Definitions

  • the invention relates to a structural unit for a heating system with two heating circuits according to the features indicated in the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such units are state of the art and are typically used in so-called gas heaters, which are intended for wall mounting, but also in stationary units.
  • These compact devices have a primary heat exchanger in which circulated water is heated, which is supplied either to a heating circuit provided for space heating or a heat exchanger, typically a plate heat exchanger, via which the domestic water heating takes place.
  • the assembly typically includes a plurality of housing components made of plastic, at least one pump unit, a heat exchanger for domestic water heating and largely all other electrical, mechanical and / or hydraulic components as far as they can be meaningfully combined in the unit. These are typically filters, dirt-air separators, switching valves, throttle valves, temperature and pressure sensors and the like.
  • EP 1 528 330 A1 Such a unit in which connect three housing components with inclusion of the pump unit together and are back connected by the heat exchanger, is off EP 1 528 330 A1 known.
  • This unit is highly integrated and consists essentially of three housing components, namely a central pump housing component and two laterally adjacent fitting housing components.
  • the invention has the object, a generic unit in such a way that the best possible material adaptation to the liquids guided therein and their pressures on the one hand and cost-effective production on the other hand are guaranteed.
  • the assembly according to the invention which is provided for a heating system with two heating circuits, one for space heating and one for hot water, has at least one housing made of plastic housing component, a pump unit and a heat exchanger for domestic water heating and other electrical, mechanical and / or hydraulic Components on.
  • the assembly is designed so that four housing components are provided, each forming a cable routing to the heat exchanger.
  • the wiring for the heating water that is also through the primary heat exchanger and through the radiator flows for the space heating, preferably made of a plastic or provided with a coating having a particularly hard surface, so that on the one hand entrained with the conveying liquid particles can exert no abrasive influence on the conduit wall, on the other hand also form deposits in this area.
  • the housing components that connect to the heat exchanger and run the cold or heated hot water can be materially designed by the inventive design so that they are insensitive to water in the optional additives such as chlorine, fluorine and the like and beyond no substances who could get into the drinking water with it.
  • housing components are basically initially increased compared to the prior art by the inventive solution, but can be achieved by skillful construction, as shown below, the resulting additional manufacturing costs by a cost-effective production of the individual housing components, eg. B. without lost cores and complex tools can be compensated.
  • At least two housing components made of different plastics, wherein the arrangement of the different plastics is chosen so that at least the heating water and the service water are guided in different plastic lines.
  • the housing components can be manufactured according to the fluids carried therein and the special requirements arising therefrom.
  • the housing components, which form the wiring for the hot and cold water consist of different plastics, so as to take into account the different requirements.
  • the housing component for the hot service water Be particularly easily interchangeable designed to quickly and easily replace, for example, in areas with very limy water this typically calcifying component or to provide such available, in which by choosing the material of the housing component deposits of this kind are avoided if possible completely ,
  • At least two housing components are formed into an injection molded part made of different plastics, be it that they are injection-molded in a tool of different plastics or what can also be provided according to a development of the invention that two housing components are assembled so that they almost like a housing component are manageable.
  • the housing components are assembled to form a common component, they can be connected to one another in a simple manner by a latching or snap connection, so that likewise only one component is to be handled.
  • the housing components are combined to form a component, which are assigned to a terminal pair of the heat exchanger.
  • plate heat exchangers which have a substantially elongated rectangular shape, wherein on the narrow sides in each case a connection pair is provided, of which in installation position of the upper connection is assigned to the heating circuit and the lower connection to the hot water circuit. Therefore, it is only due to the spatial arrangement to unite the Gehöusebaumaschine, which are assigned to one or the other connection pair of the heat exchanger.
  • These are advantageously form-fitting formed interlocking, so that at the latest with the connection of the heat exchanger they are immovably united.
  • the paired interlocking or shaped housing components are arranged so that the subsequent mounting position in the upper terminals of the heat exchanger housing components are formed outwardly such that they laterally surround the adjoining the lower connections of the heat exchanger housing components.
  • This arrangement is particularly favorable, since it is achieved with this construction, that all housing components and substantially completely accessible from the front, so that not only a particularly compact and flat construction of the unit is ensured, but also the accessibility of the integrated components, what especially for maintenance and repair is beneficial.
  • the housing components in the installed position from the front accessible plug-in housing wherein the mating interlocking or molded plug-in housing are arranged so that the plug-in housing in installation position next to each other, ie without removing the housing components, are accessible from the front.
  • the housing components adjoining in the installed position to the upper terminals of the heat exchanger are outwardly offset, then it is inversely appropriate to at least partially align the housing components adjacent to the lower connections of the heat exchanger to the associated connection opening, since these housing components then be compact and tool technology can be easily formed. In addition, this arrangement results in a particularly compact and space-saving structural unit.
  • plug-in housings of the housing components adjoining the upper connections of the heat exchanger essentially next to the plug-in housings of the housing components adjoining the lower connections of the heat exchanger
  • plug-in housings of the housing components adjoining the upper connections of the heat exchanger to be laterally spaced from the heat exchanger Arranging connections and line connecting over these transversely to the longitudinal axis of the plug-in housing channels with these.
  • These channels make it possible for the space in front of the connection pairs of the heat exchanger to be used essentially by the housing components adjoining the lower connections, in particular also slide-in housings or other components, whereas the housing components adjoining the upper connections of the heat exchanger are moved to the outside as it were.
  • Fig. 1 shown heating system has a first heating circuit in which is heated by means of a primary heat exchanger 1 by means of a burner 2 in circulation guided water.
  • the water is supplied by means of a circulation pump 3 through the primary heat exchanger 1 and subsequently to a 3/3-way valve, from which it is optionally supplied via a check valve connected overflow 5 or a heat exchanger 6 in the form of a plate heat exchanger or the radiators 7 of the space heater.
