Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sanitary hot water boiler, comprising a thermally insulated, cylindrical reservoir, equipped with a water supply line in the lower region and an outlet pipe for removing the water in the upper region of the reservoir.
  • Sanitary hot water boiler of the type described above serve to store the warm water at the service temperature to cover a low consumption of hot water, without requiring the immediate start-up of the boiler, which only serves to reheat the water to the service temperature, or in case of heavy consumption beyond to heat the water directly to operating temperature when the supply in the boiler is used up.
  • Such a device of a hot water boiler is for example in the document DE 10 2005 024 051 A1 describing the different cycles of heating and reheating the water, as well as the types of extraction.
  • the device comprises a plurality of parallel or in series arranged hot water boiler.
  • the general problem of storing water in a sanitary hot water boiler is the supply of water, which gradually replaces the extracted water and disturbs the stratification of the warm water in the boiler. Because the supply of water takes place in the lower area and by its turbulence, the water moves upwards due to the kinetic energy and destroys the stratification.
  • baffles On the inner wall of the reservoir in order to reduce this disturbance.
  • these baffles which certainly reduce the turbulent flow along the wall of the reservoir, are a costly solution due to the labor required to secure the baffles to the inner wall of the reservoir by welding.
  • the present invention has an object to provide a sanitary hot water boiler, which allows operation without disturbing the stratification of the hot water by the supply of water at the bottom of the reservoir at the moment of removal of the water at the top or when circulating the water in the container due to its reheating or reduced to a minimum.
  • Both the hopper and the hat are two plastic parts.
  • the container tank in the form of a pot and the hat which covers the central connected to the water supply pipe for the water inlet, make it possible to direct the flow of water against the surfaces of the wall of the cylindrical housing of the header tank to calm the flow and to prevent turbulent flow from forming in the cylindrical reservoir located above the header tank so as to increase the stratification and piston action of the warm water in the boiler at the moment of removal or, generally speaking, when circulating the water of the tank Not to disturb the cycle of reheating.
  • the distributor container and the hat are made of injection-molded plastic.
  • the floor comprises two lines, one of which is connected to the outlet nozzle and the other to the central water inlet nozzle.
  • the two conduits are parallel and advantageously open from the two sides, front and rear, into the header tank, which opens up various possibilities of branching to the boiler and to combinations with other boilers for row / parallel assembly, and this with a small amount Space requirements and a reduced number of parts, as the distribution container can be injected from a single piece, as well as the hat, which covers the central nozzle.
  • the two parallel lines make important elements of the structure of the distribution tank and form part of the bottom of the pre-chamber for the water inlet into the reservoir.
  • the central axial stub is laterally enclosed by the inlet duct and the portion of the two surfaces, wherein the stub and the supply line form an opening, which is covered by a guide surface, which laterally surrounds the hat.
  • the means for attachment to the base of the reservoir are formed as chimneys or wells for screws, which are integrated in the base and outside Flange the flange and take screws that are connected to the edge of the opening of the cylindrical reservoir.
  • the invention relates to a sanitary hot water boiler, which is not shown here, with a vertical axis and a usually circular cross-section.
  • This thermally insulated storage tank is equipped at the bottom with a distribution tank with a water inlet and a water outlet.
  • the water outlet is provided with an outlet pipe which, when leaving the distributor tank, leads up to near the inner tip of the cylindrical tank to remove the warm water there.
  • the reservoir and the outlet pipe are not shown in the drawings, there appear only the header tank N and the hat C, which covers the water inlet in the header tank.
  • the distribution container N is an injection molded plastic mold having a cylindrical housing 100 with a generally round, inlet of the reservoir disposed on the flange 101 surrounding the cylindrical housing 100 at the top, adapted section includes.
  • the cylindrical housing forms with its bottom an antechamber for the entry of water into the reservoir.
  • the bottom is formed by the wall 111 of the water inlet duct 110 and the wall 121 of the water outlet duct 120.
  • the two walls 111, 121 are connected to one another via a surface element 102 which completes the floor.
  • the two lines 110, 120 preferably have parallel axes and are arranged perpendicular to the vertical ZZ-axis of the header tank. The lines are open at the two ends and provided with connection devices that open up various ways of Verstelle Trent with the other areas of the device for sanitary treatment of hot water.
  • An outlet port 140 is laterally offset within the cavity and is mutually connected to the wall of the housing 100 and to the portion 121 of the extraction conduit 120 which it overlaps and engages.
  • the header tank N also has a cylindrical water inlet port 130 with an oval section; this central port 130 is located on the ZZ-axis of the header tank N and impinges laterally on the water inlet duct 110.
  • This water inlet duct 110 parallel to the water outlet duct 120 likewise forms a portion of the bottom of the cavity of the header tank.
  • the central socket 130 which receives the hat, in the FIGS. 1 and 2 not shown, on the two sides of two abutment 131 for clipping on.
  • the direction of the two water pipes of the distribution tank should be the longitudinal direction and the direction perpendicular to it should be the transverse direction.
  • the edge of the flange 101 surrounding the cylindrical housing 100 of the header tank is provided with a certain number of screw shafts 150, i. with cylindrical units which are integrated in the structure of the distribution container and make it possible to fasten the lowermost edge of the otherwise supported reservoir, which laterally projects beyond the screw shafts, onto the flange 101 of the distributor container with screws.
  • transverse panels 160 and intermediate panels 161, 162 in the form of a truss stiffening structure and permit molding as a whole Injection molding in a relatively simple form.
  • the number of screw shafts and the network of surface elements and ribs long-term ensure the rigidity and the flatness of the surface of the seal between the header tank and the reservoir.
