Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un matériau en bande de papier de soie en cellulose à nappes multiples, comprenant au moins une première nappe (V1) et une seconde nappe (V2) liées l'une à l'autre. La première nappe (V1) est amenée à passer entre un rouleau de gaufrage (11) et un premier rouleau de pression (17). Le premier rouleau de gaufrage (11) comporte des protubérances de gaufrage (57; 59; 101; 103) réparties selon des premières bandes annulaires sur une surface latérale du rouleau de gaufrage (11), entre lesquelles sont interposées des secondes bandes annulaires sans protubérances de gaufrage. La première nappe (V1) est gaufrée le long de bandes de gaufrage longitudinales (53; 102), et calandrée le long de bandes de calandrage longitudinales (51; 104), en résultat de la coopération du rouleau de gaufrage (11) avec le rouleau de pression (17).
