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 29 ou 30, caractérisée en ce qu'un distributeur de colle respectif (7, 13) est associé avec chacun desdits premier et second rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11).
  32. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 31, caractérisée en ce que lesdits distributeurs de colle (7, 13) distribuent de la colle de différentes couleurs.
  33. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 29 ou 30, caractérisée en ce qu'avec l'un desdits rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11) est associé un distributeur de colle (7) et avec l'autre desdites rouleaux de gaufrage est associé un distributeur de colorant (13).
  34. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 33, caractérisée en ce que chacun desdits premier et second rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11) comprend une pluralité de séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) de motifs de gaufrage adjacents les uns aux autres le long de l'extension axiale du rouleau de gaufrage.
  35. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 34, caractérisée en ce que les séquences de motifs adjacents le long d'au moins l'un desdits rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11) sont différentes l'une de l'autre en ce qui concerne le type de motif ou l'agencement de la séquence des motifs.
  36. Unité de gaufrage (1) selon la revendication 35, caractérisée en ce que les séquences de motifs de gaufrage alignés axialement sur chacun desdits rouleaux de gaufrage (5, 11) présentent un nombre égal de motifs de gaufrage.
  37. Une ligne de transformation de Produit en bande pour un produit en bande (N), en particulier du papier, comprenant une unité de gaufrage (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 23 à 36.
  38. Une ligne de transformation selon la revendication 37, comprenant une unité de perforation (21) et une machine de rembobinage (23).
  39. Une ligne de transformation selon la revendication 37 ou 38, comprenant une machine de sectionnement (25).
  40. Un procédé de gaufrage pour gaufrer un Produit en bande (N), caractérisé par le gaufrage dudit Produit en bande (N) à l'aide d'au moins une première séquence de motifs de gaufrage (A, B, C, D) et une seconde séquence de motifs de gaufrage (D, E, F, G, H) ; dans lequel la première séquence (A, B, C, D) a une première longueur égale à un premier multiple (M1) d'une longueur de base (L) et la seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H) a une seconde longueur égale à un second multiple (M2) d'une longueur de base (L), lesdits premier et second multiples (M1, M2) étant différents l'un de l'autre, de sorte que lesdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) aient des longueurs différentes l'une de l'autre, et en ce que sur ledit Produit en bande, une succession de combinaisons variables des motids des première et seconde séquences est produite.
  41. Procédé selon la revendication 40, caractérisé en ce que ledit Produit en bande (N) est subdivisé en une pluralité de feuilles (F), chaque feuille présentant une combinaison de motifs desdites première et seconde séquences de motifs au moins.
  42. Procédé selon la revendication 41, caractérisé par la subdivision du produit en bande (N) en des feuilles individuelles (F) grâce à des lignes de perforation transversales (T).
  43. Procédé selon la revendication 42, caractérisé par l'enroulement dudit Produit en bande en rouleaux (R).
  44. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 40 à 43, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G) comprennent des motifs au moins partiellement différents les uns des autres.
  45. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 40 à 44, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier multiple (M1) et ledit second multiple (M2) sont des nombres premiers l'un par rapport à l'autre.
  46. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 40 à 45, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second multiples (M1, M2) diffèrent d'une longueur égale à ladite longueur de base (L).
  47. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 40 à 46, caractérisé par l'application desdites motifs de la première et de la seconde séquences (A, B, C, D ; D, E, F, G, H) sur une même épaisseur de produit en bande.
  48. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 40 à 48, caractérisé par le gaufrage d'une première épaisseur (V1) avec ladite première séquence de motifs (A, B, C, D) et d'une seconde épaisseur (V2) avec ladite seconde séquence (D, E, F, G, H), et par la jonction desdites épaisseurs (V1, V2) l'une à l'autre.
  49. Procédé selon la revendication 48, caractérisé en ce que lesdites épaisseurs sont jointes par collage.
  50. Procédé selon la revendication 49, caractérisé en ce qu'une première colle (C) est appliquée sur au moins une partie du gaufrage de la première épaisseur (V1) et une seconde colle sur au moins une partie du gaufrage de la seconde épaisseur (V2).
  51. Procédé selon la revendication 50, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première et seconde colles présentent des couleurs différentes.
  52. Procédé selon la revendication 48 ou 49, caractérisé par l'application d'une colle sur une première épaisseur (V1) et d'au moins un colorant sur la seconde épaisseur (V2).
  53. Procédé selon la revendication 52, caractérisé par l'application sur lesdites épaisseurs (V1, V2) à la fois d'une colle et d'un colorant, sur des parties différentes du motif de gaufrage.
  54. Procédé selon la revendication 49, 52 ou 53, caractérisé en ce que ladite colle est colorée.