  • transverse panels 160 which enclose the conduits 110, 120, couple the screw wells 150 in pairs. These double and spaced transverse panels 160 extend below the flange 101.
  • the intermediate panels 161, 162 form a transverse structure stiffening framework.
  • a longitudinally disposed surface element 163 extends along the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the distribution container, without, however, penetrating into the interior of the cavity forming the prechamber ( FIG. 2 ).
  • FIG. 3A shows the two lines 110, 120 and their sockets 130, 140 and the surrounding wall 100 with the flange 101, which comprises two screw shafts 150, which are each connected to a transverse double surface element 160 with each other.
  • This section shows the opening 132 at the interface between the water inlet ducts 110 and the water inlet port 130 and the interface through the piece 133 between the two ports 130 and 140th
  • the sectional view in the longitudinal direction of the distributor tank according to FIG. 3B highlights the axial position along the ZZ axis of the portion of the neck receiving sleeve 130 with the two abutments 131 and the walls 121 of the conduit 120 and the flat portion 102 of the bottom of the cavity, which is further bordered by the surrounding wall 100 is.
  • the circumferential wall 100 coincides with the central longitudinal surface element 163 and the flange 101.
  • the separately made of the header tank via injection molding C to cover the water inlet nozzle 130 is in an isometric view in the FIGS. 4 and 5 and in a representation of the section through the two mutually perpendicular vertical planes in the FIGS. 6 and 7 shown.
  • the hat C is composed of a perforated molding 200 intended to cover and overlap the water inlet port 130 and the opening 132 at the joint between the nozzle 130 and the water inlet pipe 110 to deflect the beam arriving from the side towards it to redetermine the axis ZZ of the header tank and finally fan it evenly along the sides toward the surrounding wall 100 before the water slowly rises into the hopper.
  • the interrupted molded body 200 of the hat has a horizontal portion in an oval shape corresponding to the outer contour of the water inlet stub 130. This shape is symmetrical with respect to the transverse central plane and with respect to the longitudinal plane of the header tank.
  • the molded body 200 has on one side a guide surface 210 with transition triangles 220 to bridge the distance between the water inlet nozzle 130 and the water inlet conduit 110 (the axis of the nozzle 130
  • the axis of the conduit 110 are perpendicular to each other, one being vertical and the other being horizontally arranged).
  • the hat In the upper area, the hat is defined by a conical deflection surface 230 centered on the ZZ axis of the hopper when the hat is installed.
  • This deflection surface 230 reinforced on its upper side by radial ribs 231 is connected to the shaped body 200 of the hat via two vertical arms 240. One of the arms is provided on the guide surface 210 with a shoulder piece 241.
  • the shaped body 200 Laterally with respect to the middle plane, ie front and rear according to the orientation in the longitudinal direction of the distribution container, the shaped body 200 has two clip-on tabs 201, which are intended to be clipped to the abutment 131 in the region of the front of the water inlet nozzle 130, as it is in FIG. 1 disclosed to be in operative connection.
  • the tabs 201 are connected to the base 202 of the molded body 200 so that the tabs in the opposite direction abut against the underside of the abutments 131 for clipping in the water inlet port 130 when the base 202 hits the bottom of the header tank.
  • the lower peripheral edge of the molded body 200 of the hat C has the complementary shape to the shape of the contour formed by the flat bottom 102 of the header tank, the wall 121 of the water inlet 120 and the connection 123 between the two stubs 130, 140, which together with the lateral regions of the molded body 200 which come into contact with the outer surface of the inlet nozzle 130 ensures that the hat remains closed, thus avoiding any noise source, more so because the shape of the oval portion of the neck 130 and the molding 200 make a rotation blockade of the hat.
  • the hat C thus saves two lateral windows 250 above the edge 134 (FIG. FIG. 3A ) of the nozzle 130, through which the inflowing water jet, deflected at the exit of the inlet duct 110 against the axis ZZ of the hat is uniformly retained by the deflection surface 230 of the hat from the outside and directed against the cylindrical housing 100 of the header tank.
  • the molding 200 On the guide surface 210 (FIG. FIG. 5 ) on the opposite side, the molding 200 has a recess 260, which allows it to slide between the nozzle 140, which receives the outlet pipe, and the surface in the direction of the inlet port 130 and to cover the intermediate piece 133, which by the strong approximation of two sockets 130, 140 is achieved.
  • the lateral sectional view of the hat C according to FIG. 6 highlights the shape of the main body with a substantially circular cylindrical portion following the ZZ axis of the header tank and the lateral area of the molded body 200 formed by the straight falling guide surface 210 as well as the two connecting triangles 220 in some way cover the area of the nozzle 130 outside of its circular section.
  • This figure likewise discloses the indentation 260.
  • the cut of the FIG. 7 shows mainly the tabs 201 and the indentation 260.
  • FIGS. 8A, 8B show the hat C installed on the neck 130 of the header tank N and in particular the coupling of the tabs for clipping 201 below the lateral abutments 131 of the inlet sleeve 130 and the impact of the base 202 on the bottom plate 102 of the header tank.
  • the guide surface 210 clearly shows how it covers the opening 132 and guides the water following the ZZ-axis in the direction of the circular cylindrical portion of the nozzle 130, so that the jet enters in the axis of the conical deflection surface 230.
  • FIG. 8B in particular shows the position of the windows 250 for the lateral exit of the water deflected by the hat C, ie the conical surface on the axis of the distributor tank (and of the storage tank); the flow of water is directed against the cylindrical side wall 100 of the prechamber of the header tank.
